    Bought a CPO 2020 Carrera S from Porsche Warrington in May 2024. The sales team was nice and easy to deal with, but the service team was not. During the test drive, I noticed a crack on the steering wheel ring, and the SA, Jake, assured me it was under warranty and would be fixed before they shipped the car to me. They also promised to fix the right side of the door trim. However, neither issue was addressed. When I called Porsche Warrington for help, they told me they had sent the parts to my local dealership, but I later found out this never happened. I was advised to take my car to the local dealership for repairs under the CPO warranty. After a month, my car is still parked at my local dealership, waiting for parts. Despite multiple calls, I was eventually told I would need to bring the car from Pittsburgh to Philadelphia to get it fixed. REALLY? It should have been fixed before the car was shipped from the dealership!!!!!!!! My local dealer is unwilling to handle the repairs, claiming they are wear and tear, not warranty issues. Since Porsche Warrington is confident the issues are under warranty and that they have the parts, I don't see why they can't send the parts to my local dealership. Additionally, these issues should have been fixed before the car was shipped to Pittsburgh. There are also other problems, such as a loose fuse box panel and an improperly installed central console panel, which make me question how this car passed the Porsche Certified inspection or question how the service department is doing their job.

    I had an incredible experience with Porsche Warrington purchasing my 1992, 964, 911 Turbo in Amazon Green. From the start, I dealt with Saad Gilani, Porsche Ambassador and Marc Brenner the GM. There isn't a question that they didn't address for me and were very happy to thoroughly walk me through the car representing it at the highest of levels with honesty and complete Porsche pride. Always on time, always punctual, and always respectful of my time. True Porsche people!! During the process, I had access to the body shop, service manager, and everyone else that touched the car. Given that I was purchasing from California, they send me movies and pictures throughout the entire process until they put it on the truck to leave to Los Angeles. I trust them so much, I did not see the need to conduct a PPI - having offered so much paperwork and information. In my lifetime of Porsche ownership, I have really never received such treatment. They executed so much good will to make me happy addressing things that I didn't even ask for them to do. Truly, old-school, honorable business ethics and very client / customer satisfaction driven. The Sales Manager, Steve Tagye, responded and initially confirmed that honoring the $500 discount would not be an issue. Based on this clear agreement, I placed a deposit. After several months of waiting for the redesigned RAV4 to enter production, the dealership located a vehicle for me in February. At this point, communication broke down completely. The sales consultant, Ken, could not make even minor decisions and was forced to defer to Steve Tagye for nearly everything. In March, Steve Tagye unilaterally backed out of the previously agreed-upon $500 discount on a vehicle with a list price of approximately $49,000. Despite the clear documentation of our agreement and my repeated references to it, he refused to honor the commitment and attempted to argue that the agreement never existed. This was a blatant use of manipulative and unethical sales tactics, wasting my time and trust. I immediately requested my deposit back and decided to take my business elsewhere. Potential buyers should exercise extreme caution when dealing with Steve Tagye and Thompson Toyota.

I called Thompson for a tow and they sent a lovely gentleman named Gregg to rescue it. He showed up in an impeccably kept Thompson labeled flatbed truck and greeted me at my door. The communication from start to finish was excellent, and the service was incredibly efficient - Gregg called and texted me to let me know his ETA. He arrived right when he said he was going to and quickly got the car running. He did note some error lights inside the car so he decided to tow it back to Thompson anyway to make sure that any fault codes were cleared and resolved before I took the car back out. He and I exchanged some chat and banter and off he went. Unfortunately, I was not able to buy this X5 from Thompson because of availability at the time of my desired purchase, but, with every experience I've had with them since then, I will never buy another BMW at any other dealer besides Thompson. That includes having my vehicles serviced by them as well. They always have organized, polite, and efficient service advisors. And I have not yet felt any pressure to buy anything from Thompson that was not warranted. Always a wonderful experience and yesterday was just another testament to how wonderfully efficient and professionally the business runs. I'm an insurance agency owner and, as a small business, I strive to provide the levels of service that Thompson provides their customers. Well done again! Not only do they figure out my questions immediately, they follow up the next day. They come to locations when necessary to help as well. The best , i would never go anywhere else to service as long as i drive BMW's.
