Rock hit my windshield on the highway, so my windshield had to get replaced, and my local Volvo repair shop recommended this place, not too far from me, so it worked out nicely. They have Wi-Fi in the shop, plus a Keurig machine, so I was able to work while waiting, which was convenient. There's a dog there that's friendly as well as the people, who were all really good at explaining everything, including the insurance piece. Hopefully I don't have to go back again anytime soon, but if I find myself in another pinch or know someone who is, I'd send them here!

Desperate to get my windshield fixed, I went on yelp to find another local company. Not only did Supreme come to our house to fix it parked on the street, they only charged me $220. We got the stickers like a week prior to our windshield cracking. Go local when you need to get your windshield replaced. You will not regret it.

When I called Alderfer's about this, they said that it is caused by using Windex that contains ammonia, and that I should change to ammonia-free Windex. What?!? They never gave that warning when they installed the mirror, and it sounds ridiculous to blame it on a cleaning product! They also installed a new pane of glass in the sidelight window next to my front door, and when they removed and reinstalled the wood frame, they left a mess on the exterior -- bulging nails, chipped paint, etc. Not good.

Our windshield had a tiny pebble chip that was stable for months, but then suddenly expanded to a…read moremonstrous crack across half the windshield. To fix this, I called Supreme, based largely on their Yelp reviews, and I'm glad I did. - Their price was competitive (ca. $250 for a Prius) - I was able to schedule the repair very quickly (and they came to me, so I didn't need to drive to some shop and sit around for hours) - They showed up when they said they would - They were professional and neat, and finished in under an hour. What's not to like? The repair was just done this morning, so I can't rule out future problems such as the windshield leaking, falling out, or transforming into a portal to an evil dimension. If any of those things happen, I'll be sure to update my review. But for now, I'm really liking Supreme Auto Glass!
