Most reasonable estimates for a new roof. Fantastic job putting a new roof on our old house. Super responsive and professional. A+, 10/10.

As the date of the inspection approached, Tom was great about communicating with reminders etc. Tom arrived early to the appointment and was very thorough. Even though this was new construction, he did find some issues that I know we would never have found, or even thought to look for. During the inspection, Tom was great about answering questions as he went along and explained things are a perfect level- not too complex for us to understand but also not over-simplified as if he was talking to a child. Tom was very courteous and professional and we really appreciated all his feedback. Finally when he produced his written report, he was great about answering questions around the report, including providing us guidance on how the assess the repairs he recommended in his report. All in all, 360 was a great company to work with; and Tom specifically provided us spectacular service.

My brother-in-law, who came with me, knew way more. He missed pointing out the obvious. He couldn't answer any questions I had. His only response was "you'd need to talk to an expert". My experience with the company as a whole was equally disappointing. When I brought my concerns about the walk and talk up to the company via email they didn't respond, and still haven't.

Lucas answered while on an existing job. He was very honest saying he can't drop by to make an assessment. Knowing the importance of the situation, he said he'll have his father drop by to take a look. The father (was it Joe?) came by as promised and saw that the previous roofer didn't put flashing around a portion of the chimney. He gave a couple of possible fixes and I picked the more expensive one. He gave me a break on price if i went with the more expensive fix which i appreciated. Before showing up for the work due to budgeting issues i changed to the lower price solution. He didn't have any problems with this change. He and his other son (not Lucas) came on the day as promised. The funny thing was I didn't know they were there until i heard banging outside! They ripped some of the old roof tiles, installed new flashing and overlay them with some leftover tiles I had laying around. They also caulked around other parts of the chimney. They cleaned up their mess. There were aome storms afterwards and no leak! Thx to Lucas for knowing the importance of the problem and having your father and brother fit me into their schedule. And thx to father and son (was it Joe and Ezekiel?!) for fixing the leak! I would definitely consider them to put in a new roof when the time comes!

There truly was only one company for our huge unexpected project ~ Alpha Roofing. Be careful who you 'roof' with ~ many will not deal with insurance companies leaving you in the lurch just when you need their help most. We received a detailed estimate (thank you Edna and Christina!), Jim took the time to discuss our needed repairs with our insurance company and within a couple of weeks, Alpha had our roof fixed, the shelters beautifully repaired, the downspouts properly in place, the siding up and looking perfect! (THANK YOU SHAWN AND TOM!!) This is a top notch company ~ they keep appointments, their estimates are honest, their crew is professional and their work is unmatched. Above and beyond, Alpha Roofing is a godsend. P.S. Your clean-up was spectacular!

Very frustrating. Don't fall for the 15 year warranty like I did…read more I am writing my honest review after having my roof done by Alpha Roofing in January of 2026. I don't like writing reviews and most certainly don't like hurting people's businesses. I understand a business takes up a lot of time an effort to build and maintain while being easily hurt by reviews dropped casually over petty grievances putting somebody's living at risk. I do think taking thoughtful accountability can be a major driving force in the improvement of a business though, and that is the spirit in which I write this review. In a nutshell here is what happened to me. In December of 2025 I notice a leak in the ceiling of my baby child's bedroom. I call a roofer to take a look, and the ridge of the roof had been pulled off by the wind. Apparently, there were multiple vulnerable spots and the leak in my son's bedroom was just one of them which appeared to come from the chimney's lack of flashing (which was flagged by home inspection when I bought the house). The recommendation was to replace the roof. First offer was 10K with no warranty but after I spoke with Alpha Roofing they offered 7.6K with a 15 year warranty. I took the second offer because it sounded better plus this roofer had been recommended to me by a friend. So, the roof was done in January and in March the same leak appeared in my baby's room only 2 months after the roof was done. I get on the roof to check the chimney and notice that the flashing that had been done was a very poor job. Not only was it not step flashing (which is the standard practice and the logical thing to do here since the chimney was leaking and prompted the roof repair to begin with) but it was not even caulked around the entire perimeter surrounding the top seam of the flashing. When I showed the pictures to my home inspector, he said the flashing they did was called "Philly flashing" AKA "stupid flashing" (his words not mine). It was only the counter flashing with no step flashing laid in overlapping fashion with the shingles. I call Jim Barton (the owner of Alpha Roofing as far as I know and who had been referred to me by a friend) and he sends a couple of his workers to caulk the rest of the seam around the chimney flashing. I ask if the solution is not to do the step flashing since that is the industry standard and because my house inspector told me that the caulking would have to be redone after 2 years or so (and I paid for 15 year warranty). Jim offers to send his guys to redo it every 2 years on my bill. I tell him I don't like that because the price tag of 7.6K I paid included 15 years of warranty. After me basically wrestling with this issue over text messages and many ignored calls, Jim agrees to redo the flashing around the chimney. So, after a couple more months and a new leak in the same spot of by son's bedroom he finally sends his guys again but, surprise: he only does the counterflashing again with no step flashing. The only upgrade was cutting the reglets on the chimney wall to tuck in the top seam of the flashing sheet. I feel I have been wronged by this person. The only time Jim reached out to me was to call me in the middle of the weekend to ask for the payment of the service done the previous day. After that I have been forced to work around his schedule to communicate with him and I can't have a reasonable conversation. This is very unprofessional and shows that he is totally fine leaving me at a very uncomfortable position waiting for my roof to leak again and only then get him to do something about it. I understand that talking to clients can be frustrating and nerve wrecking for a business owner worried about lawsuits and liability. However, I have been very reasonable and waited 9 months before dropping this review after being basically ignored all this time. I am almost ready to abandon this 15-year warranty. I am more than willing to withdraw this review if I see serious and consequential action to make amends.

I gave my address and never heard back, so I moved on to another company. Today, 10 days after they never responded after I gave my address, while in the middle of a meeting, I hear a bang outside and my dog freaks out. I go outside to find two men with a ladder against the front of my house and climbing to the roof! I had no idea they were coming and they were fully on their way to climbing up my house without my permission! The problem wasn't even on the roof, so I have no idea what they would have done once they got up there. When I messaged the company to say I didn't appreciate them coming unannounced and unscheduled, I was told it was my fault for not specifying that I expected a call before they showed up! Wild. Do NOT send this company your address--even for an estimate--or else they may randomly show up to your house and climb up on your roof unannounced and they will go up there whether you are home or not. Then if it bothers you they will blame YOU!

I have found Marcy the owner is to be straightforward and honest, and though she can be a bit brusque at times, as she is in the Philadelphia roofing business I can understand. Their pricing is reasonable for quality of work. No roofer is cheap and if you apparently find one, don't trust them. We have a complicated roofscape (skylights, large AC unit mounts and penetrations, and major crickets required to clear drainage obstructions) and some leaking problems that predate our ownership. Castelli, and particularly their foreman Jimmy, have been generous in attending to drainage problems that may or may not have been a result of their work. I appreciate their work and the efforts made to help us negotiate our finicky roof.

On August 16, 2016, I hired Joseph Damico of ACE Home Inspections to perform a complete home…read moreinspection at a cost of $525 on a single family residence in Medford NJ. At the time I was a prospective buyer of this residence. Upon completion of Mr. Damico's inspection. there were 77 items that he felt needed attention. These items ranged from fixtures missing light bulbs to much more serious issues such as leaking pipes and roof repairs. The only listed issue with the furnace was that the blower door shut off should be replaced. No other issues, including the extensive age of the furnace (24 years old), were brought to our attention. However, he stated that he performed a visual inspection. After consideration of the findings that were listed in his report, negotiations were undertaken with the seller for the seller to make repairs and/or concessions in order to complete my purchase of the property on September 30, 2016. After other renovations were completed, we moved into the home on November 22. 2016. At some point on the night of January 5. 2017 the furnace ceased operation. A repair technician from Horizon charged me $85 .07 and inspected the faulty furnace on Friday. January 6, 2017. The technician stated that to repair the furnace would cost in excess of $3,000 because the furnace is 24 years old. The replacement of the furnace was recommended at a cost of $10.018. On Fridav, Januarv 6, 2017. Sears was also contacted to obtain a second opinion and another quote. The Sears technician also recommended replacement of the furnace based on the projected cost of the repairs. After careful consideration, the determination was made to purchase a replacement furnace from Sears at a cost of $6, 148. The Horizon technician asked if a home inspection was completed prior to the purchase of the home, because the age of the furnace should have been brought to our attention. The opinion of the Horizon and Scars Technician was that a competent home inspection would have stated that the furnace was well beyond its expected lifetime. In the opinion of the Sears technician. the life expectancy of our furnace was typically no more than 15 years. The year stamped on our furnace was 1993, making it approximately 24 years old. The new furnace was installed by Sears on Monday. January 9, 2017 after more than 3 days with no heat. Mr. Damico was contacted on how such a crucial item was missed upon inspection. During this conversation, Mr. Damico acknowledged that the average furnace life expectancy is approximately 20 years. In Mr. Damico's opinion, he is not liable because the furnace "could last 30 years or 10 years" and thus could not predict the lifespan or a furnace, despite his own admission that the average lifespan of any furnace is usually around 20 years. It was Mr. Damico's stance that he was not responsible to report the age of the furnace, and he cannot be held liable in any way. Mr. Damico listed other items that would need to be repaired/replaced in the near future which would be deemed highly insignificant in comparison to a condition of a furnace. We attempted to resolve this with Mr. Damico directly, but he is unwilling to negotiate any resolution whatsoever. After several failed attempts to informally resolve the situation with Mr. Damico, I notified Mr. Damico that we would be filing a formal complaint with the NJ Board of Home Inspectors. His response was "Good luck with that. It won't go anywhere." Even after this brash statement I sent him a final email and certified letter requesting a resolution. My email and letter received no response.
