Was able to set up an inspection of a new build on short notice. Tom was our inspector and as he was inspecting, he pointed out some the issues he found and what remedies might be needed. We are first time home buyers and our realtor recommend 360 Inspections to do our house inspection. We are so grateful she did! Setting up an appt. was really easy; their website has a link you can click to schedule a time and select what inspections you need, and they said they would confirm within 24 hours, and they definitely did within that time frame. They had a ton of availability. Thomas did our inspection and he was just amazing, we cannot recommend him enough. He was extremely friendly, very thorough, and just endlessly helpful. He was meticulous at looking at everything and so professional. You could easily tell he knew what he was talking about and it was very cool watching an expert do his thing. He was very patient with all of our questions, even the ones I was nervous about coming off as silly. He reassured us that there's no such thing as a silly question, and he was extremely educational, but he also told us only what was relevant and what we needed to know without overloading us with extraneous info that might have had us overwhelmed. We worked with Tom from 360 Inspections and he was absolutely great to work with. The scheduling process was easy and handled online. As the date of the inspection approached, Tom was great about communicating with reminders etc. Tom arrived early to the appointment and was very thorough. Even though this was new construction, he did find some issues that I know we would never have found, or even thought to look for. During the inspection, Tom was great about answering questions as he went along and explained things are a perfect level- not too complex for us to understand but also not over-simplified as if he was talking to a child. Tom was very courteous and professional and we really appreciated all his feedback.
