I've been going to this place for as long as I've been able to drive (a few decades) and I can't say enough good things about this place. If you're looking for a body shop that actually cares about the quality of their work, and doesn't charge an arm and a leg for it. This is the one. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and easy to talk to. They're clearly experienced and know their stuff, but what really stood out was their attitude, especially the owner, Pete, and his front lady, Cara. Not only were they professional, but they were also genuinely friendly; cracked a few clean jokes, made me smile, and made the whole experience way less stressful than I expected. The work they did on my car? Flawless. You honestly wouldn't even know there was damage in the first place. They took their time where it mattered, but they didn't drag things out either. Leo has always taken good care of me on the 2 repair jobs that he did on a company vehicle and more recently a personal vehicle. He truly went to bat for me on a rear bumper replacement part when the insurance company was pushing for an aftermarket piece, he was able to convince them that OEM was the best option (I pay monthly insurance premiums, I deserve the BEST parts available in my opinion!!). Collex did an EXCELLENT job in fitting the OEM rear bumper piece and doing the paint job PERFECTLY! It looked better than the part that it replaced (before I was rear-ended that is!). I know that Leo sold the business to a long-time partner/employee of his and that he still frequents that shop. They do quality work and reasonable price, they even tell you what is worth to fix and what is not worth to fix if you are paying out of pocket, A tree fell off on my car side panels a minor damage. Pet was very knowledgeable and super helpful. They do luxury cars, classic cars or any cars. They even tell you what insurance company would say to you and what are best or worst company to have insurance. It is devastating to have a damage and top of it knowing your insurance company who charges so much per year is headache to deal with! I found Collex, and they were so helpful and so friendly right off the bat. The customer service is incredible. My windshield wipers randomly came loose and stopped working. I googled where to go and Collex came up! I walked in completely clueless and didn't know what to do (as dumb as that sounds) However They were so friendly and a gentleman came out and helped me right away. Apparently a screw just needed to be tightened he did it -no questions asked and wouldn't even let me pay him. If i would have went anywhere else i probably would have spent at least $50+ on new windshield wipers being as though thats what i thought i needed to do. Body shops have the rep of ripping off females because most of us don't know any better any way - they were so honest and i highly recommend them!! read more

I had some bumper damage to my car. After getting different stories and the runaround from my insurance company (not sure if I'm allowed to mention their name...but like their commercial, I encountered a lot of "Mayhem") as to how to go about getting an estimate and get it repaired, mostly through THEIR "approved" body shops, I thought I'd look for one on my own. After reading a few really good Google reviews, I checked out Collex Collision Experts, which happens to be located near my home (bonus). Before I went, I spoke with the owner, Leo, on the phone. He was extremely pleasant to speak with...and he explained the process of getting repairs done better than my own insurance company. Although I did have to get an estimate by a shop approved by my insurance company, I could go to any shop I wanted to get the work done after I had the estimate in hand. So, I did get an estimate somewhere else, but I did not feel comfortable leaving my car there to be repaired. In person, the waiting area is very clean, and all of the employees are personable. I actually spoke with Leo directly. He was even more friendly in person. I felt very comfortable leaving my car there. Please note that although my car is a 2014 Camry, it has less than 20,000 miles on it, so it is in otherwise great condition, with only a few minor scratches here and there. Leo kept me updated every step of the way. When he called to tell me my car was finished (and in a very timely manner), I went to pick it up. Wow, they do excellent work! My car looks better than before! Plus, not only did they wash my car...but they cleaned the interior as well. This was something I did not expect. I definitely noticed because it was cleaner inside than when I left it, lol. I thanked them for taking this extra step. It is obvious he wants to make sure his customers are pleased. Collex Collision Experts goes above and beyond. They do excellent work, and if I should ever have to get work done on any of my vehicles, I will definitely be back. Jomi and Leo were a pleasure to work with. I had decided to take my car to them on a referral from a friend mechanic after I had gotten in an accident and needed my rear bumper fixed. After I confirmed with the other driver's insurance company who accepted full liability for the repair that I'd be going to that shop the process was very easy. I initially called Collex (prior to getting my estimate done by the insurance adjuster) and Jomi's first question was out of concern hearing I had been in an accident. She very knowledgeably walked me through what I would expect to happen (to be quite honest when speaking with the insurance company I try and read between the lines because I do not think they have my best interest in mind - but rather the bottom line). Once I met and talked with Leo and Jomi face to face, I felt very confident that my car was in good hands and that everything that I needed to know was communicated effectively and efficiently. Jomi also called and secured a rental for me in the mean time while my car was getting fixed. Every detail was taken care of from the second I stepped into their shop and to the second I left with my car fully repaired. They did a beautiful work on the repair job and the turn around time was only about a week - with the rental it was not an inconvenience.
