Absolutely great work. Very helpful fast and professional. Recommend highly!!! As an aside, I had misplaced some items prior to bringing car in. I had questioned whether someone in shop removed to do work and forgot or worse, Steve himself was very responsive and helpful. Suffice to say the mistake was mine, I found the items elsewhere, but really impressed with his helpfulness and responsiveness. Top notch all around! read more

My neighborhood was hit with multiple car break ins last night and I was one of the unlucky ones. I've never experienced anything like this. They smashed my drivers side front window so I got on yelp and found Steve's due to them being close and having great reviews. I was able to get a good quote, dropped my car off asap and by the afternoon my window was all fixed. Easy and quick! Thanks for your help during this crazy day! Steve was great. My car was broken into the night before- the next day I called, he had the glass in stock and I was able to get in 2 hours after I called. I was in and out in under an hour. Safelite would've been a little over double of what I paid here. Quality work, painless from start to finish. Definitely would recommend and hopefully I don't need to come here again, but if I do, I would definitely come here over anywhere else. Worth the money spent and worth the drive. read more

Steve was great! I had to have my windshield replaced. I contacted Steve on Friday and my windshield was done by Monday. I had to replace my windshield with official Honda glass so that was the delay. The price was a bit high but again I needed to use Honda glass. Steves was very professional and clean. I would highly recommend. I called around a few places for quotes, Steve was honest and didn't try to rip me off. My only issue was the windshield wiper spray didn't work after the glass was installed. It was resolved quickly. Solid 4 stars read more

This company made us a replacement for the side glass. when we arrived to pick up the car, we saw two deep scratches on the body, next to where the glass was changing and traces of trying to fix it. the owner of the service did not admit his mistake and did not correct it, although he promised to fix it. As a result, we now have more problems than we had before the glass replacement, because the car is on lease and we will have to eliminate the mistakes of inept workers of Steve's avto Glass for our money. Never use the services of this company, they are not professionals and deceivers. read more

What is up with my horrible luck with auto glass shops? It's kinda sad that I am the duke of this auto glass shop because I didn't come back because I wanted to. Had a cracked windshield that needed replacing and and decided to go with Steve. He sold me with his awesome customer service and good reviews(legit? Some reviewers claim no) However the workmanship of this shop is not up to par. After the replacement, the rain sensor looked like complete garbage, what should be smooth, kinda looks like the protective film covering that my clumsy ass put on my iPhone. And then there is a noticeable wind noise when going above 50mph and gets louder as I go faster, I went back a second time to get it resolved and was told it was resolved only to be disappointed on the way home After identifying the source and location of the air noise myself, I decided to take it back to Steve's for another shot to get it sealed up, The noise is improved but still there with increasing speed, since I identified the issue myself I just decided to repair it myself by buying some sealant from Autozone. Also as a result of this replacement, the light sensor is now delayed and will take a while before determining to turn on headlights or not. *sigh* read more

What better way to start the week than walking out to your car at 8 AM and seeing shattered glass everywhere, right? I stumbled across Steve's Auto Glass when the first company I called (putting you out there Safelite) wouldn't be able to help me until the next day. When I called Steve's they were able to not only see me that day, but in about an hour and a half after I called. The shop is very easy to get to from the boulevard. The parking is a little because the shop shares a building with an auto-tag company and car sales company. When I walked in things were busy but I was greeted and attended to rather quickly. The guy working, who I presumed to be Steve, was extremely friendly and personable. He had my car in and out in under 2 hours, quicker than if I would've gone with the first company again (putting you out there again Safelite). On top of all that, the bill was much cheaper than if I would've gone with the other company (sorry not sorry Safelite). Great service, great pricing, great staff. I'll definitely be going here again if I ever need any more work done. The only thing that caught me a little off guard was that the website advertised free wifi and there wasn't any to be found. Nothing huge but I just wanted to point that out. read more

Rock + Windshield = Cracked Windshield. Called a couple of places as it seems that every corner has an auto glass repair shop. My wife spoke with Steve and was given a quote and was given a quote with tax. Drove up on a Sat morning and gave Steve the keys. For the next 40 minutes or so, Steve and I chatted as his team was replacing my windshield. By the way, Steve is a great guy and former rower over by Boathouse row. Another 5 minutes and Steve went back to put the finishing touches on and drove my car out in under 60 minutes. Paid the price he quoted as no hidden fees or charges! Steve has owned the business for 30+ years and he is highly recommended!!! read more

If I was able to give 0 stars then I gladly would. This place is a scam. I went in to get my back window replaced and come home to my driver side window not being able to roll down and up without the weather stripping tearing off, to which the owner responded "dont roll the window down and it'll be fine." "It was like that when you dropped the car off in the shop." Are you serious? Dont roll down my window? It was already like that? Ive been rolling my window up and down for months w.o any problem so dont tell me it was already like that because thats some bs. Come in with a broken part and leave with a new broken part created by Steves Auto Glass. The owner agreed to fix the problem he created but at the cost of an additional fee. Complete rip off and completely unprofessional business. read more

So when my driver side window decided not to roll up on a day that was crazy rainy I called Steve's and sure enough they took me within the hour and fixed it at a reasonable price. Unfortunately, I had a cracked windshield from a pebble hitting it on 95 and it got worse from there. Went to Steve's who had the best price around for my windshield and had my car back within 90 minutes. The real test was over the next week when there was a snowstorm 2 days after I got the windshield replaced. So far so good. Then a few days later, the temperature went up about 25 degrees and we got a significant amount of rain. Once again, no problems. It's been almost 2 months since I got my windshield replaced and I am very satisfied. read more

My truck had a damaged driver side view mirror, still had stops to make but couldn't drive. Steve didn't have the proper mirror on hand but took the time to cut a temp replacement until one could be gotten. Steve is the most personable guy and the bill was less then I expected. I drove over from New Jersey for what I thought was a chip on my windshield, but Steve said it was a scratch, cleaned it up and refused to accept a dime for it. So far so good ! I went to Steve's after I noticed a longer than 6 inch crack on my windshield. The entire windshield was replaced professionally and workmanship was top notch. Steve replied to my questions on yelp very quickly and I scheduled a next day appointment. The appointment was completed in an hour. Steve is a straightforward type of guy and will tell it like it is. No nonsense, no fake politeness. I liked that very much. Prices were much cheaper than Safelite and are reasonable, AND within my local area. I would recommend him to friends and family and would return if I ever need a windshield replacement. read more

A bullet went through my windshield and two leather seats in my car.(long story) The following morning I started searching for a place to get the windshield replaced and I found Steve's. I gave him a call and he said he could get me in within 30min. Install was perfect and no leaks. I previously had the windshield installed at a different shop due to a crack and it had leaks. Steve was also able to recommend someone to fix my seats. The guy did a great job and you can't even tell that the seats were damaged.
