While I would like to provide a positive review and a referral, I was not satisfied with the car purchase experience. 1- The salesperson had zero knowledge of the used BMW I was test driving and made little effort to help answer the questions that I had regarding the many features of the car. 2- The BMW App was needed on my phone to help me navigate all the car's features, and there was no mention of it. 3- No instructions provided for charging and how the hybrid works 4- A 10% discount is promised on all warranty products purchased and not redeemed. The finance manager told me that it was discounted enough. 5- Finance options were not laid out to me for a choice of banks for the loan. 6- There were computer issues, and everyone was in a hurry to close up shop, and I felt rushed and unsure of what I even purchased when I left the dealership. 7- The warranty information was not explained or included on the drive provided to me at the time of purchase with the finance paperwork. 8- The front left tire is showing as worn and is soon to be replaced, according to the car's gauges. Why was this not done before the purchase? 9- The vehicle still had the prior owner's information stored, including phones - no factory reset was done. 10- I had to ask multiple times about getting a copy and summary of the warranty products purchased, and was told to call Ray, the service manager, instead. After multiple requests, a copy of the paperwork was forwarded, but still no explanation of the benefits. read more

the ONLY reason i'm giving them 3 stars is because of Phil. Phil was an absolute gem, and audi, you should be grateful you have him. The way he interacted with me and discussed things was extremely professional. If I had Phil from the beginning, I would be giving you 5 stars. BUT Joe on the other hand. What an absolute complete disrespectful human you have behind that counter. First off, he refused to acknowledge my entire existence. Then after he helped someone it took him about a minute to look up from his computer to say "can i help you?" oh hi how are you too. Then he asked why I was there, and I'm explaining and he goes "well that could be a lot of things, how do you expect my mechanic to know?" well sir, look at the dash like I just explained to you, instead of saying "that could be from the door being open" I'm not stupid, you don't need to treat me like I am, but I'm also not a mechanic, but here's the kicker, I can read, and my car is telling me it needs maintence for a censor . At the end of the day, I don't care how much stress you're under, you don't talk or treat people the way he did. No way am I poor, and if he was judging me off the fact he thought I was, then again, that speaks volumes to the people you chose to have at your front desk. but one more time, PHIL WAS AMAZING. We have probably bought 5 Audis from Audi Warrington (previously Holbert Audi) over the years. I cannot say enough about their sales and service staff. Dave sold me my most recent Q5 in September, and he was great. When I had problems with the Car Play, I stopped by, and he went to great lengths to help me figure it out. Philip and Joe in Service at the front desk are the best! I have stopped by and they got someone to fill up the spray for my windshields and also have helped me with the Car Play. Most recently, I swiped my garage backing out, and Philip wiped the white off with a rag-- I thought he was a miracle worker! I have been buying cars for over 40 years now and can say without a doubt that Audi Warrington is the best. It means a lot to know that they still care after they sell you the car and you drive it off the lot. They always have loaner cars available, which is also a plus when you need service. read more

We purchase one of our two Audi from Audi Warrington. As such, we have experience with Sales and Service. I now travel twice the distance to another Audi dealership to avoid Audi Warrington. They provide the service and kindness of a cable company. As a small business owner myself, I would be appalled if my people provided the experience we received on multiple visits. Anyways, I am done with them and highly suggest others to look elsewhere unless they make changes to personnel. read more

Worked for weeks with Al to get information that was slow to come and always promised tomorrow. While making daily contact, I was informed the car was sold from under me. The check was secured and shipping was arranged, but as always, money beats any relationship. Be careful dealing with them and don't expect any form of timely communication or loyalty. read more

Excellent service department. As soon as I pulled up, a service guy greeted me with his iPad in hand. Had my information right in front of him. He also used the iPad to snap pictures of my car. I was told the pictures protects me as well as the dealer just Incase any damage happens while they have the car...or if a customer says there was damage from the dealer. I had a recall on my Audi. Turns out I had an additional issue (phew! still under warranty). My 2 hour appointment was going to take longer than I expected and did not want to wait the additional 4 hours. The dealer ordered a Lyft driver for me. I was kept informed of the status of my car thru texting. I was also picked up by Lyft and brought back to the dealer. My car was waiting out front (I did not have to search for it in the lot). To my surprise it was also washed. YAY! Between the recall, service under warranty and 2 Lyft rides...it did not cost me a penny...just my time. I was impressed with the service I received. read more

Overall bad experience from the minute we sat down with the salesman. Set up an appointment to test drive 2 different model year cars. Was going to purchase based on that comparison. Appointment was confirmed numerous times and both cars were said to be available until he went to get the keys. Came back and said my decision was made for me because the 2020 just sold to some guy on the phone saying he was on his way with a certified check. You have a customer right in front of you ready to purchase but you pass it off to another salesman who is on the phone with someone saying they're on their way?? Ended up test driving the other car with the salesman. Drove it around the block and it was pretty much see you later at that point. When we got back he didn't even go over anything about the car. Went right back inside and he brought the sales manager over who thanked us for coming and simply said sorry that happens sometimes. No what can we do to make this right. No working out a deal on the other car. Just thanks and it happens. Extremely unprofessional. I'm 41 years old and have had my fair share of car buying experiences and this was by far the worst one. This dealership is actually great except for the service manager Ivon. And thats what the star is for. Ive been taking my cars to the dealership since 1998, been through all the name changes and owners. And never once have I ever had anything bad to say. I have purchased cars there, my friends and family has purchased cars there, I purchase parts there regularly, and every employee has always been extremely pleasant and helping. For some reason, they have one of the most customer unfriendly service managers working there now. He is extremely rude and unpleasant in his attitude, conversations and demeanor... its a shame, but ive never had a ill feeling coming there in the past 20 years, but this one employee just makes the place seem extremely unpleasant to do business with. read more

The service department at this dealership is below a standard that Audi buyers should expect. My 2020 all road had a problem, I brought in the car, was there for three days. The same problem occurred two days later. On Friday afternoon they called saying they needed a part and I would have to return loaner until Monday morning or pay for it over the weekend and return my vehicle on Monday when they get part. The customer service has gone way down. Audi owners should expect that a dealership not expect an Audi owner to make multiple unneeded trips over the cost of a loaner. Professionalism and courtesy used to be a standard at Audi Warrington until recently when dealing with a disgruntled employee in the service department. What an absolutely amazing car buying experience. Arrived at 11:00 or so on a Saturday morning. Was greeted by a friendly gentleman who pointed me to the sales department where I met Al. Within a minute I had a great feeling. Talked a little bit about the car I was looking for and within 10 minutes we were on the road. He was very knowledgeable about the car and answered any questions I had on the drive. No canned sales pitch. No pressure. No haggling. Just a good dude who worked with me to get the car I wanted at a great price. I can't speak about service or the car itself at this point. My '16 Q5 was totaled in an accident which I walked away safely due to the Q5's impeccable build and safety features. I notified Audi Warrington as they had an exact replacement with upgraded features. Not only did they assist with my new car, they coached me through the overwhelming process on totaling a leased vehicle. They even went as far as to put a hold on the vehicle for 2 weeks while I worked out everything with insurance. I was in and out with a '17 Q5 in less than an hour, that had more features than my '16 and cost less! I stopped by the dealership to check out the Porsche Macan and also to speak to Audi service for an issue. My impression when I walked in was that this place was busy. Lots of customers checking out the cars. The Porsche sales person was friendly, answered all my questions. The Audi service desk staff (forgot your name - sorry!) was also very friendly and actually walked over to my car to inspect the issue. It was close to closing time and was not able to get my car in for a formal inspection. The Audi service person suggested some recommendations and also lubed the hinges for trunk door at no cost. He didn't even take my tip money. I wish my local dealer was like that. I am thinking about driving all the way back here to buy my next car. read more

Small update : I called Audi of Warrington, "Don" the person replying to me - doesn't exist. Seriously call them yourself, he's not a real manager. They have Marc, Greg and Ivon. That's it. DO NOT GO HERE UNDER ANY CIRUMSTANCE, my story is below I called in on 3/10/20, to lease a 2019 A5 coupe. Vin # : WAUTNAF59KA038666. I spoke to a salesperson named Ron who after a few conversations back and forth, promised me a price of $435/month with $2250 at signing. A deal LITERALLY too good to be true. i instantly gave him my credit card and thanked him for the deal, told him to take a $500 deposit. Once they got my deposit, Ron stopped answering me and his "manager" greg called me to say nope, we made a mistake. Price is now 550 a month. I said how could this be and the only explanation i got was - "well the car was too cheap otherwise" Obviously i told him that i already had a agreement over text, with prices and a deposit in play, so greg decided that he should hang up on my phonecall and then refund my deposit. Gee thanks for honoring your word. So overall, only come here if you want to have $500 temporarily stolen from you by a team of incompetence. read more

While I did not actually purchase a vehicle from this dealership I had negotiated a very fair deal for what seemed like a beautiful q5, unfortunately due to signing papers to purchase at a different dealership and trying to get out of the sale (and were unsuccessful) we did not actually start paperwork. This being said, Mike helped me initiate the sales and communicated frequently updating me with information and letting me know how seamless the process was (we were buying out of state). My wife and I stopped by to purchase a Q7, and found the salesperson very curt and very unwilling. Right after we settled on the vehicle (helped by tons of research beforehand) we were shown the finance application even before working out the price. It was a quick conversation, as right after we push back on the second offer, the salesperson was unwilling to move on. No contact information were exchanged, and even subsequent email to the dealership was completely ignored. You'll get much respectable service, and respect, from the Holman's nearby Audi Willow Grove instead where we eventually made a great deal. read more

I came to this dealership today to look at purchasing the Q3. I walked from one end of the parking lot to the other (Porshe to Audi side). Employees were outside. No one acknowledged me. I found the one I wanted. I went inside. Walked past a dozen people. Again, no one greeted or acknowledged me. I opened the Q3 door on the showroom floor and sat in it. Looked in the back and the trunk. People were around me socializing. Nothing. Audi Warrington must be doing very well and don't need the sale. I am not going to beg for your business. Have had a flawless experience since we purchased our A5 Cabrio in April 2013. Ian Booth was professional, low pressure and found us exactly the car we wanted. This dealer goes ABOVE and BEYOND in terms of service and making customers feel special and satisfied. Not only do they have excellent on site service complete with comparable loaners, they will come pick up your car, drop a loaner and then return it. (Loaners so far have been a 2013 A6 as well as a 2014 Q7 on request - no issues at all with their loaners as in previous review) No request has been too much, including having them come pick up my car and service it while we were on vacation! They understand the value of a satisfied customer and it makes a huge difference. We would definitely consider purchasing our next car here. read more

Run, don't walk away from this dealership. The incompetence of their service department is unfathomable. We purchased our car from this dealership almost two years ago (that experience was fine). Since then every time we go to the dealership for service it is a calamity of errors. One time my wife was literally forgotten about as they thought she had a rental car and instead she sat there for over an hour after the work was complete. Most recently the car was taken in for a small piece of trim to be reinstalled. Another time a wheel had to be repaired twice. This time the car was dropped off in the morning for the appointment and when my wife called at 3:30 later that day they advised they couldn't get to the car. So when she goes to pick up the car at the end of the second day they pull the car up and the trim is still off the car!! Both of us had spoken to the service adviser and there was no mention of Audi needing to order a new trim piece. It seems the dealership cannot handle the simple task of communication, nor competent repair. I will be moving down 611 to another Audi dealership because honestly it can't get much worse. When you pay this much for a car you expect a higher level of service, which this company has failed to deliver. read more

Formerly Holbert Audi, this location recently became a part of the Thompson organization, and they have done a uniformly disappointing job in the service department since the change. I have a 2003 A4 1.8 and have been to several dealers for service with varying results, but this is unqualifiedly awful. The positives: easy scheduling, friendly/responsive technicians, and fancy loaner cars. However, those loaner cars seem designed to mask a miserable service experience. In my three service experiences with this dealer, three different problems have arisen. 1) Brake failure as soon as I got the car back; the technician driving it back to the dealer experienced this brake failure on the highway. Loaner: Q7. 2) Driving out of the dealership, the engine cut out. I coasted to a stop in the first driveway past the dealer and re-started it to drive back to the dealer; they told me there was air in the lines and it shouldn't happen again. Loaner: new A4 3.0. 3) Asked that they check what was wrong with my second key. The shop never called to authorize repairs but instead performed the check and repair and billed me for it. When I went to use the key the next day, it failed to start the car. Called the dealer and they told me the key machine had been out of service the day before; they lied to me and charged me for it. Loaner: A7. If you are looking for Audi service in the area, I would steer clear of Thompson Audi Warrington. read more

Bought a pre-owned car, as is, to find that the previous owner screwed with it, an estimated repair cost of $6,000 to fix the issue, wouldn't recommend. Dealer stopped responding to any emails knowing they sold the car as-is, awful customer service, will never buy nor recommend this place for any future purchases. read more

When this was Thompson Audi it was a joke. I was actually told to go somewhere else when I dared to disagree with the service person who wanted to tear my car apart and replace everything to fix a noise....so I went somewhere else and it was a $10.00 brake clip that needed to be replaced. Sad when I know more than the service people. All they know is how to make you spend money. Glad Thompson is gone. Hope the service department has had a good cleaning out or I won't go there. read more
