Tyler was amazing! Made the car buying experience easy and manageable! Thank you so much Tyler!

We just bought a car at Carshop. EVERYONE there is: respectful, kind, professional, gifted craft people who enjoy the work they have perfected. The horror of buying a vehicle (especially on Halloween) was replaced by quality people who know their trade. Thank you! read more

I was looking to sell my car, and kept getting lowball offers from dealerships in the area as well as Carmax. I set up an appointment with Dan owens, They came back with an offer that was a little bit over what I had hoped for, and I was ecstatic. He made the process extremely easy, I was there for less than an hour and they gave me a ride home. 10 out of 10 I will definitely recommend anyone who is looking, to go there. read more

I have used Carsense for service work for quite a few years. In recent years I have had several bad experiences. In one case they changed spark plugs and left old plug in the engine compartment. In another they changed front brakes and did not clean brake dust from the caliper, and did not replace cracked rubber boots on guide pins. In the mosr recent service they changed a valve cover gasket and created a massive oil leak that coated everthing with oil. They repaired the problem, but this cost me 4 hours of time. Also, they did not do a very good job of cleaning the oil from the engine compartment. Their mechanics are either inexperienced or are working too fast. read more

From the moment we walked in, everyone was attentive and we met with Ethan Bell. I'm not 5ft tall and I ride horses. My husband is about 6'1". I hadn't really looked on line, but had a few recommendations. I hadn't shopped for a car since 2004. I was trading in a Tahoe 1996 with 295,400 mi and wanted something that would last me but wasn't necessary to pull a trailer. It just needed to be able to carry 2 saddles and 2 bales of hay and leave room for the 4 people in car. I must be able to pull the seat up without my head right at the ceiling and still see over the hood. All of these were not negotiable. They brought out 4 cars for me to try and the last one which my husband suggested was my 2021 Bronco sport Big Bend with only 19,108 mi. In great condition (had CarFax report). I had a Bronco before my Tahoe so he thought I should ask if they had any. Ethan found one and had it brought out. I tried it and liked it and it's a horse ,Bronco, must have been meant to be. Since the reps do not work on commission, there was no haggling necessary over price and it was within my budget. They gave me the value of my trade in car against price and I was educated on the benefits of the extended warranty. It couldn't have been easier. Ethan did the paperwork on warranty and car and we said we would pick it up the next day . True to their words, it was ready . They said I had 6 months to return or 500 miles if I wasn't happy. I detest shopping for clothes and cars unless clothes are for the horses. John at the service desk answered some questions and Ethan couldn't have been more efficient, thorough and pleasant. When we picked up the car the young lady that did the transfer paperwork, was so organized, I loved it. She even came out to show me new features and stereo and how to link with my iPhone on the car; after all my Tahoe was a 1996 and a lot has changed. I had a battery issue within time period. They put in a new one and it was free of charge. I had a question about something I hadn't noticed in the wheel well under the spare. They gave me an appointment next day to drop off and they kept overnight in case work was necessary. They arranged for their driver to take me home. (They offered me 2 cars to use. I tried out , but I couldn't see over the hood on these new streamlined Altimas and one other new car (2024) .) The other was the rear windshield wiper rubber came off. Replaced, no charge. All taken care of; no problems. Another friend came from a distance to get her car from them and they helped her with financing. She raved about them. Another horse friend got 3 cars and loved the experience and we horse folks are pretty fussy. Now, when I walk in for routine care, they are pleasant, attentive and know your name and all give the impression that they enjoy their work. That's important to me. I would highly recommend CarShop in Hatfield and when my husband needs to replace his car, I know where we will be going. Thank you everyone at CarShop. You are wonderful. What brought to mind to review them is that I was sharing the info with a friend that's going to need a car that will hold 2 child seats and room for their necessities. Sorry to have taken me so long to write . Car purchased 12/2024. read more

came in regarding selling my 2020 f150, had offers from another dealer for 20,500 and when I got a call from Eddie, he said their range would be 19000-23500, when Ryan got done he said it was only worth 13000, and then said KBB is 16000, so needless to say they are going to screw you out of a good chunk of money so make sure you get multiple quotes. read more

Disappointed with my visit to CarShop Hatfield (3/2/25). Salesperson Ken was dismissive and rude when I inquired about a 2022 Hyundai Tucson. When I needed a moment to look up vehicle details, he told me to leave if I was going to "have an attitude" and later called me "insane" to a colleague. Ended up buying the same vehicle from Fred Beans that day. CarShop lost a $25,000 sale due to unprofessional treatment. read more

We purchased a vehicle about a year ago when CarShop was changing from CarSense to CarShop. Since that time, the car has gone back to the shop for oil changes and regular maintenance. Last week, during the brutal rain & wind storm, my son was driving his car to work and ran over debris in the road. Unbeknownst to him, the debris had damaged the undercarriage of his vehicle causing oil to leak out while it was parked during his work day. Later that evening, after a long 10-hour day, he went to start his car and it was dead. Long story short...I called CarShop and told them what happened. Michael in service assisted me. Michael was very helpful and super nice! He gave me a number for a tow truck service and said if we could bring the vehicle there before 7 that night, he would register it for work the next day. Thank the Lord, it worked out and we were able to get the vehicle to CarShop before 7. Michael took excellent care of the vehicle and, knowing that my son needed the vehicle for work the next day, he made it a priority and it was finish next day! In fact, because I'm disabled and don't drive, CarShop went one step further, and they even delivered the vehicle to us once completed since we live close by. I don't know many places that take care of their customers the way CarShop does. I'm pleased with Michael and the service team at CarShop Hatfield. They are excellent! read more

I was sold a car in June of last year, my second from this Carshop. Due to circumstances out of my control, I can no longer afford the car (9 months later). I was told today that they no longer sell that model of car, and so they offered my barely more than half of the price I just paid off. They did not mention this TWO DAYS AGO when they told me to bring the car in for appraisal. Absolutely disgusting way to treat a repeat customer, or anyone for that matter. Will never, ever, set foot in this place again unless they are kissing it. read more

STAY AWAY! We bought a 2017 Honda Pilot from CarSense in January 2021. There were scratches on the vehicle and CarSense said they would get them out as part of their No Scratches guarantee. We live 45 minutes away and had to take a day off work to come down and drop the car off for this work as they do not have loaner cars to give out when doing service. Whatever. Let's just get this done. When we got the car home in the sunlight the next day all of the scratches still existed. I used to do detail work and it was clear they just slapped a whole bunch of wax on the scratches to try and hide. Clear as day, all still there... Here's where it gets so much worse- The Fuel Emissions light came on prior to the 'detail' appointment. We asked that they look into while it was in the shop. Service rep claims likely just a computer error. To be safe we took to Honda. Turns out it was the Fuel Injector. Okay, if that's it I can live, it's covered under warranty. That wasn't just it. I know the service guy at Honda and had him do a look over at the car while it was there and we ended up needing the following: -All new brakes - pads and resurfacing - Brakes were at a 3. CarSense disputes this. No way CarSense- we barely drove the car in the 1 month of ownership. --2 filters needed replacing -Serpentine belt worn and cracked needed replacing -Brake fluid low & discolored- needed replacing -Transmission Fluid showed no history of being changed - needed drained & filled -Rear diff fluid needed to be drained and filled -Front heated seat never worked - replaced heater pad in seat Grand Total: $1,681.97 Called CarSense to make this right. Emailed them a copy of the invoice from the work done at Honday. They wouldn't pay for a dime of work. Unbelievable. They complained that I didn't take the car to them. Why would I trust them to do major work if they couldn't even address a few scratches on the car? Guy said well you should've given us a second chance. CarSense said they wouldn't cover any of the issues because they say I got scammed from Honda. Only scam here is CarSense. What a joke. NEVER PURCHASE FROM THEM. UPDATE: Still nothing from CarSense/CarShop. Their GM called me as the reviews I've left got their attention. Still offered zero solution to all of these problems. Continued to question why I didn't take the car back to them. I explained A.) that I didn't trust their shop's ability to do any work as they couldn't even fix the scratches on my car and B.) that it was a complete inconvenience for me and my wife to both take off work to drive two cars down there to leave the SUV with them. He mentioned just using one of their loaner cars. I find this hilarious as we asked about getting a loaner twice- once from our sales rep Tim and the other time asked the service rep while booking the detail work. both employees said they don't have loaner vehicles. What a complete disaster of a dealership and leadership team. Tons of miscommunications, and the complete lack of standing by their product is simply astounding. Not to mention the horrendous excuse of a body shop that can't fulfill their dealership promise of no scratches, dings, or dents!... read more

Disappointed at the labor rate I was just charged for brakes. $300 for one hour of labor? Seriously? Is this the age of price gouging in America? The tech certainly doesn't get $150/hour, do they? Buh-bye Car Shop! I give 2 stars for the work done, otherwise, it would be 1 or less. read more

I went to CarSense with the intention of test driving a few vehicles to see what the best fit for me would be. I was working with Michael Moffa, and he was more interested in how much money I'd be putting down than finding a vehicle to fit my needs. He let me test drive only one vehicle, rather than multiple for comparison. He was extremely condescending to me. I will not be returning to any CarSense location ever again if this is how they treat their customers. A few days later he had the nerve to text me and ask if I was still interested in a vehicle that I was clear I was not interested in (it had a 2.5L engine, I was interested in a 2.0L turbo). read more

Don't bother buying a car from Carsense. Bought a car in 2016. Spent over 3K on their top of the line warranty. Immediately had headlamp issues. Took the car back to Carsense, who refused to do anything about it because the car was still under the auto dealer warranty. The dealer did nothing either. Now the headlamp assembly is falling apart. Conveniently the top of the line warranty from Carsense won't cover the cost of a new headlamp assembly. Total rip off!!! A truly Christian company would stand behind the products they sold. Buyer beware!!! UPDATE: After posting my reviews on social media, the service manager called and informed me that they would be willing to pay for half the cost of the headlamp assembly. They also provided a loaner car while waiting for the repair to finish. This type of service, if offered immediately, would absolutely be considered five stars. read more

Do not come here, they make you wait like 2 hours when they tell you to wait for only 30-40 minutes, like don't tell me to wait for a few when you're going to make me wait for longer. I'm seriously pissed and the workers don't seem to care about anything since they all are sitting around and just talking to each other, they are just all twiddling their thumbs and just staring at each other. I took my Ford Escape to Car Sense in Hatfield for an oil change and to change the windshield wiper blades. The tech left the wiper blades on the work bench and forgot to replace them. The next day, when there was light, I saw that the fiber splash guard was hanging down and loose. I went to Auto Zone to get the replacement blades and see if they had the correct fasteners. They found that three of the bolts that held the piece in place were missing. It wasn't torn through, either the bolts were never tightened or were never reinstalled from my previous service. Well I bought two cars from car sense and they were great, lasted for years! I was so about their customer service and the salesman really acted like they cared about you. Car Shop y'all really lost your sense didn't you? I paid for my Buick Enclave outright. The salesman was to busy making another sale the same time he was working with me and forgot to help me put my car seats in while I had three tired kids and a screaming baby with me. I had to call inside the shop to have him come back out to help me. I tried to let it go but it sat so wrong with me. I haven't had my car more then a year and I'd give maybe a half star if I could because I left the dealership and noticed a crack in the window that they fixed for free. Fast forward a couple months after purchase I had my tires consistently leaking air every two to three days. Turns out that the sensors in the tires were shot after taking it to another shop. They said it was or could be something completely different. Which was 2,200 out of pocket for something I feel should have been checked when they were looking over the car from the gate. Now traveling to my sons orientation the other morning my car starts making grinding sounds, skirting to a skating stop out of no where. It was to safe to drive so we had to switch cars which didn't fit our kids right and why I got the enclave to begin with. It was suppose to be a safe car. Imagine if I made it into the highway and it did that. I called car shop to voice my very real concerns and asked to speak with the manager asap. I was very upset with my purchase and needed to voice that. The guy reassured me he would have a manager call me back asap. Instead I received two emails about trading up on my enclave... excuse me you got 25,000 from my 17 cash and an 8000 dollar trade in on my Mazda... how much money would I lose trading in a 25,000 car I haven't even had a year for you to low ball me considering all the new issues this vehicle is presenting now??!!! And I'd have to get a car payment, um no thank you! Seems like a racket to me! In the future I will be taking my Buisness else where after years of loyalty. Don't bother sending me Rays email to voice my complaint you all already showed me the type of Buisness you run and how little you actually care about your customers now. He should of called me back two days ago. I saw that indifference day one and ignored my feelings and I shouldn't have. Also when my I had to try and settle my 3 kids under 5 tell your employees not to stare or offer a pen and paper to drawl on or a water or something. Of course it's boring for three kids to sit while moms buying a car by herself but it had to be done and not everyone has sitters and help off hand. Glad we were good entertainment for y'all and sorry suckers to buy your over priced malfunctioning products ‍ Sincerely a mom whose trying to run her own Buisness without a reliable car and three kids to tote around. Working with Jared, Bumper & the rest of the CarSense Hatfield Team was one of the best car buying experience I ever had. I am one to spend an entire day at a dealership negotiating price. Obviously, I did not with CarSense. Initially I was hesitant but was surprised (pleasantly) that I really didn't feel the need to do so. You get a lot from CarSense with your vehicle purchase, from a great selection of quality vehicles, finance options, and additional services that many other dealers either do not offer, or over charge the customer. You have a Team of Professional's at the Hatfield location that understand customer focus & satisfaction are paramount to their success. Their goal is to get it right & make sure their customers are happy. They are not in it for the quick buck but rather building a long-term relationship with their clients. Plus, their vehicles are priced competitively & are of very high quality. I would give 10 Stars if I could. Thanks again Jared, Bumper & Hatfield Team for the great experience and service! read more

3 hours ago What can I say about my car sales consultant, Torie Savior? Wow, is what comes to mind first! He is honest, sincere, intelligent, caring, knowledgeable, diligent, and all around a great guy. Whether communicating via phone, email, or text (amazing), Torie answered all my questions promptly with the upmost professionalism. If he did not know an answer, he quickly would find someone who would. He made a potentially frantic, scary, typical car purchase scenario, relaxed, reassuring, and easy. He deserves a 100 star rating. Thank you Torie, for this great experience, putting me in my gorgeoues Infiniti Q50, and for going not only the extra mile, but for going way above what is expected. As most people who do not have money trees growing in their back yard, buying a car can be a daunting task. Throw in obnoxious and pushy car salespeople and the entire experience can be as much fun as a broken ankle. A car buying experiences at Car Sense is less stressful than deciding on what color your next iPod will be. The salesmen are actually helpful and since they do not work on commissions they are not breathing down your neck the second you step foot on the lot. All a test drive takes is a copy of your drivers license and insurance. Then you are handed the keys and on the road in no time. My wife and I went back in February and in an afternoon were able to secure an '07 Honda Civic after test driving a '08 Toyota Corolla, 08 Nissan Sentra, and '08 Toyota Yaris. From the test drive to the time we finished financing and drove off the lot with our new car everything went smooth and hassle free. My only knock would be the salespeople are not as intimately knowledgeable about all the cars due to the variety of makes an models on the lot. Though even when we asked something our salesperson was unsure of, he asked questions of someone who could answer our question. We plan to go back to Car Sense when we need another car. read more

CarSense just saved me $350 no joke. So my car brakes squeak every so often, occasionally backing out the driveway or pulling up to a stoplight. I brought it to the local mechanic who said I needed new brakes and rotors. Cost: $350. I call CarSense. They tell me that their typical brake replacement costs $175. I decide to bring it to them. They look at it, and come back and tell me the brakes are just fine and that metallic brakes occasionally squeak but its no big deal. They had a chance to make a quick $175 off me and another guy tried to make $350 off my car ignorance. I LOVE CarSense. I will haul out to Hatfield for even routine maintenance just so they're the ones I am doing business with. read more

I have had nothing but problems since the fist time i walked in there. I put money down on a vehicle and they sold it to someone else...I went back in and dealt with someone new in sales and he was amazing. when they brought me another car they did not honor the price difference even though they screwed up. they totally messed up my address and personal information. I received and email with someone elses email address on it so now this random person has my personal information and the guy Colin I was talking to told me there was nothing they could do, since that email was on my file... Well something went wrong so i brought it into the shop. I took it in on a Tuesday and they didn't look at it until Friday. I had the extended warranty and i told them i needed to get from my house to work and needed a rental they told me i was responsible for my own rental...even though it was covered. they were also extremely rude when i called for an update on my vehicle. read more

I'll start with the better point, which is their sales department. They are great to work with. If you're buying a car, definitely don't hesitate to talk with them. Low pressure, a lot of great options and information. I don't regret buying a car with them at all. However, the service side is why I dropped the stars down. Every time I take my car there to get fixed (under warranty) the key fob and tire pressure sensors stop working. They say they can't do anything about that. I have to take it to a Bergey's, who also uses my warranty, in order to get those fixed. This happens every time I get the car fixed at Car Sense. Makes me wonder why I bother taking it there in the first place. I'll just take it straight to Bergey's from now on. I won't even worry myself with taking my car there for servicing. read more

They were super easy to deal with, took care of everything and offered me more for my trade-in than any other place. I really appreciate their no nonsense approach to car shopping. The customer service sucked. While the salesman did greet me as soon as I got to the lot - he was goofy and challenging the rest of the time. When I presented him with information - he aggressively ( not assertively) challenged me - he laughed like a hyena when I gave Jim my email address - which has nothing funny about it - and was INCREDIBLY slow. Their cars may be great I don't know. I was so turned off by this salesman that I would never go back to this carsense for fear of seeing this goofball again read more

No reason to buy a car anywhere else. Most economists will tell you to never buy a new car because of the immediate depreciation in value. Cars at Car Sense are as close to new as they get, and the service and value cannot be beat. I picked out my car from their website, went to the lot, test drove it and drove it home less than an hour later. Most of the time you can get same day service in their shop where the prices can't be beat. And, it is the norm to wait for your car rather than leave it and come back. If their service hours don't jive with your schedule, you can get an inexpensive loaner and drop off and pick up at your convenience. read more

John Gerjovich was very nice and decently helpful. I personally had a more enjoyable experience at Bergey's Ford, but the bf was (finally) approved for a car here (Emoji praise hands!). So here is where he bought a car. It is a struggle being a young couple looking for cars. No one takes you seriously. But when we expressed this to John, he understood right away that we meant business! He had my bf test drive a car that we were already interested in, and that he recommended. Bf loved it...applied for loans...eventually approved. Haggle free. But the process was a long one. I almost felt as if the sales consultant was becoming impatient (as if it's any easier for us to wait). He would become distracted and kept saying how he had a couple that was coming in to buy a BMW. That annoyed me. All in all everything turned out okay. I personally wouldn't choose to car shop here (I like the dealership my family has been going to for years), but I have multiple friends who won't go elsewhere. No one is a fan of the car buying experience after the test drive ends; the wheel and deal, the haggling back and forth and in the end you always feel like you were "had". Well I have your solution...CAR SENSE IN HATFIELD AND TIM GRAY IS YOUR MAN! We have bought all our cars, 6 in total, from Tim. Car Sense takes the bad out of the car buying experience. The cars are pristine! All are "carfaxed" so you know what you are buying. The cost is listed below KBB, so you know you are getting a good value and if you have a trade, they really do give you a great trade in value. They really are honest and since their philosophy is "the price listed is the price" it takes all the haggling away and you can just focus on the fun part... Buying your new car. They have a huge inventory you can look at online, the finance dept is fantastic, and the service dept is awesome. We also love the longevity of dealing with the same "friend" in Tim over the years. It's obviously a great company to work for to retain their team members for years! Do yourself a favor... Call Tim and have a great experience when you're looking for your next car! That's why we keep returning to Car Sense. THANKS AGAIN TIM!!! read more

I still think I got a good deal on a vehicle here last year but had a horrible experience on service this week. I needed a new battery today and was told it would be a least a week until they could get me in (I tried 2 locations). Just glad I called is either location I called is a good hour away I understand bad weather like today really makes it difficult for scheduling Service at a car dealership but all I needed to do was replace a battery not have them rebuild my engine! Clearly they could've fit me in. Sounds like a really bad scheduling/management. Go there if you want an honest deal on a used vehicle where tracking it's history is particularly important but clearly don't count on them for service I wound up buying a battery from a dealer that got me in the same day and three hours later I was done read more
