It was a large job and his team knocked it out of the park - the car shines now more than the day I got it, and the car isn't even close to new. I swear at night my car nearly glows now! Alright, enough about my car and onto the actual team: Service Moe and his team are prompt with the work. They're busy but make time for you. In fact, after finishing the work on my car, I had an issue and Moe basically dropped everything to help me figure it out. There is always someone available to answer some basic questions as well. Results 65th Audio delivers! After they were done, my car was looked so good. And, the whole job was done on time per Moe's estimate which is a feat on its own given the scale of what I asked for. I came the this shop to get my car checked out since it was acting up, which they told me it was going to be one price on the phone then gave me a whole different one once i got there , but what really tipped me off was they unplugged everything and yanked some wires out and didn't even mind to connect them back which i know they were looking for the problem but they could've done it with more care at least, and the cables they did connect back which was 2 out of a couple cables, they just connected them to any random cable on the screen which could've caused a bigger problem, they even ended up breaking one of my remote wires because they couldn't use a screw driver to loosen it up and take it out with care. read more

I have used 65th Audio for many installations over the years. I have installed radar detectors, laser diffusers and dash cams with Mo (owner). Mo runs a tremendous shop. They are very professional and do incredible work. They are fairly priced in todays market. They do custom work and are very reliable. I have brought them all kinds of cars over the years. Porsche and BMW. They are trust worthy and will take very good care of your car while it's there. They have never scratched any of my cars even though some custom installs were very complicated. My remote car key fob stopped working after my car battery died. I stopped in and the guy Mo took care of it so fast. I'm looking to also change out my factory installed radio and he took the time to explain the different brands & was nice enough to warn me that if I brought one on my own, to be careful of the refurbished models. This place I must confess it's truly the best & it may be often imitated but it will never be duplicated. Moe has done my tints, lights, radio system, Custom Body Work, tinted front & rear headlights & has even added a spoiler to my ride. Everything is IMMACULATE!!! I got my 2005 Toyota Camry tinted here, I wanted 20% all around and 50% on the windshield, it was my first time ever getting tint and I was recommended by someone i knew, I went around June, The owner Moe is a dope dude BUT.. the tint hasn't even lasted a year. it's shit. They said They gave me the best one the 3m or whatever, but my tint is practically see through now. I wouldn't go here to get tints, go to someplace professional. Not a good experience, I have had two cars tinted before and called on Monday and spoke to Moe to get my new car windows tinted. Was told to come in Wednesday morning before 10 am and I did and shop was empty no other customers, one staff member that was more interested in polishing a high end sports car then to help me. I explained that I was told to come in this morning and he insisted that I did not have an appointment and if I did no one told him and that I should come back tomorrow and maybe they will have time. I told him that I had to rearrange my schedule to come this morning and asked to call Moe, he said that I should leave the car and they would call me at 4 pm and let me know if they can do today, this is 10 am in the morning! I was walking out and someone else came in asking about tinting a windshield and was told yes we can do that right away? Tried to call and speak to owner a few times but made an appointment somewhere else, I guess they don't need my business any more. read more

I did my car tint at this place sep 2018 and my rear window tint has bubble and an empty line in it .i ask them to redo the whole car tint and I will pay for all window expect the the one has the bubble and I ask them to not charge me for the bad job they did in that window he refuse and want to charge me full price claiming that was a different guy who did the tint but they are the same people I pay before to do the tint .they don't give any warranty on their work really disappointed read more

I was looking all over brooklyn for an auto shop that was professional, timely, courteous, and of course one that had great value prices. It was hard to find until I met the guys at 65th audio. I was referred to this shop so that I can acquire an auto start and alarm system on my car. As soon as I walked in I knew I was going to choose them. I visited about 4 others in the area and got the run around. At 65 Audio I was greeted and they worked with me to create an appointment based on my scedule. It's always good to see a shop busy because that means they do good work. Moe, Kareem and the rest of staff were amazing! I now have a great viper auto start anschedule. Moe, has been doing my tints ever since I've had a bad experience with another tint shop that damaged my vehicle so bad, each window of my BMW X5 had multiple cut marks on the glass. During my first visit, he took the time to explain the difference between two different tint brands and helped me make an informed decision. parked my car outside and a guy working there came out and said i was blocking their driveway, and i was not blocking there driveway and made up and excuse that there driveway extended further which couldn't be the case, they just wanted more space so they can park the vehicles they were working on outside. at that point i just left and didn't want to park there because i didn't know what they were going to do to my car once i left. and they put a traffic cone on that spot right after i left. i wonder why. will be putting a 311 complaint on this place read more
