The day before they reached out if I would be interested in a day early install since the weather cleared up and I agreed. Jon sr tech arrived right ON TIME and thoroughly explained the process. Even better than "the other business" I've dealt with before. A new windshield was installed in 45 min. My inspection stickers were re-attached as well as my GoPro mount and mirror. Like the crack never was there. In addition, the replacement also had all the exact sun shading and design the factory installed had. I've received new replacements from elsewhere that were all full glass with no sharing or details from the factory installed one. Highly impressed and definitely approve their work for referral. Needed back window on Terrain - it shattered. Sent them pictures in and out. Set up appt and they came to house on a Friday. Took out bad window and THEN discovered he had the wrong replacement. Had to wait 4 days without a window to get car on the road. Was $50.00 more expensive than Safelite and didn't even offer a discount after their screw up. John was absolutely knowledgeable and made sure I understood the care I needed to do to the glass approximately one hour after installation.
