My car front seat stopped working - blown fuse etc. CLEARLY should have been covered under warranty. Arranged for a replacement with loaner car. As I'm about to enter the dealership on the scheduled day of repair I get a text message that they don't have loaner car. So I basically ignore this ridiculously unprofessional communication and mentioned that I expect to be given a rental car. They also start questioning whether it will actually be covered by warranty. Magically they find a loaner car after the text message asked for me to return another day - and finally acknowledge what we all knew the factory issue of course is covered by warranty. What's with all the drama? Car is fixed properly and in a timely fashion - 5 stars here. And they mention some routine maintenance - totaling $160. I okay the work and come to pick the car up. Again work done timely and well as far as I can tell - much appreciated. And the bill is wrong, it's higher. When I ask why the bill is higher I get some nonsensical answer with all sorts of diversions like we applied a coupon, etc. Bottom line is I flat out refuse to pay an amount higher than what I was quoted. They ask for some time to sort it out. After awhile no one returns so I simply leave the details for my credit card and authorize a payment in the agreed to amount and leave. After a longer while, I get a call saying that they will adjust the bill to $160. Why all the attempts to bait and switch? All in all a very inconsistent 3 out of 5 stars.

He was disorganized, which was fine... but he was also a liar. He insisted on calling my the lease company for my trade and told me he took care of everything... and he didn't. So 3 weeks after buying the car I got an unexpected bill from the lease company. The bill wasn't so much the issue as the "unexpected" part of it. I've purchased cars from Fred Beans before and never had an issue... my issue was really more worth the sleazy salesperson. If you should go here and get introduced to Robert, do a 180 and walk out.

    Had pre-paid maintenance on my 2023 vehicle. I moved out of the area, where no Lexus dealers…read moreexisted so I requested a refund on the unused portion of my pre-payment. Business office did nothing meaningful to facilitate the refund, except to fill out a form, now after more than 2 months. Nothing proactive happening. Lexus says the refund was lost in the mail, which they say they allow 30 days to deliver. Never in my life has it taken 30 days to deliver mail, and I never had mail lost in my experience. Why do they allow 30 days for delivery? The refund still has not happened. Waiting for a response from the business office as we speak. Unacceptable. Follow-up: the culprit was Toyota/Lexus Financial, not the dealership. Still unresolved after directly contacting them.

I had a Lexus a few cars ago and absolutely love their service department, it is top notch. Unfortunately in the two months since I purchased my car I have become the Duke of their service department. I purchased my auto at night , it was a certified 2 year old auto so I wasn't too thorough examining the car. The next day I was examining the NX in the daylight and noticed some serious damage to the front of the vehicle. Someone hit a curb and the front spoiler was severely damaged as well as the front air dam. They replaced the parts but it took 3 visits, the first time they thought they could touch it up , then the second time they fixed one of two damaged pieces. The third time was a charm and they have a happy customer. I can't imagine that they were aware of this damage as it was definitely over $1,000 to fix and nobody would buy a certified vehicle with that amount of damage. I am thinking a lot attendant or salesmen hit a curb and didn't report it. It worked out for me and I was impressed with service department. 10-7-19 went from 4 stars to 3 and the three is gracious. Rear hatch motor stopped working, took it in for inspection and asked to fix hatch. Hatch wasn't fixed , worked a few times, then didn't. Had to bring it back to fix , they didn't replace rear fender plastic fastener... had to wait 4 weeks for hatch part , brought it back they replaced the fender fastener. Last week discovered it had fallen out and fender wasn't secured. Three visits to fix the hatch, three visits to fix a simple fastener.... starting to wonder what's going on? 8-24-23 back to 5 stars... they have me a strong trade in my preowned Lexus . Process was super quick and easy and they didn't have anything I wanted but I bought a NX F sport elsewhere. Two services at their new updated service center and very pleased...

I had been looking for a very specific truck all over when I found a truck that fit the bill at Fred Beans, Bob reached out promptly and I'm glad it was him. Bob was nothing but a perfect salesman in my eyes. From the initial contact to delivery of the vehicle. He made it well worth the nearly 3 hour drive. The experiences I've had at most dealerships near me have always left a bad taste, Not Fred Beans. For once, I finally felt good about buying a vehicle. Christian the Finance Manger was excellent as well. And I'd also like to give a special shout out to Haley as she wasn't even our Salesperson but she was friendly with my fiancée and I while we were waiting. They really do treat you like family here. From the beginning, the level of customer service was extremely disappointing. General Manager Nick DeSimone was rude and appeared to be focused solely on closing the sale rather than ensuring customer satisfaction. When issues arose, there was little to no effort made to assist or resolve the situation. Since leasing my Jeep, it has not operated properly. I have experienced repeated breakdowns, multiple tows, and the inconvenience of securing rental vehicles -- all for a brand-new vehicle that should not have been having these problems. Each time I brought it in, I was told they didn't know why the check engine light kept coming on and was advised to ignore it. The underlying issue was never properly diagnosed or repaired. After reaching my breaking point, I went to another Jeep dealership. The difference was night and day. They were professional, knowledgeable, and quickly identified and fixed the problem. I strongly encourage others to think carefully before doing business with Fred Beans of Doylestown. My experience was incredibly frustrating and disappointing, and I would not recommend them to anyone looking for reliable service or support after the sale.

I took delivery a few days later, and after fighting off the myriad of extras trying to be sold, headed home with the only issue being that their prep team was sloppy and clearly rushed the process. After a week at home I was shopping for new tires for th winter and that is when I noticed the cheap non Ford plastic covers on my wheels. The issue is that the Vehicle was supposed to have black painted Aluminum wheels as stated in the Ford certifed report. Not plastic wheel covers. This means someone in the chain of custody took the $1,200 wheels off the car and swapped $30 black plastic covers. The response from Fred Beans Sales and mangers was silence and run around. This is not enough for me to put up a huge fight, the Explorer is all that I expected. But this type of equipment swap is nefarious. Some tech along the way either took them and sold them, or took them and swapped them on his vehicle. Either Way, the vehicle was supposed to be "Certified" to the certificate they gave me from Ford. And it was not. Misrepresentation on used cars is something everyone needs to know about. I'll take the hit for not inspecting every inch of the vehicle to make sure it was as described. This dealership seems to have a record for poor satisfaction and they don't care. The dealership will not help me on this in any way. So I will go buy the wheels that belong on the Explorer and never say anything nice about Fred Beans Ford in Doylestown, to anyone.

I reached out to my salesman and he said ever thing was okay to reset the display. I did and two days later I got the same warning. I took my Tahoe to my and my Tahoe was very low on oil. My brake pads at 23%. I had my mechanic complete the service my vehicle needed. I reached out to my salesman I received $0 for my maintenance repairs. They offered 2 oil changes for free. If you buy a vehicle from Fred Beans check everything before leaving their parking lot with a vehicle that can potentially be dangerous to drive!

I called Thompson for a tow and they sent a lovely gentleman named Gregg to rescue it. He showed up in an impeccably kept Thompson labeled flatbed truck and greeted me at my door. The communication from start to finish was excellent, and the service was incredibly efficient - Gregg called and texted me to let me know his ETA. He arrived right when he said he was going to and quickly got the car running. He did note some error lights inside the car so he decided to tow it back to Thompson anyway to make sure that any fault codes were cleared and resolved before I took the car back out. He and I exchanged some chat and banter and off he went. Unfortunately, I was not able to buy this X5 from Thompson because of availability at the time of my desired purchase, but, with every experience I've had with them since then, I will never buy another BMW at any other dealer besides Thompson. That includes having my vehicles serviced by them as well. They always have organized, polite, and efficient service advisors. And I have not yet felt any pressure to buy anything from Thompson that was not warranted. Always a wonderful experience and yesterday was just another testament to how wonderfully efficient and professionally the business runs. I'm an insurance agency owner and, as a small business, I strive to provide the levels of service that Thompson provides their customers. Well done again!     In July 2025, I contacted Thompson Toyota to place an advance order for a 2026 Toyota RAV4 Limited…read moreHybrid. I clearly explained that I would purchase the vehicle from Thompson if they honored the $500 Hero discount that was being offered at Team Toyota. The Sales Manager, Steve Tagye, responded and initially confirmed that honoring the $500 discount would not be an issue. Based on this clear agreement, I placed a deposit. After several months of waiting for the redesigned RAV4 to enter production, the dealership located a vehicle for me in February. At this point, communication broke down completely. The sales consultant, Ken, could not make even minor decisions and was forced to defer to Steve Tagye for nearly everything. In March, Steve Tagye unilaterally backed out of the previously agreed-upon $500 discount on a vehicle with a list price of approximately $49,000. Despite the clear documentation of our agreement and my repeated references to it, he refused to honor the commitment and attempted to argue that the agreement never existed. This was a blatant use of manipulative and unethical sales tactics, wasting my time and trust. I immediately requested my deposit back and decided to take my business elsewhere. Potential buyers should exercise extreme caution when dealing with Steve Tagye and Thompson Toyota.
