I am highly recommend recommending Liberty Inspection Group for anyone that is shopping around for a high-quality, comprehensive, thorough overview and inspection report for their buy or sell needs. I personally was purchasing a foreclose property and had a lot of reservations about purchasing an as is property. I was relieved and appreciative when meeting chris from Liberty inspection group. They arrive on time, they were thorough with their descriptions, Photographs, And explanations of the level of needs for the home. Chris explained the top priorities in the house and was very helpful with Suggestions and concerns. I was super pleased with not only the report, but they have very reasonable pricing and the team is professional and friendly top notch! read more

These people were supposed to do an inspection of a condo I was considering buying. The guy who came Daryl Hartshhorne who did not spend very long "inspecting" and when he supposedly was finished he announced that he would not be checking the air-conditioning system. He offered no alternatives. He just said he can't do that in the winter time. However, there was no prior notice of that and it was included in the price for the inspection and I never would have used this company if I had known that they were not going to inspect the air-conditioning system which is a key component of an inspection of a property. I immediately wrote to the owners of this shoddy company and there were other problems as well like they never released their report, etc. I told them all the problems. The owner or two owners never bothered to respond to me despite several emails that I wrote. Nevertheless they are harassing me for money despite their fraud. I have filed a complaint against them with the Department of State. read more

Their inspector nit picks mundane irrelevant issues, is not accurate about the condition of things and scares home buyers with his personal opinions rather than just stating facts. This group needs to stick to the facts, it's as if their goal is to create problems, simply awful. read more

I am very pleased with the stellar job Liberty Inspection Group did on a property I'm interested in purchasing. They offer a number of services and I ended up opting for a good amount of them, and the rates were pretty reasonable. Our Realtor recommended Devone and let me say he was probably the most positive part about the whole home buying process. He walked us through everything he saw, explained items on the check list, answered our questions to the best of his ability, and was just overall great to talk to. Devone really got into a lot of the nocks and crannies of the home getting details that could have easily been missed. Really felt like he was a great member of our team in the very long and painstaking home buying process. I plan on recommending Liberty and Devone to anyone I know interested in buying a home. I also have to give a shoutout to the Eric for the sewer scope and the women answering the all my phone calls about scheduling. Great team. Thanks! read more

I am in the process of buying a home so my realtor recommended Liberty to me and specifically Adam Smith. So my fiancé and I ofc went with him and he was so knowledgeable about everything and walked us through the whole process and made some great recommendations. We are first time home buyers so I can't begin to explain how appreciative we were. Adam was super patient with us and answered all our questions. I would recommend Liberty to all my friends and family. 10/10 for service and 10/10 for being so thorough! read more

My wife and I are first time homebuyers and the LIG team has been incredibly supportive throughout the process. Chris and John answered all of our questions as we walked through the house during inspection, made things easy to understand, and sent us an incredibly thorough report within hours of the inspection. Chris gave us his card at the end of the inspection and emphasized that the team would be available months down the road if we ever needed anything. Sure enough, when I called a few days later with follow up questions, Chris greeted me by name before I could introduce myself (guessing he saved my number), checked in on how we were doing, and answered all of our followups. Great people, great service, highly recommend! read more

Liberty cane through for me as I was (am) in the process of buying a home. Vincent took longer tob examine the house than I'd experienced before in my last place - and that's a good thing! In my last place inspectors would just flip through their findings on their on their iPad before they left, and I usually had to ask to see problem items in person. Vincent gave me an extensive walkthrough of everything, and sent the report later that night. Which is the fastest turnaround I've ever gotten. Another plus is that they'll do the big three inspections all at the same time - building, termite, and radon - so you don't have to hire a bunch if people and coordinate multiple appointments. Overall a very positive experience. read more

The efficiency and professionalism Davone showed during the site visit was exemplary. His depth of knowledge and the clarity he communicated spoke volumes to his experience. Not mention that he was friendly and personable. We learned a lot during the two hours we took in the house and I look forward to implementing his recommended next steps. read more

Jeremy Fleming is amazing. Very professional, friendly and thorough. Would definitely work with him again. Process with Liberty was smooth right from scheduling through inspection, payment and getting the report. read more

Adam Smith came over for a home inspection on short notice and tentatively held the time while our contract was squared away. Adam was early to our appointment, knowledgeable, friendly and patient. He answered all of our questions and touched base after the inspection to ensure we felt comfortable with the information. As first time home buyers, we appreciated Adam breaking down the information and providing analogies to ensure we understood. Adam was flexible and easy to get in touch with. We had our inspection report the same day as the inspection. The report was shared with a few contractors, one of which said he never saw such clear pictures. Our realtor recommended Liberty Inspection Group and I will certainly recommend them and Adam to others! Thank you for your excellent service. read more

I had a great experience with Liberty Inspection Group. First, scheduling online was a great feature that made the process that much more simple. Then, they send you an invoice and you can easily pay for the services online. On the day of the inspection, Bill was extremely helpful and communicative towards us, arrived on time, and explained everything to us with extra detail. The report arrived within hours of the inspection and was very comprehensive. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a home inspection! read more

We have recommended Liberty Inspection to our clients for years with nothing but positive feedback. Experienced professionals!

I have been a realtor for nine years. I decided to give Liberty a shot as I have felt that they have a strong presence on Instagram and they seem interesting, caring and super educated. My buyer chose them and away we go. Adam was super enthusiastic. Jumped on the roof and kept the inspection going in a fluid way. He was also witty and kind and honest about a further inspection, which I appreciated for my buyer. I know my client thought they were fantastic and for that, I will suggest them all the time. The best part was, in this hectic sellers market, our inspector had easy suggestions for buyers (agents) on some ideas to protect your buyer if they had to waive an inspection. The follow up post inspection has been great too. read more

Liberty Inspection Group - Home Inspectors Near Me - Media, Pennsylvania

I hired Liberty Inspection group through my realtor. Scheduling was so easy online, confirmed the next day and it was all good. The day of the inspections, I met Adam. He was my inspector and greeted me at our inspection time and went over everything so thoroughly. As a first time home buyer I was nervous, wasn't sure what questions to ask and he GOT IT DONE. I felt great, answered every question I had. Within 4 hours I had the report emailed to me..... Highly recommend this company! read more

I checked with numerous Inspection companies and found that Liberty had generally positive reviews on numerous sites and had competitive pricing so I went with them. I've been very happy with the attitude of the numerous employees I interacted with and the quality of the inspection reports I received. They provide a thorough report and are happy to clarify any meanings if you have follow up questions. It is understood that with any home inspection if an area is impossible to view (such as a finished basement) there is are heavy limitation in what they can adequately provide data on, but they also make it clear in their report that they could not provide as solid data because of those restrictions. My primary inspector Ken Copper also did an excellent job communicating with me on sight and I'd be happy to work with him again. read more

I really cannot stress enough how great of an experience we had working with Liberty Inspection Group and our inspector Jeremy. From the moment we showed up, Jeremy was already at work thoroughly checking out our roof. He spent nearly 4 hours with us during the inspection to make sure he explained every single issue from small to big about the house. He also took it a step further and told us exactly how to fix these issues and when it makes to bring in professionals for certain projects. As first time homeowners, Jeremy made us feel empowered and informed about our decision. He never once looked down on us for not knowing something or seemed irritated by our questions. He really is one of the most knowledgeable people I've ever met and I truly felt like we could trust what he was saying. All in all, I highly recommend Jeremy & Liberty Inspection Group. We had such a good experience! read more

Disclaimer - the actual inspectors (more below) and booking team are 5/5 stars all day. The only reason I didn't go 5 stars is that they third party source the repair cost estimate which takes and additional 48 hours post inspection report release (and additional cost where some others include or at least embed in cost). Considering these transactions typically run on a tight timeline this is a bit inconvenient. Additionally, it's nice to have a direct line of communication with whoever is doing the pricing. Now to the inspectors, we unfortunately had our first house fall through (partly in thanks to James identifying critical defects) so we worked with two different inspectors total, James and Adam on second house. Both of these guys are highly reviewed on Yelp and for good reason. They're very thorough and walked us through the whole process and answered our many questions (first time homebuyers). Additionally, Adam went above and beyond to clarify a few items on the report and provide additional guidance when we were in a pinch. Their response time via email is phenomenal especially considering they're out doing inspections during the day. Turnaround time to get the inspection report is fantastic as well ( less than 24 hours). Lastly as noted by many, they get there ahead of time and have a lot of info gathered upon arrival which is nice. I'll no doubt stick with Liberty next time I need an inspection (hopefully no time soon). Thanks team. read more

Jeremy provided excellent home inspection and environmental testing services. Very thorough, explained things, answered my questions and the report was ready the same day! read more

Chris at liberty did our home inspection, and he was very courteous, professional, and really knew his stuff! He was able to complete the report in record timing so we could have it in time. He also told us to reach out if we have any questions now or at any time in the future about our house, because the company values having an ongoing relationship with their clients, which is something that was very much appreciated by us. I would recommend this company and especially Chris to anyone! read more

Excellent experience working with Ryan at Liberty Inspection. The inspection was thorough and efficient and while there were no ugly surprises, Ryan mentioned a few safety issues that we had not considered. I utilize Liberty Inspection Group for all my clients needs in Delaware. Their inspector, Tyler Wells, is very knowledgible and talks the time to really adress any questions or concerns that a buyer may have. He doesn't try to impress the buyer with his expertise and keeps the inspections very educational and open. You can ask him the "nit-picky" questions and he answers them without hesitation or drama. I highly recommend him and the Liberty Inspection Group. read more

Liberty inspection was amazing from start to finish. They allow online scheduling, which couldn't have been easier, and promptly connected us to our inspector. Davone was an efficient, knowledgeable, and professional inspector who made us feel so much more confident in our decision about our condo purchase. He pointed out items that we would have easily missed, and took his time to explain everything and answer all of our questions. He was very thorough and truly inspected every inch of our new condo. Our report was provided less than 24 hours later and was as informative and helpful as Davone was in person. We cannot recommend this company or Davone specifically enough! read more

We worked with Bill (William) Mestichelli for the home inspection on our new house. He was very timely, thorough, patient, and informative! I had a ton of questions - I came with a printed out spreadsheet! - and he gladly answered them. I would highly recommend working with him! read more

Tyler Wells is a lifesaver! We were going to buy what seemed like a beautifully renovated home in our favorite area.... but thanks to Tyler, he saved us from a BIG mistake. Long story short, this house was a hot mess, but Tyler made what could have potentially been a bad day into a good one with his positive attitude and used the inspection as a time to teach us a lot about what to look for in the future. There is no doubt he checked every square inch of the house, inside and out, and was extremely thorough. He answered all of our novice questions and took the time to explain everything in layman's terms. Also, while running the water in the bathroom, he had the instinct to check the water connection at that moment instead of checking later and caught a major issue that would've caused severe damage that the owner missed! We're definitely calling Tyler to schedule our next inspection and will highly recommend him. read more

I filled out the online request form for an inspection appointment and was called within an hour to confirm. I also needed to reach the inspector in advance and Alexis was so kind to relay messages via text. Our inspector was Tyler Wells and he showed up early, had lots of patience for questions, pointed out many details as he went and had the report to us that same evening. Would highly recommend Liberty and asking for Tyler. Buying a house is a major life event and I'm grateful for down to earth, relatable professionals that share their knowledge along the way. I've bought homes before but each house is unique and you learn different things each time, just like we learned a few things from Tyler. read more

Report came back the next morning. read more

We learned about Liberty Inspection Group through our realtor when we went under contract to buy a home in Springfield, PA and I couldn't wait to leave a full 5 star review for Bill. Chris did our house inspection before buying, and as first-time buyers, coming from renting apartments in New York City, this process is pretty daunting.
