Don't bother getting your car wrapped here. They don't use quality wrap paper. When I initially got my roof wrapped in 2020, I had to go back a week later because part of the wrap was peeling. Went back and they fixed it but it began peeling in different places over the months. The man who did my roof wrap was drinking while he was doing it. Almost two years later and the wrap looks like shit. It's not shiny anymore and it's still peeling all over. See picture below. Told the owner Eric about it and he basically said it's my fault. Customer service is trash and their work is trash. Don't waste your time here. read more

Beware: Very friendly but highly unethical! A very valuable well maintained in/out classic car was brought in for an electrical short. Although it was properly repaired the cosmetic reassembly work was very poor along with unexpected structural damage. The owner emphatically denied any culpability whatsoever. I normally don't do reviews, but I had a great experience at Dragon Masters this past week and thought I should share my experience. I had my custom 2021 Mercedes Metris completely overhauled with new stereo system, remote start and alarm with Drone, front and back blackview camera, upgraded horn, Led headlight and fog lights, new custom usb's throughout, rear light tints and rims powder coated. The guys at Dragon Masters were great to deal with from Erik, Alex, Debra to Angel and Doc. They knew what I wanted and went beyond to make it happen. This is my 2nd time going to them for tints. First time was with my previous lease about 3-4 yrs ago. Now with another car. I still highly recommend them because they are so detailed and honest. They made my visit so easy and painless. Literally called them to get a quote, dropped off my car, and they called me back when it was done. When i went to pick up the car, the guys did a full walk through and fixed any bubbles/imperfections. They were great! The tints come with 1 yr warranty and if i had any problems i can bring it back for them to check on it. They were also kind enough to help me remove the decal from my lease company on the car. Horrible, Lazy work! I really wanted to like them but after getting my car back and seeing obvious issues, I just can't. I was showing them the issues and was told I had to come back next week because they were closing and drinking smh.. I could list the issues but this would be a huge review. I called them so they could fix their errors done to my car and was told I had to do it myself. Meanwhile I brought them a perfectly working car. Now I have to take it somewhere else and waste more money to re-do and fix my radio and car . Save yourself time, money and headaches... take your car somewhere else!!! read more

Came here after being recommended by a friend. First time they were busy so ok I asked if i can make an appointment so I did for the next day at 5. Came at 5 and said they couldn't take me. I'm like ok....what time do you open? they said 10 so ok went there the next day at 10 a.m and they weren't open. Waited half an hour still not open. Needed to go somewhere so I left. Next week I came at 10:30 and they weren't open. Waited 10 minutes and called them. They said they'd be open in 20 minutes so I went to get some breakfast came back at 11 and they weren't open. Waited for almost another 30-40 minutes and still not open. I left furious and went somewhere else. Even if they did open i wouldn't give them my business. I got my windows done a few days ago. The staff were really friendly and outgoing. Alex did a good job on the work and Erik hooked me up for being unable to get me in the previous day. Incredible experience at this shop. Being from Brooklyn I expected tough guy attitudes, long waits and crappy service. I arrived unannounced & they still accommodated me, nicest guys ever... Gave me prices I know they could have charged triple, and the job they did in that short time frame was unbelievable. These boys worked hard all day & if I had more money to tip I would have. DO NOT DO BUSINESS AT THIS PLACE!!!! They are CROOKS!!! They treat you the best when you're handing your money over but 2 weeks later 1 of the front speakers blew out. Went back a couple of times and they gave me the run-around, saying "we're busy right now." For 2 days straight i went there before they opened & waited 2HOURS for someone...anyone...to show up. Finally the guy who installed it asked for a receipt but i didn't have it on me. Dude said he couldn't do anything without it & that it was like 2 months ago. I came back with receipt later that day it was only 27 days prior. Then he tells his boss im a Mexican guy meanwhile im Puerto Rican, when the boss sees me he's like "oh if i would've known it was u"...blah blah blah. They changed the 2 front speakers which were also broken, i went back, the guy said nothing was wrong with it and that im giving them too many PROBLEMS! But I wasn't a problem when i gave them $500 and in return i got shitty speakers and service. I ended up going somewhere else, bought 2 new speakers and they verified that the "dragon master" speakers were in fact broken. Im taking you guys to small claims court, you should not be taking advantage of people...its not cool! And let me know if you guys ever find the clip to my door which you lost. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because the guys are really nice and willing to re-do the work if you don't like it. Their prices are competitive but the quality of work is merely Ok. I had tints, chrome delete, HID kit installed on my by brand new jeep. The back window tint had a tear (which they were willing to redo but their wait time is very long), the HID kit didn't work and I had to get it fixed at another shop. The chrome delete was a bad job and it was coming off 3 months later, I went back to get it redone and they told me they would take care of it. They redid the ones that were coming off but ended up with tears on the other sides. Overall, saving $150 compared to the other shop was not worth the time I invested in this and the end product. I just got another car and going to have work done on it elsewhere. The guys are again VERY NICE and they give GOOD prices, but the work you get is why the prices are cheaper. read more

Terrible service. Tints started peeling within months of application; went back with the receipt and he refused to replace them for free.

Called the day before to schedule an appointment for tints. Male stated to come on thur at 10am. Drove all the way from eastern long island and it is now 10:30 and the shop isn't even opened. When i spoke to him, i stated that i have to be at work for 12. Male stated no problem we can do it, in 1.5 hrs. No show bad business, waste of my time! read more

Came here to install a remote start on my GF's car because the one she was very crappy. So I bought her a viper start and had these guys install it. Very professional and I was in dropped my car off. Negotiated a fair price. And two hours later I got a call saying the car was ready. Tested it out and needless to say it worked like a charm. Please do NOT ever come to this store. Prices are higher than the quality they're able to provide. The store has been opened for four years since they had their annual anniversary yesterday, however, I've seen no major improvements made. The store opens fairly late in the morning, almost around noon. That tends to cause a high volume of customers waiting in line to get work done on their cars which will cause a delay. Because NONE of the workers here speak English themselves and only know how to speak Spanish, except for maybe one of the workers or the store owner, Erik, himself, it will take a very long time when inquiring about what work you want to do on your car. The store owner is also constantly in lack of workers. If you're in the middle of asking Erik something, another customer may come right in and you may be left there waiting. By all means, the waiting time to interrogate about what business you'd like to do on your car can become very long. It is also not very helpful as workers come and go quickly. Some workers in the store may have never worked in this industry before, and it's very disappointing to see how they're being hired and employed when they're still literally being trained on the spot when dealing with the precious cars of the customers. I've also observed how the workers do work on cars. In the process of working, the employees tend to be often joking, talking to other workers, or playing all the time. So they're not very meticulous when dealing with your car as they do not have a serious attitude when it comes to working on your car. If you do not want to be ripped off, or for the store and the owner to be owing you a huge amount of money and charging you incorrectly, then please do not come to this store. It is NOT worth it. Lastly, there is no air conditioner provided during the summer time and there is no heat provided during the winter time for customers. So please be ready to stand in the cold or blazing hotness when you're waiting to get your car done. Please reconsider before bringing your car into this place. There are other auto sound stores that are a lot better around this area of Bensonhurst, Brooklyn. Dragon Master is NOT your ideal choice, and there is NO guarantee you will be satisfied with the end result for the high and unreasonable price you pay. read more
