I took my Porsche 991.1S in for service. My service rep told me my card needed a "campaign software update for the PDK". When I got my car back the vehicle drove very differently in sport plus mode it lost all of its aggressiveness and was not nearly as much fun to drive I found out this was an emissions/café update which affected the PDK in the way the car shift it dealership was not honest with me what they were doing. Stopped in to just kick some tires. We met Chris Morris who patiently explained all of the options for the Macan. We test drove one and were still on the fence. Chris walk the lot with us and went over each car. We were then introduced to Ryan, who is the manager. After finally deciding on the Macan S we wanted, we talked about the cost and were offered a very reasonable deal. I will start this review by sharing that I neither purchased nor serviced my Porsche at this dealership. Hence, they really did not owe me anything in my hour of need. Nonetheless, I called them urgently with what I thought was a catastrophic problem with my 2020 GT4. The service department was extremely accommodating and agreed to streamline the intake of my vehicle during this urgent request. After their due diligence, it became clear the entire episode was due to my user error, and the car was mechanically fine. Throughout it all, the entire department acted extremely professionally and treated with respect, dignity and with good humor. Porsche Warrington has earned my future business. I greatly value and respect the way they conduct themselves, especially the service department manager. Regrettably, the worst experience I've had with any dealer. My fairly new 2024 Panamera needed repairs for a small motor/cable in the tailgate which would not lock down without applying force to it. I tried numerous times to contact the service department about status/payment and my calls were not returned. I elevated to the manager (took three calls) who finally returned my call so I could get USAA involved in paying the considerable $1400 repair cost. Then after USAA confirmed with me they had paid, the dealership would not release the car for pick-up by my son-in-law (I was out-of-state) because they said it was not paid for even though they (Warrington) had spoken with USAA about the payment beforehand. Additionally, my son-in-law coordinated with the service department about pick-up the day before and everything seemed properly arranged. Communication with customers is so important and this dealership dropped the ball. IMO, they are not responsive to their customers, their inter-department coordination is clearly lacking, and they charge exorbitant prices for their repair work. Bought a CPO 2020 Carrera S from Porsche Warrington in May 2024. The sales team was nice and easy to deal with, but the service team was not. During the test drive, I noticed a crack on the steering wheel ring, and the SA, Jake, assured me it was under warranty and would be fixed before they shipped the car to me. They also promised to fix the right side of the door trim. However, neither issue was addressed. When I called Porsche Warrington for help, they told me they had sent the parts to my local dealership, but I later found out this never happened. I was advised to take my car to the local dealership for repairs under the CPO warranty. After a month, my car is still parked at my local dealership, waiting for parts. Despite multiple calls, I was eventually told I would need to bring the car from Pittsburgh to Philadelphia to get it fixed. REALLY? It should have been fixed before the car was shipped from the dealership!!!!!!!! My local dealer is unwilling to handle the repairs, claiming they are wear and tear, not warranty issues. Since Porsche Warrington is confident the issues are under warranty and that they have the parts, I don't see why they can't send the parts to my local dealership. Additionally, these issues should have been fixed before the car was shipped to Pittsburgh. There are also other problems, such as a loose fuse box panel and an improperly installed central console panel, which make me question how this car passed the Porsche Certified inspection or question how the service department is doing their job. read more

There isn't a question that they didn't address for me and were very happy to thoroughly walk me through the car representing it at the highest of levels with honesty and complete Porsche pride. Always on time, always punctual, and always respectful of my time. True Porsche people!! During the process, I had access to the body shop, service manager, and everyone else that touched the car. Given that I was purchasing from California, they send me movies and pictures throughout the entire process until they put it on the truck to leave to Los Angeles. I trust them so much, I did not see the need to conduct a PPI - having offered so much paperwork and information. In my lifetime of Porsche ownership, I have really never received such treatment. After a few bumps in the road that may be quite common with dealers, Sam in service, went to bat and at the end of the day all issues with my car were fixed under warranty. I would never be inclined to come back here in my life. My husband was in the market for a new car and one he saw happened to be at this dealership. So we went, were greeted by a salesman named Saed who might as well just not have came to work that day because he clearly didn't care to work. First thing, car sold apparently I guess same day or the day before, ok whatever. No biggie. My husband was interested in taking a test drive. "Salesman" Saed asked what other types of car does he have an interest in. I mean there are a number of cars my husband likes but another car he was considering was a Tesla. Well this "salesman" tells him go test drive the tesla and come back and then he can do a test drive? WTF kind of business practice is that? I mean if you didn't want the commission should have just handed us off to someone else who actually gave af. I use the term salesman very loosely in this review because he did nothing a salesman should do by asking for the sale. Pawning us off to another dealership probably isn't the best practice. I bought my first Porsche here a new 2017 Porsche Macan that I put over 25,000 miles a year on. It was a great car and Porsche Warrington bought it back so that I could buy a beautiful 2010 Porsche Panamera 4S which is an amazing car with one owner and serviced at the Warrington Dealer. If you can afford a new Porsche, Warrington has a great service department and that makes this dealer special. They have really expensive cars like the GT3 911 and really rare cars but they treat everyone well even if you are buying a $20,000 dollar used car. Ashley is my favorite customer service rep in service and they always did a good job taking care of me. I looked at Car Gurus and bought a used 911 that was offered by a dealer that fixes up used cars and that was a mistake. Warrington is my favorite dealer. Porsche's are solid cars with great reliability but they do need service and you don't want to buy from a dealer without service history since As Is means buyer beware. The service done in the past is crucial to know how long your car will last. read more

Stopped to Charge My Taycan in need and was lied to twice in a month that the chargers don't work. always an excuse, but never an offer to use one of the 5 others onsite. I wasted over two hours at Warrington Porsche yesterday, it was the most frustrating time I've ever had at a car dealership! I've been looking for a Macan, and have been checking out dealerships on-line. Warrington Porsche had the largest selection that I was looking for, at least it would seem. On Thursday, I sent an e-mail to the dealer, as I'm more than an hour away from this dealership, and I wanted to make sure they had them on site. These are certified pre-owned, so I wanted to see the specific cars. A salesman returned my e-mail acknowledging the vehicles I wanted to see. I told him I would be there around 11, as they are more than an hour away. Saturday morning he sent me an e-mail "confirming" our appointment at 2. I reminded him I would be there at 11. When I arrived, he asked me which of the 4 cars I wanted to see. All of them! Again, these are pre-owned, all with different options, so I wanted to check them all out. He did some searching on the computer and started collecting keys. He asked if there is a color I would like or like to avoid. I'm not super partial to white, so I said everything equal, I would avoid white. "Then we can forget the white one?". NO! If it was on the list of 4 I wanted to see, then I want to see it! We finally slowly made our way out into the parking lot. First car was NOT on the list I provided. But, he wanted to show me the next trim up. OK, no problem, it's probably a good idea. I sat in it, started it and looked at the features. I asked what was typically in this trim level, and he started to read the sticker. I could have done that! Asked about what some of the settings did. "Changes suspension" or "changes the exhaust" were typical answers. He had no idea of WHAT was changing with the suspension or exhaust. Ok, let's take it for a ride! No, I just wanted to show you the car in case you wanted to consider the next trim level up. What??? With no test ride? Ok,so we go off in search of a car that was on my list. It was sold. Sigh. So, back to the original car. He told me to get in the passenger seat so he could get the plate. When he returned, he told me to stay in the passenger seat, he would drive. Huh? A couple of miles up the road he pulled over so I could drive. Ok, now we're talking! It was a sweet ride, and I would seriously consider it. But, I really didn't need all the extra features, so I asked if I could look at the others that are on my list. "Which one?". Really? ALL OF THEM! At one point, as we were walking around the lot, he mentioned "here is one, but it has the tiptronic transmission. Er, that's a Cayenne, not a Macan. He was having such a tough time searching cars on his computer. I'm not sure why he didn't use my e-mail, but I finally searched on my phone and gave him the stock numbers of the vehicles I had already supplied. Turns out that one was being used as a loaner, one was on a long term test ride, and one was in the shop getting "certified" (even though it had been listed as certified for weeks on their website). Add the one that was sold, and it left 0 of the cars I wanted to see available. I would have thought he would make sure they were in stock when he confirmed the appointment! He finally pulled a loaner out for a test ride, all the time telling me it too was for sale. It had none of the features I wanted. So, if you want to go to a dealer where you're treated as though they couldn't care if you purchase a car from them, then Warrington Porsche is for you. If you want to talk to a salesman who knows nothing about the cars he is selling, then Warrington Porsche is for you. As I was leaving, the salesman told me he could drive the car to my house for a test drive. He also told me he would call me on Monday. No thanks, and don't bother! read more

We were looking for a cpo cayenne for my wife, and trading in her old one. I found one on their site and inquired. In less then half an hour Saad, a salesman responded. In less than 2 hours i had solid money parameters and we went the next day, saturday am. My wife loved the 2019 cpo cayenne, our interaction with Saad could not have been better. We went to this dealership looking to purchase a Cayenne (we previously test drove a few and knew what we wanted). While waiting for a salesperson, we looked around the lot at the Cayennes. After 25 minutes, no salesperson came to approach us. This is after we've seen what appeared two salesmen working with one woman- which is fine however, the one made eye contact with me and didn't even acknowledge us. Another salesman finished with another couple, and when they left, he just went into the dealership. No salesperson ever acknowledged us, even to say "someone will be with you shortly". When I asked the man (who previously made eye contact with me) about a salesperson, he said we had to go inside and ask. Really? We have never had to ask for a salesperson at any car dealership. In fact, when we were at this dealership before for test drives, Charlie (salesman) approached us. Needless to say, we left. Poor service- maybe because we arrived after coaching our daughter's game and came in sweats? I highly doubt we will need to ask for a salesperson when we go to another dealership (Princeton or Main Line) next weekend and drive away in a new Cayenne. read more

I really wanted to like this dealership after Sloane took it over however they leave a lot to be desired. Previously when this dealership was owned by Thompson & Holberts, they were always striving to earn your business. However those days are sadly now gone. I brought my car in for service there recently and specifically requested that they not wash the car since I had just had it professionally washed, waxed, and detailed. Their service adviser ignored my request and then stuck my car in that car wash machine that beats the snot out of the car so all that money I spent to have the car professionally taken care of was completely wasted. To top it all off, their loaner program is a joke. You make an appointment weeks in advance only to get told when you arrive that they are out of loaners and they stick you in whatever junker they have laying around. All of this at a premium cost compared to a quality independent shop. I fail to see any value to going to this dealership. Don't bring your car here if you value your vehicle. read more

I called for a same day state inspection and, once again, Caine got me in with little delay. He was busy on the phone when I approached the desk, so another service rep (sorry I don't recall her name, Michelle????) and she checked me in with no wait. She asked if I would like the car washed and I declined as I needed to get going as soon as the car was inspected. But a nice service if the customer would like. The car was completed in approx one hour and Caine sought me out to personally review the inspection, charges and escorted me to the billing desk. While waiting, I strolled through the inventory of Porsches on the lot and spoke to Charlie (again) in sales about my search for a 911. No pressure, no hype, just a nod and a courteous "call me when you are ready!" I always feel comfortable, un-rushed and, most importantly, certain my Porsche is cared for as I expect. read more

Porsche Warrington is a fantastic Porsche dealer and they made a first time Porsche buyer feel very comfortable. I have had Audi's and Infiniti cars and Lexus and got my wife a Volvo XC 90 but I never fell in love with a car before. There was always something that kept me from experiencing sheer joy until the Porsche Macan. The Macan is the least expensive Porsche that you can purchase but it is all Porsche and you can get a well equipped car for $50,000 +. The car is a dream to drive and because it is so light it is fast enough for me in sport mode to be happy with a 4 cylinder. The standard seats are great and comfortable. The Bose stereo with Apple Play works great. The phone is super clear and the GPS works great in either apple phone mode or just typing in directions. Ed Goddard is an expert on Porsche and has been selling Porsches for many years and he was a miracle worker getting me in the car and making the deal happen. I have been to other Porsche dealers and some of them had an attitude of superiority but not at Warrington which is a Sloan Company. They treat you the same if you are buying a beautiful base line Macan or a Porsche 911 Turbo. I even joined the Porsche Club of America for 42 bucks a year and got 10 percent off the service bill plus you get access to discounts on cool Porsche Design gear like hats and shirts and all weather mats and other items that they have there. I love my Macan it is a sheer joy to drive at any speed. Ed Goddard is a great and fair sales person and their finance department will work hard to make normal people get approved and become part of the Porsche family. I hope I have the opportunity to keep buying Porsches for the rest of my life. There really is no substitute for a daily driver sports car all wheel drive like the Macan. It is a work of art to look at and it is well worth it because it is the only car that makes me smile every time I get in the car. Please see Ed he will make you happy. I purchased a car I had been specifically seeking from out of state on June 24th, 2017. Things seemed to have run smoothly and I was told they were very familiar with doing out of state deals. However it is now nearly 100 days after the transaction and they have not been able to get the registration completed after screwing it up legitimately 4 times. Now seems it is likely a fifth as I was told unequivocally by Janet of their title office I would have the plates in hand yesterday and do not. They have not come today. I have not been able to drive this car legally for over a month and it is just sitting in my garage infuriating me. I have been forced to change many plans based on this. I still do not have a resolution to this nightmare after repeatedly asking them to send me the title and fees already paid so I can just go to the damn DMV myself. I recommend you do business with one of their competing dealerships nearby to get a Porsche. Do not trust these people to give the attention to detail such a transaction should entail. They are obviously incapable of following through and high likelihood they will cause you an incredible amount of frustration one way or another. I have never had another experience that comes even remotely close to this. I have closed on homes with FAR less effort and frustration. I would never purchase a vehicle from them again under any circumstances. read more

I brought my 2016 Boxster S in to have a bolt removed from the tread. Service Advisor Caine Lihn was able to schedule an appointment within 24 hours. They were able to plug the tire and never pushed me to replace it. But, I will return to the dealership for any and all service needs. They even quoted a price on a replacement tire significantly less than Tire Rack! They were careful and thorough with my car, and clearly understand the Porsche enthusiast. My trip to Porsche Warrington was an unbelievable waste of time. Working with Marc Brenner, the manager there, was a terrible experience. Prior to visiting Porsche Warrington, I called ahead about a GT3 I was interested in and spoke to Marc. I went in the next day and had decided to go in a different direction, with plans to keep my BMW track car and go for an AWD 911 instead for year-round/daily usage. Asked to check out a CPO Carrera 4S and a new Targa 4S. Marc told the sales rep I was working with that the 4S was "unavailable and getting detailed" and that he "wasn't allowing test drives on the Targa." He didn't offer up any suggestions, other cars, etc., which was enough to get me out the door. Seriously - I just walked out and they couldn't have cared less. As I was leaving, another sales rep and customer were pulling out of the lot for in the Targa I asked about. Then I drove around the back of the lot, and lo and behold, the 4S was sitting in the lot and wasn't getting detailed. So, I drove down the street and found a nice 911 at Porsche Conshohocken instead. I'm still confused by the whole thing, and with tons of Porsche dealer options in the area, advise taking your business elsewhere. read more

In fact the last time I spoke to him he told me to "F off" and his boss David Sloane is even worse then this guy. A true shady used car dealer who lies through his teeth and is a thief. Sold me a car that was misrepresented and running on 4 cylinders. I have close to $18,000 in receipts so far this car for work needed to fix the car. RUN RUN RUN away from Sloane Porsche/Porsche of Warrington. They will not be in business for the long term as they continue these shady business practices. IF they were a stand up dealer then Marc Brenner/David Sloane would've called and apologized and offered to either take the car back or refund a portion of my purchase for the car that they grossly misrepresented. They update the software, a week after had same problem again. And finally after 3 weeks sales manager decided to talk to me and told me at this point there is nothing that can be done to my vehicle on their end and told me to contact to lemon law attorneys or porsche manufacturers. He told me he is only selling the vehicles manufacture deals with problems. They are quick enough to take my money but not help me with problems. Guys in service were very nice.
