No matter who takes your information to pass it on, Dave and his manager will never call you back. Windows were purchased through them for my dad's company for the house he was flipping. They originally quoted them a certain price to install the windows that were purchased. Since it's now my house and no longer being worked on by the same contractor, they won't honor that price. My contractor now has been calling constantly too for a call back. Would not use archer if I were redoing the house again. Worst customer service and beyond unprofessional.

A brand-new roof should not have these issues right away. When I contacted Bell Roofing to schedule warranty repair, they assured me someone would come out soon. We set up an appointment, but no one showed up. No phone call, no text, no email - complete radio silence. I followed up multiple times, leaving messages and sending emails, but still no response or rescheduling. It's been 3 months with no resolution, while the leaks continue every time it rains. This lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable for a company that advertises professional service in the Philly/South Jersey area. I paid a significant amount for what was supposed to be a long-lasting, leak-free roof, and now I'm left dealing with water damage and uncertainty because the company won't stand behind their work. I would strongly caution anyone in Philadelphia or surrounding areas against using Bell Roofing for new roofs or repairs. Do your research and consider other local contractors with better follow-through on warranties. I'll be pursuing this further through consumer protection channels if there's no response soon.

The first team sent out to redo the roof had no clue what they were doing unknown to us at the time. After the roof was completed we had $7,000 on repairs done on the inside because of the prior damage, within 3 months the roof was leaking again and worse than it had before the new roof again causing major damage inside the house. They finally got a new crew to come out in Jan/Feb 2024 to fix the problem, they did not. Within a month or two the roof was leaking again. We had a 3rd crew come out in the spring who again did not know what they were doing and by June the roof was leaking again. Since June, we have gotten nothing but either false promises of the crew coming out where they just no show. Or total dead silence not responding to phone calls or text at all. The roof continues to leak in my 80 year old mothers bedroom, which the owner of Bell roofing James is very much aware of. It is now winter and cold and her bedroom ceiling is exposed due to the rain damage and her bedroom is very cold. Does bell roofing care? No they do not because they got their payment from the finance company in Oct 2023. What good is a contract with a 25 year warranty if you dont stand by it in the first year. There are so many other options out there, save yourself the pain and anguish my mother has gone through and stay clear of Bell Roofing.

I hired Munz Roofing and Siding to complete a siding project, and I could not be happier with the entire experience. From the start, their consultant, Stephen M., came out and provided helpful education, a thorough walkthrough, zero pressure, and a timely quote for several different product options. Munz ultimately provided the best quote among the three local companies that came out. Eric G., their general manager, also came out to review the plan and clearly outlined the steps they would take to protect our garden beds during the siding removal and installation. That level of communication and attention to detail gave us a lot of confidence going into the project. Project Manager Chris and installer Oleg then completed the project in 9.5 days, which was even half a day ahead of their original 10-day estimate. Chris checked in every day to see if we had any questions or concerns, and Oleg's work was outstanding. His craftsmanship and attention to detail were top notch, and he spent at least a half hour cleaning up every day before leaving. One thing that really stood out was that Oleg took the time to point out how well the previous siding job had been done when the house was built about 40 years ago. He noted that the original wrapping had been applied with meticulous precision, which helped explain why there was minimal water damage to the existing boards. That honesty was appreciated, especially because there was never a moment where the crew attempted to upsell us on unnecessary work. Overall, Munz was professional, honest, communicative, and highly skilled from start to finish. I could not recommend this company enough. I had one window removed and made into a wall. The guy doing the work (Think his name was Alex), told me he wouldn't do the sheetrock, where the window was installed. Then, he used 2x3s rather than 2x4s. My wife and I took a shot at doing the sheetrock ourselves. It frustrates me each time I look into the spare bedroom. It looks terrible. It appears the didn't put the flashing, or the Tyvek, beneath the corner pieces on my house. My home has a downspout that puts water on a lower roof. I expected them to move my downspout to the side of the house and go to the ground. They didn't do this work. They told me they couldn't. Needless to say, I personally wouldn't hire them again and I suggest you watch very closely, if you hire them. I can see nails through gaps in the faux stone. Just very frustrated with their service/work and it was very expensive. Not one part of their work, can I say came out good. Even the facia appears to have been cut short. It's truly unbelievable. They came out to resolve my issues, before I paid them. I regret that the quality of work was subpar and paid them.
