His attention to detail and professionalism were outstanding. My system includes an ARC Audio X2 800.8 DSP/amplifier, JL Audio speakers, Infinity speakers, Beyma A-pillar tweeters, a Rockford Fosgate subwoofer, and sound deadening. The installation is exceptionally clean, everything works perfectly, and it looks completely factory. The biggest difference came from Patrick's DSP tuning. He transformed the system into something I honestly didn't think was possible in a RAV4. The soundstage is wide, the vocals are perfectly centered, the bass is tight and controlled, and every instrument is incredibly clear. The music is balanced, detailed, and enjoyable at any volume. Before the tuning I liked my system, but after Patrick finished, it became a completely different experience. I would rate the sound quality a 9.5 out of 10, and it now has the refined, premium sound I was hoping to achieve. It was almost 6pm, and I was panicking about how to get this window fixed as fast as possible. However, most local spots were closing soon or had already closed. With Yelp at the helm and our car insurance on the line, we came across New and Used. Admittedly, this spot looks a bit... shaddy. Frankly, if I hadn't been so desperate, I might not have taken the plunge. But they were open and ready to talk directly with our insurance (three-way call FTW) and pretty clear about what to expect the next day. It seems one way they keep prices down is not to have all the glass on site, but they told us they would call us the next morning after getting the appropriate piece of glass for our relatively common car. They did call within that expected time frame, and they completed the work in a reasonable amount of time. The waiting area wasn't so great, but there are places within walking distance around you can wait or grab some food. I'm very thankful for this spot and being able to accommodate us. They really reduced the stress of a stressful situation.

You can clearly tell the wrap was rushed. There are air bubbles in multiple areas, edges aren't finished properly, and the overall installation looks sloppy instead of professional. A car wrap is a major investment, and this is not the level of workmanship I expected. The window tint was also rushed and poorly installed. Instead of taking the time to do the job correctly, it feels like they were more focused on finishing as quickly as possible. To make matters worse, when I brought these issues to their attention, they refused to give me a full refund, even though the work was clearly not completed to an acceptable standard. Overall, this was a frustrating experience. I expected I'd need a new windshield. At G&R, they easily could have sold me one--but instead, Rosie at the front office said, "No, don't do that. Let's see if we can get it off." They removed it completely. Even better, they cleaned the entire car and didn't charge me for it. Honest, skilled, and genuinely kind people. They do windshield replacement, body work, and clearly much more--but they also do the right thing. I highly recommend G&R.
