I was so fortunate that I called Imagine Audio. They worked with me to find a reliable/reasonably priced OEM manufacturer for the camera (I didn't want to buy used or some cheap knockoff). Scheduling with them was very easy, brought car in at 9am and received a text at 11:30am that it was ready. Paid and was on my way. After 1.5 years the power amp went out and had to be sent back to the factory. A year later the subwoofer quits. I went back again, they played with some wires and it worked when I left. A month later the sub quit again. Frustrated and very busy I did not return to this store. Drove without my sub until I found a great store in Ewing NJ. They inspected the system and immediately asked me where I had it done and that the power amp should NEVER have been installed under the drivers seat in the mustang. They showed me frayed wires that led to shorting out the sub. The. Wires grayed from the movement of the drivers seat over the years. End of story is $1200 later I have the power amp relocated and the sub replaced. Sadly, this store lost a good customer...so BE WARE work can be shoddy!

First of all, I'm an electrician and I'm on yelp. All of my reviews are 5 stars (except for one…read moreperson who didn't even hire me). I'm saying this so you know that I understand what good service is. I came to Pat in a pretty desperate situation. The fob for my Van's lock and alarm broke that morning -I was stuck at home with a locked and alarmed van. I started desperately calling around to places trying to get an appointment. To be honest, I knew this was a problem and I had already done a bunch of research. I actually wanted to get a new alarm system that would automatically set itself if I forgot to do it myself. It looked like I was going to spend a couple hundred bucks, but that's fine with me. At such short notice, I couldn't find anyone who could do the work sooner than a few weeks. Fortunately I found Pat at Alarm and Tint Specialist. He was super friendly on the phone, tried to explain how I could bypass the alarm system so I could drive, and said he thought that he would have a new fob for me. The next thing he said really surprised me: my alarm didn't need to be replaced, he could reprogram it so that the doors locked automatically. After I figured out how to bypass the alarm, I drove over and true to his word, Pat reprogrammed my alarm and gave me a new fob... While I waited. So, it turns out most of the alarm companies are owned by Viper, so I didn't need an exact match for my fob (which is no longer made). Okay, in case you're not getting it: NOBODY had told me this. They all wanted to sell me a new system which would have cost hundreds of dollars more than what Pat charged me to reprogram my alarm system on the spot. I'm going to add a couple more things: 1). I had a good time hanging out with Pat while I was there. We talked working guy stuff, owning your own business, but unlike a lot of mechanics and technicians I've met, he wasn't a grunt. I had a good time talking to him. 2). His shop is a big garage and he does the work right there. Other places I had been to in the past were more like a showroom so I appreciate it that Pat is unpretentiously excellent at what he does. He knew the product, he knew what to do, and I didn't feel like I needed a big, pretty, shiny store to get the job done. I wish more businesses were as easy and straightforward to deal with.

My 86-year-old mother had her front passenger window broken just for fun by a hoodlum. She took it to a different place who replaced the window and, believe it or not, glued it shut. He claimed that the glass run channel was not working, that the molding to hold the window in place wouldn't hold the glass in place, the bolts were rusted, etc., etc., etc. He was upset when I brought the car back to him and muttered why I wouldn't believe him. He put the fear of God in me that if he took the panel off he might not be able to replace it. After a discussion with our regular mechanic, who could not find new molding, I decided to not let this other place work on the car again. I was referred by someone else to Ed's Auto Glass. They told me about Tommy who has worked on windows forever and is a magician at fixing them. Long story short, Tommy looked at it, said he could fix it, and did so in a couple of hours the next day. It needed some lubricant, clips, and someone that knew what they were doing. It is better than new as he also screwed on a part of the door that had fallen off previously and had nothing to do with the job. At this point, I would never, ever, ever, take my auto glass to anyone but Ed's Auto Glass. They are serious professionals who did an amazing job. My 86-year-old mother, who went through World War II and the Holocaust, was absolutely thrilled to get her car back. The price I paid for the job was fair. The look on my mother's face when she got her car back with a fixed window was priceless and something I will always remember. Thank you so very much for putting some real joy into my mother's life.

Justin answered promptly, answered my questions and fit me into his schedule immediately. So, YES, I made a u-turn & he started right away. I was in & out within 45 minutes to my surprise. Even though it was 45 minutes, the quality of this service was excellent. The tint matched the rest of the windows. He gave me written & verbal instructions on how to care for the windows as they would need time to set & dry. He also informed me that they've been at that location for many years & there's a lifetime warranty. Now I could have shopped around to find a cheap spot for this but I'm glad I didn't. My experience was well worth it. I'm definitely recommending for friends & family.

Took about an hour for 2 windows so I walked over to CVS and Target. The price quoted was the price I paid. No place to wait inside since it's basically a 1 car garage. I did find an old bench behind the store which was perfect for the windy warm day I had my windows tinted. No problems so far so we will keep coming back.
