This is an exceptional business and I have to tell of my recent experience. In "assisting" a contractor in loading some material at my house, I inadvertently helped too much by launching a wooden beam (missing the flatbed) into the rear window of his expensive pickup truck. Of course, it was my negligence. I made one call to Fred of Seclect Auto Glass Plus who was a savior for the day. He told my contractor if he could get there by 12:40 pm, he be able to replace the rear window. True to his word, I sent the contractor there and it was all done within hours. I never met Fred but spoke to him by phone and we handled it all by my credit card. He was also very patient with my contractor from Cambodia who has limited English. I was very anxious to get my contractor taken care of as he has a business and needed to resume work. Fred could not have been nicer, and he is the lodestar for customer service. After minor problems between my auto insurance and Select regarding my appointment, the service was fine. Was a bit disappointed in the amount of time it took. Appointment was noon but the staff was out to lunch except for owner Fred. Fred was very nice. But they did not start to work on my vehicle until 1 pm. It only took 30 minutes, but should not schedule service during lunch. I had no way to go home, so I could not leave my vehicle and come back. By the way, I got there early so I spent 2 hours there for a 30 minute service. But overall, I am so far, satisfied with the job they did. read more

My boyfriend's windshield was smashed overnight and we were looking for a replacement service as soon as possible. After calling in and confirming a same-day service and pricing (which was very reasonable!), we were pleased to pull up to the garage within 30 minutes of the phone call. Because it was a same-day service, we had to wait a few hours for the actual glass to be delivered; which wasn't a surprise. Overall we spent about 2.5 hours chilling in the AC waiting room. Fred was very informative and professional with the service. If you are planning to stop by, cash is preferred since paying with card will cost you waaaay more. I first called two other places for a price quote and then I called here. Professional answered the phone, provided me with a price quote, I was able to bring my truck on right away because they had my window in stock. Google map to the location which was easy to find with no problem. They have a small waiting area, but I was just dropping off. Was waiting on right away and my quote never changed. I asked how much to also tint my side windows while there. Price was on point so I asked them to also do my side windows. They asked if I wanted the windows to match the back tint and I said yes. When they called me to pick it up. I was impressed!!! The replacement window was nice and the side tint was just what finished the look of my truck. I don't have windshield insurance coverage so need to pay for windshield replacement out of pocket. After comparing quotes for windshield insurance and multiple quotes for out of pocket replacement. The price and the work we paid (compared multiple quotes) was very satisfying with Fred's shop. High recommended. Shop might be busy so try to call couple times or email / msg. I've been contemplating wether I was going to write this review or not for many reasons. My husband and I are small business owners and would never handle anything this serious with such insensitivity and carelessness. I am very disappointed in how my issue was handled. I brought a brand new 2016 Subaru Crosstrek there. Everything looked great. Until the next day I noticed there were deep scratches on the passenger arm control panels. I rolled out of the dealership two days before with the plastic still on the them and the touchscreen dash (literally peeled it of the morning of my appointment). So I know for a fact that scratches that deep aren't regular wear and tear. Both the panels were on the passenger side and no one except me has gotten into the seat. In my distress, I had my husband call and talk to them. He brought the car to them and Freddie tried to demonstrate that he barely touches the panels and he inside of the car and he doesn't sit in the seat. I mean come on. I've seen tint jobs done and I've done them with my brother and have witnessed the process. Almost didn't want to take responsibility for it. I'm currently 7 months pregnant (and high risk so I try to not stress too much) and this car was a present from my husband. I went back to Freddie because he did a beautiful job on my last vehicle. Now I have to figure out how to fix scratches on a week old car. While I understand that they have to protect their business, you also have to take responsibility when it's due. People make mistakes and we're only human, but flat out denying he did anything wrong when all signs point to him makes me loose faith in humanity and honest people. *The two stars are for the past job he did on my other car. read more

I've been meaning to write a review for Select Auto Glass Plus...it's about 6 months overdue but better late than never. First, the owner was very helpful and friendly setting up an appointment. So I took my dad's 2014 Honda Accord sport in for a 25% window tinting. About an hour after dropping the car off my dad got a call informing him the tint we requested was low (inventory)...they asked if it was okay if they put 20% in the rear and 25% in the front to accommodate...I was pretty irritated because I recommended this place to my dad and they overlooked a basic business operation (supplies). Okay so not the end of the world. However, upon arrival and inspecting the car there was literally puddles of tinting fluid in the cars cup holders, floor mats and trunk. I'm not exaggerating there was window solution all over the inside of the car. This pissed me off. The solution didn't damage the interior of the car but you think they could have cleaned the mess they created before giving the car back. Overall pretty disappointed because I really liked the owner but I can't say I would recommend this establishment to friends or family. read more

Absolutely incredible from the price to the service I am more then a satisfied customer, came here to get my window tints removed and then redone and I have to say best decision I ever made. From the initial estimate which was well beyond the price of his competitors to the quality of work which I was very pleased with it was a great experience the owner was there to greet me and go over what exactly I wanted done with my car over again to make sure there were no problems and everything was in order and for the next 4 hours he worked tirelessly on my car getting it done exactly like I wanted. When I say 4 hours I mean this guy's worked his assistant over for 4 hours trying to get my old tint off the car and taking great care of it. The morons that put it on the first time did a really shitty job which made it nearly impossible for him to get it off. Not once did he complain or even decide to charge me more for doing so in fact he apologized the entire time about how long it took. Great guys great price for full tint removal and then retint everything including the sun strip with a lifetime warranty if anything ever goes wrong.
