Cons: For a very minor rear bumper dent, my car was in their shop for 3.5 weeks - that's almost a month. They were not able to deliver on the committed target date. There's a lot of instance of miss-communication and glaring issues of a disorganized operation which I will detail below. 1) When I met with Adam on July 10th to get an estimate, he had indicated he can get my car in by the 1st week of August. After a few days, I called to let them know I'm taking my car to their shop for repair. I spoke with Josh or Joshua, and now he said they can't take my car until the 3rd week of August (August 14). I was like, that can't be right, I was just in the shop a few days ago and spoke with Adam. I asked to speak with Adam but Josh said he's unavailable. Ok, fine. So for a month, I was driving my car with a rear bumper dent. 2) I brought my car August 14th, and on August 21st I followed up via text and asked when they can complete the repair. They texted back saying (verbatim) "I DON'T SEE A TARGET DATE in your file but will send a task over to the estimator to see what I can find out for you!" Over a week in their shop and still no clue when repair will be completed. I had to follow up TWICE via text. 3) On August 25th, I got a text message from the shop saying (verbatim): "Good morning! The priming and prep work is progressing well on your ILX and we're currently on track for repairs to be completed on 9/1. Thank you and we hope you have a great weekend!" On August 31st, the day before the target completion, I got a phone call from the insurance and they told me that they had spoken with the shop, Pro Team Collision (I believe they said they spoke with Josh) and everything was on track for 9/1. They've sent 2 checks both of which was cashed by the shop already. The insurance also said rental coverage will end 9/1, but at that point everything should be all settled and everything should go smoothly. On 9/1, the day of supposedly completion, I got a text message from Pro Team Collision, telling me that they are STILL wrapping up reassembly and that there is still a "final bill balance" as of that morning. Someone had miss-communicated that there is a balance of $200+ in the final bill. And since it was 9/1 Friday Labor Day weekend, my car was never released and was held hostage because of this balance and had to get my rental car extended. When I called the insurance company on 9/5, the insurance said the shop had just submitted the supplemental bill at 9:57am that morning. 4) I got a phone call from Adam on 9/5 to let me know that the insurance sent over proof of payment for the supplemental. He said my car is ready for pickup, "however", he wants me to send over the initial check that Travelers had supposedly sent me. I was like "travelers never sent me any check, all the checks were sent directly to the shop and I told Adam that I spoke to the insurance company earlier that day and they said the shop already cashed both checks".... Adam went back to check his records, and confirmed it was indeed cashed by the shop. There's a lot of instance of miss-communication and glaring issues of a disorganized operation, and I don't know if that contributed to my car being in their shop for 3.5 weeks, that's almost a month for a minor fender bender. Hopefully you don't have to ever need to take your car to a body shop, but I would probably look elsewhere for your repair needs.

Ok....although this is a bitter sweet review, because a car accident is never a good thing but…read morethese guys really go the extra mile to make things fit into your schedule, pay great attention to detail and I was treated like a brother rather than a client. After I was in the accident, a tow truck was sent to my location and they picked up the car. I didn't have to worry about a single thing!!! Within 2 days, I was fully update on the status of my vehicle and they did a great job of keeping in touch throughout the entire process. Not only will I use these guys for ALL of my auto collision needs but I have sent a few of my friends, co-workers and clients to them! Truly a 5 Star operation!!!!

Before I say anything negative about here I will say Tamrya from the front office seems to be the…read moreonly person here who have some common sense and isn't a complete rude incompetent individuals like the rest of this shop. Let's start by saying I was already annoyed when back in April my original estimated time of repairs went from a few days to over two weeks because this shop kept on magically finding new things to fix every other day jacking up my estimate. When I called if I got Tamra she would be understanding and try to help but if it was Linda she couldn't give an crap and dismiss any concerns acting like she has something else better to go do. You're at work I am your customer you should know that we keep this body shop running by bringing business here the attitude is unnecessary so definitely wasn't going to recommend after but what made me really want leave a review is this. Literally after picking up my car everything seems fine but I noticed anytime I braked a small grinding sound occurred. That DID NOT HAPPEN before dropping my vehicle off at Bryn Mawr auto body! I brushed it off as I thought it would go away soon which it did but the grinding sound would come back here and there. Recently it's now a very loud and obnoxious grinding sound that comes out every time I brake so I called today at 8/5 to voice my concern. After Tamrya transferred me over to Chris he told me that I needed to get new brakes as the grinding sound means that it's time for a replacement. Little did he know I replaced it three months prior and the new brakes I had installed haven't even been driven over 5000 miles. Also I played dumb over the phone asking Chris how often brakes need to be changed and he had the nerve to lie say 4-6 months and that I needed to get it replaced. Do Chris and this body shop really think me or anyone else I know on the mainline would ever bring our vehicle here again? It's aggravating to deal with mechanics who speak out their behinds thinking people are dumb when in fact we're not as stupid as you think. Chris was quick to dismiss every concern I brought up and even when I brought to his attention this didn't happen until after my car was worked by you guys on April and he kept on saying we didn't work on the body of you car which was b.s. They worked on the smart brake system which my Mazda 2022 had and it was included in the estimate that they updated every other day jacking my original estimated of $1755 to $9152 dollars! Also Chris says they worked on my sensors which still isn't working lol they charged almost 10k to have done absolutely nothing but to change a headlight? This place is basically a scam and hopefully you all who read this can avoid this place and find other more reliable more reputable auto body shop to get things done correctly. Linda you need to retire since you're so miserable at your job! Chris hopefully if your mother or kids or wife or your family ever go to another auto body shop they treat them like trash too since you like to talk to your customers that way.
