I thought they gave me a brand new car:). During Christmas…read moreweek I got into a small accident. I stopped at the stop sign and the person behind me did not:( It looked like minor damage. I called Mercedes to see if they do body work and they recommended me to a collision place "they use". After reading their reviews, I knew I was NOT going there. I did a search and found a Touch of Class Collision. I called, and the staff was friendly attentive and caring. The young man who drove me to the rental place was so friendly and professional as well. Yesterday, 4 February, I finally picked up my car. It took a while but that was because the other insurance company took their time to get adjusters etc. When I got there, Gabe came out to greet me, they pulled my Alpine white, 300C up and I was floored. It looked like a brand new car, like it had come out of the showroom. Gabe explained the work they did and that the impact was much more that it showed superficially. The inside was spotless, the trunk, glove compartment everything was just spotless and so clean. This morning my dad went to charge the battery and he said even the engine is spotless and so clean. The body is shiny and brand new looking and they also left a tube of paint just in case:). I highly recommend A Touch of Class Collision. Gabe is super and the staff is amazing. I attempted to get the car into my dealership (8:30 call to service department, left message and then drove over to dealership at 10:15) but they were so busy and could not give me an appointment until Thursday morning. I drove over to Wonderama. I didn't have to wait too long. They got the lights off and ordered a part which they should have tomorrow to fix the problem. You can clearly tell the wrap was rushed. There are air bubbles in multiple areas, edges aren't finished properly, and the overall installation looks sloppy instead of professional. A car wrap is a major investment, and this is not the level of workmanship I expected. The window tint was also rushed and poorly installed. Instead of taking the time to do the job correctly, it feels like they were more focused on finishing as quickly as possible. To make matters worse, when I brought these issues to their attention, they refused to give me a full refund, even though the work was clearly not completed to an acceptable standard. Overall, this was a frustrating experience. If you're spending your hard-earned money on a wrap or tint, I'd recommend going somewhere that stands behind their work and takes pride in the quality of their installations

He ended up replacing my backup light with a used bulb that was dim and charged me 50 dollars for it. Next, he "replaced" my entire washer fluid reservoir when only the hose needed replacing . A panel from the bottom of my car ended up falling out 2 days later and all my washer fluid fell out. I ended up leaving with more problems than I had because I had to find someone who could put the panel back up. Avoid these people if you can.

I started looking online for the best shops near me. I came across Central Valley Auto Repair. I took my car there and spoke with Mr. Muhammad, he said I would have to leave the truck and he will inspect and give me a call. He call me back shortly with a great quote for the parts and labor so told him to proceed with the repairs. A few minutes later he called me again and stated there was more issues that needed to be addressed with the repairs. The quote for the additional parts and labor was also great and fair. When I went to pick up the truck Mr. Muhammad informed me the truck was repaired and better than when I brought it in and if anything is wrong with his work to bring it back and he will fix it. As I drove the car home I kept thinking to myself this car is riding amazing feels like it was new. Before I reached home I got another call from Mr. Muhammad asking how was the car riding. Now that's what I call customer service. I told him I'm not taking my truck anywhere else for repairs. Central Valley Auto Repair has a customer for life! Mr. Muhammad is the Best!!!

There are not enough stars in the galaxy to accurately represent Dario, the owner operator of Splice Installations. Cut to the chase, I had a mutual friend install a Vantrue dash camera in one of my cars awhile back. The mutual friend was ok but took 4 hours per car. Anyway who cares about him. So I became ready to have four additional Venture dash camera systems installed into my cars and trucks. I did extensive research. I called and quoted about 10 places. Here is why I decided to give Dario a chance and why I am so happy I did.: -Answered the very first phone call I made to him. I told him the situation, the cars I needed hardwired and he gave me a very, very, very fair and competitive price right away. Other companies I called would BS me and say "oh well Mini Coopers are extremely difficult to work with, and well since the Honda Minivan is long it will take me extra time". No, Dario gave me a flat rate for all four cars, I could have told him I needed a stretch limousine hard wired with a dash camera and the price would not have changed. Dario is much more than a successful business man. He is a human being and treats other people as human beings. Not as customers, or just another "job". He is very friendly and warm. Now getting to his work. I mean I was just in shock at how experiences Dario is at this type of work. I had four cars and trucks hardwired with Venture dash cameras. Dario took 4 hours to do everything. His work is so neat and clean I or anyone else can hardly tell the camera is there. He is the most neat, clean, respectful of your car, service technician I have ever worked with. I already have a friend who wants a car done by Dario and I am going to have another car done by him. (Yes I have a lot of cars!). IF YOU DO NOT HIRE DARIO FOR ANY TYPE OF HARD WIRED DASH CAMERAS, REMOTE START SYSTEMS, AND LOTS MORE, YOU ARE GETTING ROBBED. I was charged an obscene amount of money for the same exact job Dario did. I will share a redacted copy of the estimate from this other company. Dario was very fair. Although he is quick and efficient, you have to remember, when someone like Dario has been specializing in this work for 22 years, that is what allows them to be so efficient on an install. read more

Daury was here today (07/18/2025) he just finished installing a Pioneer Navigation system W8600NRX and a Back-up camera. Prior to him arriving we had texted one another where he explained all the details. Today was the installation date, Daury arrived actually earlier than the scheduled time and began the process. I was extremely impressed with the way he did everything. He was professional, Very Neat, and answered all my questions. The whole job looks factory installed. I would absolutely recommend this service provider. They were very responsive to my messages, able to recommend different options for the security cameras I was interested in installing. After reviewing the products, I purchased the one I liked from Amazon at Black Friday prices and they were able to set up an onsite appointment with me the following day to do an installation. They were on time, helpful and worked quickly while showing an attention to detail I appreciated. I SPENT A YEAR trying to find a solution to an electrical problem I had that you can't even search up answers for online because it's that specific and distinct. I went through about 7 different "Experts" however Duary stands tall above them all. I had OTHER installers quote more than 2X the price and described a MUCH less professional job.
