I had such a good experience with A&A today. They were so friendly when I called for a quote after a windshield crack had spread and I needed to replace the whole windshield. They said they could replace it today if I brought it in within 45 minutes and it was ready a few hours later. I saved more than $100 by going here rather than going with the company my insurance recommended. My car was ready and parked out front when I went to pick it up and they were, again, so friendly. So happy with this service! I'm a student and it's my finals week, and someone decided to through a rock through my car window... I didnt have time to sit at an auto shop so I was so happy when I found someone that can come to me and do it! The guys were super friendly, quick, and the price was great. They also cleaned up the inside of my car in the front and back, and vacuumed all the old glass up from the break in. They went above and beyond, great customer service. I have a classic Mercedes Benz and it is completing a two-year restoration. The glass was removed for a complete repaint. With the interior nearly done, it was time to reinstall the rear windshield. Many shops would have shied away from re-installing 40 year old glass and a new weather strip, along with newly polished chrome trim. My car window was smashed in. A&A was able to get me into the shop within 15 minutes and the repair was done within two hours. They vacuumed out the glass in my car and wiped down the seat to get the glass out of my backseat as well. Great value, great work and an incredibly quick turnaround! read more

I needed a estimate on a windshield for my 2011 Ram and spoke to Eric and he quoted me prices on used and new windshields. Once I got the quote I asked if the work would be able to be done at my workplace and he let me know that they could do it wherever my truck was. This was a big help due to my odd hours of work and not being able to miss work. The installation was set up for 10 am and the installation guy Jimmy was there on time and got to replacing the broken windshield. Once the job was done the truck was vacuumed and as clean as I left it. I will tell everyone that A&A is the place to contact if you need glass done read more

Literally THE worst company I have ever dealt with. And I have had some bad experiences with companies in the past. However A and A Glass is by far the worst. Not even close. The lack of customer service and willingness to admit they mad a mistake is incredible and ridiculous. They didn't give notice that the tech wouldn't be able to come to the appointment that was scheduled. Then the tech that came to the rescheduled appointment was rude, ignorant and actually arrogant as opposed to apologetic! Couldn't be more thrilled with my discovery of A&A Glass. These guys are heroes in regards to workmanship, price, turnaround time, and customer service. Poor customer service.. I hired A&A Glass to cut a piece o glass for the top of my dresser. Even though I provided the exact measurements, they cut it wrong. But that happens. What was unacceptable was the service I received after they had my money and I was waiting for a replacement piece of glass. It took repeated calls and over 2 weeks of waiting to obtain a new piece of glass. Every time I called I was promised it would be ready the next day and that I would receive a call. No one ever called. if I hadn't kept calling them I'd probably still be waiting for my glass! read more

Don't waste your time. I made an appointment for an estimate for a residential window replacement and the estimator told me he was a couple of minutes away and I waited almost thirty minutes for him to arrive. He knew I left work just to meet him but stopped elsewhere first instead. Not only that, he never even emailed me the actual estimate or followed up. Very unprofessional. A & A Glass replaced my car's windshield about a year ago and I called them again this week to replace the windshield for my son's truck. Both times the service was excellent. Within minutes of requesting a quote online this week, I received a follow up call to schedule an appointment. The price quoted is the price I paid. The techs,Tom and Eric, arrived promptly as scheduled. They were friendly and professional and the truck looks great. Installed 4 windows in my condo. We immediately started to notice that one of them "howled" due to the wind. We called and were told someone would contact us to setup an appointment to come over to address it. That never happened. After a couple weeks, we called again and scheduled an appointment. No one came on the scheduled date. We called again and were told that someone would contact us - which of course never happened. At this point, I'm giving up but am making it a point to let others know about A&A's commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. read more
