This company does an incredible job. They are polite, courteous, and professional. I would definitely recommend their service.

I made an appointment with Car Optics over the phone back in June. I got there early for my appointment and they were able to get started on my car quickly. I didn't need to wait long and was out in under an hour. I was worried about having issues with bubbling in the tint since I was going on a cross country road trip. I didn't roll down the windows as instructed for a few days. The tint held up perfectly and it's been about 6 months and over 5,000 miles driven with the tint and no issues! read more

2 years later and my tints are still perfect. No peeling or purple discoloration on the ceramic tint film. I made an appointment over the phone, came by, looked at all of the tint film options in person, and was out of the door in an hour. Also comes with a year warranty if it peels or discolors. Cool waiting area too if you need to do some work while waiting read more

STAY AWAY...SAVE URSELF THE HURT I went to Car Optics to get tint work for my vehicle. It looked nice. Didn't roll down my windows for 4 days. Then when I rolled down my window on that 4th day I noticed that my driver side window when rolled down would come off track a bit. I went to back to the shop. They told me that it was the window regulator. I told them it wasn't like this when I 1st came into this shop. They said that it could've been like this but I didn't notice it, which is TOTAL B. S. They told me that I should take it to the dealer since I have ins on my vehicle. read more

Great job and nice guys! Justin gave me a good price (in line w/ other quotes). Said 'come over now' and they took me right in. Quite an array of different types and tints...computer cut so they fit like a glove. I have an F150 regular cab, so just 2 sides and back (I chose the Sun Tek metalized film), and it was done in about 30 minutes. Pleasant waiting room. John (owner?) said that the couple of tiny bubbles would go away within a week...they did. 1 year warranty. Looks like I hoped that it would...very pleased. There and back home in about an hour. Nice that we don't feel like we're riding high-up in a fish bowl anymore. P.S. don't forget to check for the Yelp coupon that saved me $50. read more

I've had two cars done here. Computer cutouts so it's exact. They are on the more expensive side but again- the computer cutout is exact- the wait time is exactly that- you can wait for your car because they can complete it usually in about an hour. I'd give 5 stars but being on the higher price side and when I called I received two different price quotes-they honored the lower one but I could have ended up paying $60 bucks more. read more

Back at Car Optics again to have my new vehicle tinted this morning. Fast and professional service as always. In and out in less than 30 minutes. And the guys were gracious enough to honor the Yelp check-in discount which I thoroughly appreciated. Highly recommend these guys to anyone for their tinting needs. Stiil 5-Star!! read more

I really can't say enough good things about this place. I've been using their services since they had the little spot on the boulevard. The work is always amazing, service is great and the shop is clean and efficient. I've recommended so many people and everyone has a good experience. I highly recommend. I went to Car Optics yesterday and they were able to fit me in today to get my Jeep Grand Cherokee tinted. The job looks great! It has only been a few hours so I will be revisiting this review, but so far so good! I was able to get an appointment right away. Not only that, I was there maybe 20-25 minutes and the job was done! (Disclaimer- I only had two windows done). The guys working there were friendly and knew their stuff. I wanted a specific tint percentage and that was no problem. I thought the price I thought was very reasonable. read more

Justin and his team went above and beyond helping with with a Chrome delete project on my A5. Local, quality craftsmanship. Recommend!

Two stars because the tint actually looked good. I would give one star because the service was unprofessional and rude. There was this one guy who was very young and skinny. He needs a class in customer service. He was very condescending and sarcastic. He wanted to argue with me about what percent tint i wanted. He was very nasty in telling me what i could see and what i couldn't see. Again, if i told you what i wanted there is no need to go back and forth with me. I didnt feel welcomed and he made it clear they had many more appointments. I dont care how great the tint is, your customer service was horrible. I would not come here again or recommend it to anyone. read more

I come to Car Optics to have my windows tinted on my new car, all the time. I recommend them to everyone that's interested in getting tint. I have never been disappointed. Thank You Car Optics!!! read more

Super quick and easy to set up appointment. They text to remind/confirm appointment 4/hrs prior. When I arrived they took their time to explain and walk me through options and how to best match back factory tinted windows. Once I selected tint multiple guys jumped right in and got it done almost faster than it took me to write this review. Definitely will be returning and referring anyone looking to get their wheels tinted. read more

I had my Ford Explore windows tinted by Car Optics. I wanted the rear windows limo dark and that's what I got. I arrived on time for my appointment, they took my truck, I'm thinking I'll be an hour or so but 20 minutes later they came and got me to show me the finished product. For the convenience the price was very good too! read more

I recommend this place to everyone I know! Super quality service with great prices!! The place to go for tinting for sure!

Went here on a recommendation from a friend. My price was discounted because of the referral, but even without it -- their prices are pretty darned cheap. It'll vary depending on your vehicle, but shop around and I'm pretty sure you'll find Car Optics fairly competitive. All of the tint is computer-cut specifically for your vehicle make/model/year. They warranty the work for up to a year. The work is also done pretty quickly and they've got a comfy waiting room with a TV. Everything is also explained pretty well, the process any they're quite helpful when it comes to answering any questions you might have. One stipulation though: I can't verify this but I have a feeling one of the guys working on my car might have accidentally damaged some of the lining on one of my car doors. There was a tear in the leather on the door that I hadn't noticed before, though I have no way of proving this to be honest... I noticed it immediately after getting home from getting my car tinted. All things considered though, my friend and I were treated fairly (he got his car done too), we were impressed with the quality of service and the speed at which the work was done... and no real complaints. We even added on the spontaneous tinting of our tail lights as well... I was impressed to discover that they also performed that service and hopped at the opportunity at the additional cost. It's been about three days and there's still some visible bubbles on my back windshield when viewed from outside. They're quite tiny but I might have to give a call if it becomes a problem. read more

I've had three cars tinted here and they do great work. Well worth the money to spend to get great quality. Staff is very professional and tell you everything you need to know and they get the job done quick and efficiently, and lasts a while. Tint still looks great after two years on on my cars. The tinting is still ongoing, but so far they have a great team that went right to work on my car. Very courteous and great environment to relax in. I'll add a full review once I get a chance to see the finished product. read more

Made an appointment earlier in the week and went in on Saturday 1/23/2021 (I requested this day, they did have earlier availability). Parked the car and went inside. Upon entering you are shown a wall of different percentages. They explained everything well to us and were honest. They then took the car and worked their magic. Within 30 minutes they were done! Not even exaggerating. They are quick, straight to the point and welcoming. The tint looks great and I am very pleased. I will recommend to others. read more

I originally contacted Car Optics via text message using the number on the website. Someone got back with me right away. I scheduled for that same week. I was 5 minutes late for my appointment but I was greeted by a staff member with a smile. He came in and explained to me the different options I had and answered all of my questions. He was done in about 20 minutes and I loved how it looked. They also put a sticker over the window buttons so you don't mistakenly roll the windows down. I had a good experiences and I would use them again. read more

Brought in my 17 gti to get tinted today. One of the few shops in the area to not resort to using vinyl to cover the two front triangle windows. One local shop wanted an extra 70 bucks just to do those two windows! With the very reasonable price of the full tints, I'm very satisfied. Shop said it will take two weeks for the hazing and small bubbles to disappear but based on the install of under an hour and a half hour, friendliness of the employees, and the clean install (no water left on my door panels or anything like that) I'll leave the 5 star review. I left there with the feeling that if I did have any issues with the tints going forward I could come back and they'd take care of me. Will definitely return if I need any other cars done in the future. read more

Very quick service. The other places told me 3-4 HOURS to tint the whole vehicle. It took 45 mins to tint my truck all around. Nice sitting area with Movies in the Tv while you wait. Comfortable chairs. I've been places you have to stand the entire time. read more

This business is aesthetically clean and relaxing. As a person of a certain age, I needed to use their restroom while I waited for my car. Let me tell you! I expected a less than stellar, man-cave -looking room. However, it was spotless! It's as if the housekeeper just ended his/her shift! Ed, the man in charge there, is quite honest. He'll let you know if you're wasting your money at the expense of him making an extra buck! He is very patient and professional. His employees are a gem as well! This is my second visit to Car Optics in 3 years. I needed to change the color of my tints; my preference. They did a superb job every time! No complaints! I would highly recommend them! read more

So I have had so many cars done here. They do a nice job with the tint. They have had a standard price for a long time. I called the other day to make an appointment for a new car and they decided to double the price. I understand going up as the times change but they went from $40 a window to charge $300 for three windows on a coupe convertible! Three windows! Go to Car Pretty down the street! Did a great job and give lifetime warranty on the tint read more

Fourth or fifth car I can't remember, but very consistent when it comes to customer service, and work. Kinda why I don't go anywhere else..

Feel free to text them with any questions you got before getting your car tinted. They'll answer all of it in a timely manner. The fastest job I've ever seen, in at 8:34am, out around 9:10am like there's no way they did that but there were about 3-4 guys worked on my Camry so it was quick! Got 20% all around, hope police leave me alone lol.
