They had to check the original claim and realized that they messed up, so it took them almost another week to paint the third door. So that was 2 weeks without my car due to their error. I get my car and see that the paint on the 3rd door doesn't match the paint on the other doors because it was mixed at a different time (again, because of their error). Then, when I get into the car, I see someone left black greasy fingerprints on my gray, cloth seats!! There was also a scratch on the interior that wasn't there when I dropped my car off, which is brand new and I've had for 6 months. Overall not a good experience because it took longer than necessary, the paint job isn't great, and they made my interior dirty!

The other driver is insured by Geico, and CollisionMax of Glassboro is one of Geico's "Auto Repair Xpress" sites. Well, I'm not going to question or second-guess the gekko! CollisionMax most certainly did not disappoint! From the time my husband & I drove onto their lot, we got the VIP treatment, all the way. If we'd driven up in a new BMW, I can't imagine being treated better. Every single person in the office greeted us warmly and explained their part of the process. It feels as though they're all really engaged in their jobs and the business, and are interested in giving the best service they can; they're not just there to shuffle papers and push customers out the door. That eagerness and interest assured me that this was the right place to take good care of my "baby". When I left my car with them, I felt comfortable and confident that they really cared about getting it back to being pretty, again, and they did. We picked up my car this afternoon, and the exceptional customer service continued through the last "good-bye". I wouldn't hesitate to return in the future, or to recommend them to anyone. I wouldn't even bother trying to find someplace closer to home. Quality is hard to find, and this place does it right!

While I was waiting for the work to finish, I was standing outside and it looked like it was about to start raining. Dave was kind enough to let me wait inside the waiting area since I was alone, even though their sign said it was closed due to COVID. I also had the pleasure of talking with Dave about his cars that were parked outside. My car was finished in about an hour. When I was driving back, I discovered my speakers were not playing music correctly, so I went back to the shop. To my surprise, Dave was kind enough to explain to me that he usually turns off all the electronics before they start working on the car. That was a huge sigh of relief for me, and I am very grateful for how helpful Dave was with the customer service. Overall, I am very satisfied with the quality of the work, the timeliness, and the professionalism of the staff at Elite Glass Tinting. I will definitely bring my cars there for tint and will recommend them to all my friends and family that need tint done.
