    Was rear ended and insurance recommended them to do the body work. The work was done fine and on…read morethe timeline they originally gave me. (Even though they texted me to say they would need an additional 5 days that they didn't in fact require causing me to schedule a rental car for longer than I needed). Problem started a day and a half after I got the car back, one of my rear tires was flat, right as a blizzard was moving in. I went to change it and discovered a puncture on the side wall of that tire. Went to get a new tire and the tire shop informed me that there was a metal object sticking out of the side of the other rear tire as well. While I may have run an errand or two the day after I got my car back, it is unlikely my tires got punctured anywhere other than this shop, where it sat for two weeks. Would not recommend this place at all.

It's like they rushed the job due to me and my girlfriend calling concerned about the car on why it's taking so long, all employees told us they was waiting for a part that they didn't know a part number or name for and with us calling and wondering how they don't know the part number or name they rushed the car to be picked up. We both called and my girlfriend went up to 3D and Ken was very aggressive or annoyed talking to my girlfriend about 2 weeks ago. They told us a bunch of lies or things that they didn't live up to. Said we would get a new license plate, new key fobs and now they're telling us that we wont get a new license plate that's a state thing and we have to go thru the state to get a new on. The key fob that they said they reprogrammed was fully programmed only thing that works on the key fob is unlocking the doors and opening the trunk, I can't lock the doors or auto start the car. They said they tested it out before they gave the car back and I doubt that cause why when I get the car back and park it at home I can't lock the doors? That don't make sense! I wouldn't recommend anybody to go to 3D due to lack of knowledge on car and untruthful information or made up information and how the manager talk to people. Even the associates seem off.

The whole crew made the process feel smooth and well organized, which really took a lot of stress off me. I want to give a special shout-out to Ian, the Customer Service Manager. The extreme cold weather slowed down the paint process, but he and the team did everything they could to stay on schedule and get my car back to me as promised. I truly appreciate that effort. They also noticed an issue with my tire and brought it to my attention, making sure I understood the safety concern. They even helped me find a discounted replacement tire to bring the cost down. That meant a lot to me. It felt like they were looking out for me, not just trying to make extra bucks. Communication was great as well. I received regular updates, so I always knew what was going on. While they're busy, they have a shop cat to keep you company while you're waiting. She's round and content, clearly very well-fed and well taken care of. She's a bit shy, but she's warm company on a cold day while you wait. I'm very glad I chose them. The last time I went there they were very booked so I had to wait a week and pay for mucho car rental fees. Also they offered to fix two small dents for an extra $1000.00 which was actually a really bad offer. As I whole 2 out of 3 times were excellant but that latter a bit of a drag.
