I got a email from Glenside Auto Spa for a Ceramic Wax special for $80 that runs to the end of September. I've never heard of a ceramic wax, but sounded good. So I called Brian to make a appointment. I decided, while the car was there, to get the inside detailed as well. He was very nice and professional setting the date and time for me to come in. Louis (very professional and personable) is the young man that did the work and my car looks like a brand new car. The wheels are shining, upholstery looked like new, trunk clean, car just shining from top to bottom! So, so pleased with the job he did. Took the car in at 9am, he was done by 1:30pm. Once again , I'm proud to drive my car. Only downside. they only take cash! I still would highly recommend Glenside Auto Spa!

NEVER AGAIN! My…read moreexperience here was awful, please see photos. What I could not capture was the haze on the hood which was supposed to have waxed and the streak marks on the inside of the windshield that were so bad that I had to pull over on the way home and clean it myself. Cup holders, center console not cleaned, literally the worst detailing job I've ever had done. This was clearly not a effort worthy of the $240 bill. When I called the owner about my experience I found him passive aggressive and unapologetic for his team's attempt. Do yourself a favor and look at the recent reviews of this place, may have been good at one time but mine is the 3rd glaringly bad review in the last few months.

My 86-year-old mother had her front passenger window broken just for fun by a hoodlum. She took it to a different place who replaced the window and, believe it or not, glued it shut. He claimed that the glass run channel was not working, that the molding to hold the window in place wouldn't hold the glass in place, the bolts were rusted, etc., etc., etc. He was upset when I brought the car back to him and muttered why I wouldn't believe him. He put the fear of God in me that if he took the panel off he might not be able to replace it. After a discussion with our regular mechanic, who could not find new molding, I decided to not let this other place work on the car again. I was referred by someone else to Ed's Auto Glass. They told me about Tommy who has worked on windows forever and is a magician at fixing them. Long story short, Tommy looked at it, said he could fix it, and did so in a couple of hours the next day. It needed some lubricant, clips, and someone that knew what they were doing. It is better than new as he also screwed on a part of the door that had fallen off previously and had nothing to do with the job. At this point, I would never, ever, ever, take my auto glass to anyone but Ed's Auto Glass. They are serious professionals who did an amazing job. My 86-year-old mother, who went through World War II and the Holocaust, was absolutely thrilled to get her car back. The price I paid for the job was fair. The look on my mother's face when she got her car back with a fixed window was priceless and something I will always remember. Thank you so very much for putting some real joy into my mother's life.

To fix this, I called Supreme, based largely on their Yelp reviews, and I'm glad I did. - Their price was competitive (ca. $250 for a Prius) - I was able to schedule the repair very quickly (and they came to me, so I didn't need to drive to some shop and sit around for hours) - They showed up when they said they would - They were professional and neat, and finished in under an hour. What's not to like? The repair was just done this morning, so I can't rule out future problems such as the windshield leaking, falling out, or transforming into a portal to an evil dimension. If any of those things happen, I'll be sure to update my review. But for now, I'm really liking Supreme Auto Glass!

They couldn't have been more helpful, especially as this called for factory glass because of embedded wiper sensors that user comments on the Internet point out don't work properly with cheaper aftermarket glass. They ran the gauntlet for us with State Farm, as approval is a huge pain, then did the installation perfectly both times -- exactly like it came from the factory. They also explained installation and manufacturing details, obviously taking great pride in what they do. Safelite is handier, but if you prize having the job done just right, go here. When I called them I was happy to pick up my screens x 12 at $100.00 a piece. Once home we immediately tried to insert our new screens and the size was wrong. I understand mistakes happen. What was Frustrating was there was no mention of 'we are sorry for any inconvenience. Instead, I was asked multiple questions that found myself needing to remind them this was their error. Then I was told I needed to bring the screens back. I had to call back again to request they do not cash my final payment check. So I loaded the screens in my car and 3rd trip back to the store to make a return. No surprise, again there was no apology for the inconvience. Please note I am not asking for an apology for the mistake - WE ALL MAKE THEM. There was no offer to maybe take a few bucks off due to the added burden of multiple calls and trips to thier store. No offer for possible delivering the screens to my home as an added gesture for a mistake made on their end. Nothing. This is simply gross. I wonder if it was my husband returning the screens an apology would have been offered. So much for doing business with a community business. I'm disgusted over this company's ignorance and speaks to much of why people feel angered by ignorance and greed In today's times. I write this to help the next customer - and maybe for Alderfer Glass to consider adding a reminder to employees on customer service. Not one person there uttered the words we are sorry . I did get multiple calls on a quote for a door - funny they can reach out multiple times to try to capture a sale. NM
