He said he did it "to be safe". Then they didn't even tell me the results of the "diagnostics test" they claimed to have performed. (that's because they never did one). The receipt stated, "visual inspection", which mechanics don't charge for that, but they did. Hundreds of dollars later, my dash lights are still on. He said to bring it back, which each sensor test would an extra $145.00 each!! (the original diagnostic test was supposed to have covered it all). After I complained about how ridiculous that was, he changed his tune. But this was my experience with this auto shop. Over $400. later and knowing I was ripped off.

[764] Cracked…read morewindshield!!! I called my Volvo dealership and they recommended Anthony Volk Glass to replace my front windshield. Turns out with the new cars I would also need to go to my dealership to have my front cameras recalibrated. Talked to Anthony to set up an appointment. He was responsive and was able to meet me at the dealership at my convenience. This made it easy for me to handle the replacement and camera recalibration at the same time. I also needed the dealership to reapply my inspection stickers. Everything was handled in a few hours so I was happy it was easily taken care of in one shot. Antony Volk Glass also handled the insurance paperwork. Hopefully I won't need him again but if I do I would definitely use this company again.
