I felt the estimate was surprisingly reasonable, they arranged a rental car, and handled all payment with the person who hit my car. All I had to do was take my car in and pick it up. Shannon the receptionist and the only person you'll get to talk to about the progress of your repair wields her finely sharpened ditzy-ness like a weapon to avoid even a scintilla of ownership or responsibility for miscommunication, no communication, no follow up nor follow through... Such a high-end exotic car body shop must have a customer liason with as much classiness, dedication to perfection and laser focus on customer service, as the artisans who pour their souls into a great final work product. Cons: For a very minor rear bumper dent, my car was in their shop for 3.5 weeks - that's almost a month. They were not able to deliver on the committed target date. There's a lot of instance of miss-communication and glaring issues of a disorganized operation which I will detail below. 1) When I met with Adam on July 10th to get an estimate, he had indicated he can get my car in by the 1st week of August. After a few days, I called to let them know I'm taking my car to their shop for repair. I spoke with Josh or Joshua, and now he said they can't take my car until the 3rd week of August (August 14). I was like, that can't be right, I was just in the shop a few days ago and spoke with Adam. I asked to speak with Adam but Josh said he's unavailable. Ok, fine. So for a month, I was driving my car with a rear bumper dent. 2) I brought my car August 14th, and on August 21st I followed up via text and asked when they can complete the repair. They texted back saying (verbatim) "I DON'T SEE A TARGET DATE in your file but will send a task over to the estimator to see what I can find out for you!" Over a week in their shop and still no clue when repair will be completed. I had to follow up TWICE via text. 3) On August 25th, I got a text message from the shop saying (verbatim): "Good morning! The priming and prep work is progressing well on your ILX and we're currently on track for repairs to be completed on 9/1. Thank you and we hope you have a great weekend!" On August 31st, the day before the target completion, I got a phone call from the insurance and they told me that they had spoken with the shop, Pro Team Collision (I believe they said they spoke with Josh) and everything was on track for 9/1. They've sent 2 checks both of which was cashed by the shop already. The insurance also said rental coverage will end 9/1, but at that point everything should be all settled and everything should go smoothly. On 9/1, the day of supposedly completion, I got a text message from Pro Team Collision, telling me that they are STILL wrapping up reassembly and that there is still a "final bill balance" as of that morning. Someone had miss-communicated that there is a balance of $200+ in the final bill. And since it was 9/1 Friday Labor Day weekend, my car was never released and was held hostage because of this balance and had to get my rental car extended. When I called the insurance company on 9/5, the insurance said the shop had just submitted the supplemental bill at 9:57am that morning. 4) I got a phone call from Adam on 9/5 to let me know that the insurance sent over proof of payment for the supplemental. He said my car is ready for pickup, "however", he wants me to send over the initial check that Travelers had supposedly sent me. I was like "travelers never sent me any check, all the checks were sent directly to the shop and I told Adam that I spoke to the insurance company earlier that day and they said the shop already cashed both checks".... Adam went back to check his records, and confirmed it was indeed cashed by the shop. There's a lot of instance of miss-communication and glaring issues of a disorganized operation, and I don't know if that contributed to my car being in their shop for 3.5 weeks, that's almost a month for a minor fender bender. Hopefully you don't have to ever need to take your car to a body shop, but I would probably look elsewhere for your repair needs.

I asked him about prices about for a part for the front bumper, and if it was possible for me to bring in the OEM part from the dealership on my own. As soon as I said that, he replied "Do you bring your own cheeseburger to McDonald's?". Instead of calmly answering my questions, he stated yelling at me and was extremely rude and profane. It seems like as soon as you raise any concerns with this shop, they get hostile and start yelling at you. This is absolutely no way to treat customers, no matter the price or the quality of the work. Don't know if I would recommend this shop in the future because god forbid they don't like something you say and they start yelling at you too. UPDATE 6/29: Just received a call saying to pick up my car. The associate on the phone said "We don't do jobs for customers who leave scathing google reviews". This is the most unprofessional, and discriminatory shop I've ever dealt with. DO NOT GO HERE, you will be slave to their questionable business practices and when you begin to ask questions, they verbally harass you and then refuse to work on your car. Instead of listening and caring for their customers, they bully them around and expect a thank you in return. UPDATE #2 6/29: Another bodyshop called Classic to let them know they would be transferring the vehicle tomorrow. The associate on the phone immediately started yelling at the lady from the other bodyshop and told her "I'm gonna leave his car parked in the street with his windows down and the keys in the ignition!". I'm shocked at this point that Classic is frankly still in business and that customers tolerate this kind of treatment from a business owner. Definitely looping in BBB, and also Audi of America to let them know what kind of business they are partnering with.

Turns out with the new cars I would also need to go to my dealership to have my front cameras recalibrated. Talked to Anthony to set up an appointment. He was responsive and was able to meet me at the dealership at my convenience. This made it easy for me to handle the replacement and camera recalibration at the same time. I also needed the dealership to reapply my inspection stickers. Everything was handled in a few hours so I was happy it was easily taken care of in one shot. Antony Volk Glass also handled the insurance paperwork. Hopefully I won't need him again but if I do I would definitely use this company again.

Conicelli inspected and did brakes and ball Joints were not required Brought jeep in for a repair and ended up using another shop because they specialize in the vehicle and did it for a few hundred less and also replaced a few sensors and spark plugs. Dont doubt they do good work but not worth paying 50-100-% more over other reputable shops to find out.

My final communication was reaching out to thank them for their initial automated response and mentioning that I assume they have no availability. And again. . . crickets. The final straw was the notification that my message on Yelp had indeed been received and "Read", yet still ignored. I really wanted and tried to support this women-owned business, but I am extremely disappointed in their lack of communication. Reply to Business Owner's Response: A quick search of my cell phone's call history shows that I did in fact call the correct number. The screenshot below shows that I have been trying to reach out to you since May 2025. And if you look closer, you will see that each of the icons are outgoing calls. Not one call back was ever received from you, despite the voicemail messages that I left. Additionally, I still have my landline, so a couple of calls were also made using that phone number. However, I don't feel that it's necessary to provide a screenshot of those call records. Conestoga Collision in Berwyn, PA is fantastic! Let me tell you why. My son had a car accident and I was sent by my insurance to a chain auto repair shop. Multiple people warned me about using that chain repair shop, one of whom just received a settlement check after suing them. Conestoga Collision in Berwyn was recommended to me by several people. I called them and told my situation. Anthony (Tony) spent some time on the phone explaining the process and telling me how it might take some time, but they would guide me through it no matter how much trouble the insurance appraisal and supplement approval process might be. It did take some time and I had an awful claims repressive from my insurance company. Allison at Conestoga Collision was my liaison and kept me up to date on every single thing that was going on with the car repair, so that I never had to reach out to them and ask, what's happening? My repair process required a third party company to do an independent appraisal so that the insurance company would approve the repair. Conestoga Collision handled all of it, while keeping me informed and getting my approval at every single step. And I can only imagine it was a chore working through all of this with my insurance company, because I was seriously struggling with them & their representative. I also worked with Khanh and Francis who helped me through the process of getting the car repaired and getting the insurance company to agree to the proper repairs, not just the superficial repairs. This is a car being driven by my 20 year old son. I want it to be safe to drive. Conestoga understood that, even when my insurance company did not. I will probably get a new insurance company, but I will forever be appreciative to Conestoga Collision. I dont want to have to repair another car after an accident, but if it happens, Conestoga is where I will go. And the car looks and drives beautifully. read more

This is the second time I had to fix a car ,and I used Conestoga because my first time was a very good experience. The second time was just as good if not better. I was given a quote on the spot with details about what had to be done with replacing a panel, matching the paint color and the timeline involved. Everything was done as promised. They were extremely personable and forthcoming with information. They updated me on the progress of the car via email multiple times. If I am unfortunate enough to need another auto repair, I won't hesitate to use Conestoga or to recommend them. They are very professional. read more

I agree-Conestoga Collision is A+++++. Max is friendly, patient, funny and truly amazing! I was referred to him through the Easttown Police when I needed my car towed because I lost my keys. Not only did he tow my car but he contacted the locksmith and spent over an hour helping me. He went way above anyone I've ever used in the past and he saved me major $. His customer service is on the scale of the Ritz Carlton and Nordstrom's! I will use Conestoga Collision whenever I need any work on my cars or another tow (let's hope I don't need another one!). These guys are fantastic! My wife's car picked up a dent with less than 500 miles on it. The dent was the size of a 50 cent piece and right below the rear door window very close to the window trim. I drove over to the shop on Monday to see if the dent could be fixed using paint less dent removal. They provided an estimate and scheduled the car for the work on Thursday. We picked the car up after they had it for a few hours. The dent is gone! I have looked at that panel from every angle and that dent is gone. Happy wife, happy life. If I could marry a collision shop, it would be Conestoga Collision! Impressive care, professional service and the place is clean as a whistle. I was in for bumper replacement after being hit by a distracted cell phone user (put your phones down, people!) and every step was clearly explained and every insurance detail including communication with car rental agency was addressed without prompting. You never want need the services of a collision shop but if you do, you are in the best of hands with Max, Karen and the rest of this remarkable, old-school crew. read more

Unfortunately my car was in a collision a few weeks ago, but i was able to drive it to Conestoga Collision. I called my insurance company and they wanted me to drive it to their shop for an estimate of the damages but i refused, as is my right. I did not want anyone other than Conestoga Collision to do the work. They have repaired 2 other cars of ours over the years and each time the car looked better than it did before the accident! Their prices are fair and they get the work done on time. Highly recommend them. read more

Do not bring your car here! I would give 0 stars if I could. It took them 38 days to fix a tiny dent. Then they hold your car hostage by jacking up the price so that the insurance company has to keep going back and signing off on extra work. My car rental ran out and no one seemed to care. Nobody calls you back to let you know what is going on. 38 days!! Terrible. read more

I would like to extend my highest regards to mechanic Ryan. He went above and beyond and saved me…read moreover $700! I was in a bit of a predicament when I accidentally took off a lady's driver side mirror in my personal vehicle. It was to a 2004 BMW 325ci. Thinking that it would only cost me between $300-$400 to have it fixed and replaced, I didn't file an insurance claim due to my deductible being $500. I spoke with Ryan directly. He unfortunately related that the mirror is gonna cost me $1,060 (parts and labor). The mirror from BMW's website was around $950. Ryan informed me BMW no longer makes that mirror and he had to order it directly from BMW's website, which didn't even include the glass. Ryan gave me an option to find one cheaper on the internet. Which I found two options, one for $650 on eBay motors and the other was $200 on Amazon, but the part numbers didn't match. Apparently that year and model BMW has 24 different style mirrors, depending whether it's a coupe or a convertible. Needless to say, Ryan was able to find one on eBay for around $210, with the matching part numbers. Ryan then got the lady's permission to order that mirror. In total the whole job cost me $367, a lot better than the $1,060 that I was originally quoted. I am extremely grateful for the extra effort Ryan put forth looking to help both parties out in this unfortunate situation. It also saved me from having to file an insurance claim, and all the headaches I would've had to deal with my insurance company afterwards. These days it's rare to find an auto shop and mechanics that have the integrity and compassion that Ryan and the rest of his team have. I greatly appreciate it!

Over a week in their shop and still no clue when repair will be completed. I had to follow up TWICE via text. 3) On August 25th, I got a text message from the shop saying (verbatim): "Good morning! The priming and prep work is progressing well on your ILX and we're currently on track for repairs to be completed on 9/1. Thank you and we hope you have a great weekend!" On August 31st, the day before the target completion, I got a phone call from the insurance and they told me that they had spoken with the shop, Pro Team Collision (I believe they said they spoke with Josh) and everything was on track for 9/1. They've sent 2 checks both of which was cashed by the shop already. The insurance also said rental coverage will end 9/1, but at that point everything should be all settled and everything should go smoothly. On 9/1, the day of supposedly completion, I got a text message from Pro Team Collision, telling me that they are STILL wrapping up reassembly and that there is still a "final bill balance" as of that morning. Someone had miss-communicated that there is a balance of $200+ in the final bill. And since it was 9/1 Friday Labor Day weekend, my car was never released and was held hostage because of this balance and had to get my rental car extended. When I called the insurance company on 9/5, the insurance said the shop had just submitted the supplemental bill at 9:57am that morning. 4) I got a phone call from Adam on 9/5 to let me know that the insurance sent over proof of payment for the supplemental. He said my car is ready for pickup, "however", he wants me to send over the initial check that Travelers had supposedly sent me. I was like "travelers never sent me any check, all the checks were sent directly to the shop and I told Adam that I spoke to the insurance company earlier that day and they said the shop already cashed both checks".... Adam went back to check his records, and confirmed it was indeed cashed by the shop. There's a lot of instance of miss-communication and glaring issues of a disorganized operation, and I don't know if that contributed to my car being in their shop for 3.5 weeks, that's almost a month for a minor fender bender. Hopefully you don't have to ever need to take your car to a body shop, but I would probably look elsewhere for your repair needs.

I asked him about prices about for a part for the front bumper, and if it was possible for me to bring in the OEM part from the dealership on my own. As soon as I said that, he replied "Do you bring your own cheeseburger to McDonald's?". Instead of calmly answering my questions, he stated yelling at me and was extremely rude and profane. It seems like as soon as you raise any concerns with this shop, they get hostile and start yelling at you. This is absolutely no way to treat customers, no matter the price or the quality of the work. Don't know if I would recommend this shop in the future because god forbid they don't like something you say and they start yelling at you too. UPDATE 6/29: Just received a call saying to pick up my car. The associate on the phone said "We don't do jobs for customers who leave scathing google reviews". This is the most unprofessional, and discriminatory shop I've ever dealt with. DO NOT GO HERE, you will be slave to their questionable business practices and when you begin to ask questions, they verbally harass you and then refuse to work on your car. Instead of listening and caring for their customers, they bully them around and expect a thank you in return. UPDATE #2 6/29: Another bodyshop called Classic to let them know they would be transferring the vehicle tomorrow. The associate on the phone immediately started yelling at the lady from the other bodyshop and told her "I'm gonna leave his car parked in the street with his windows down and the keys in the ignition!". I'm shocked at this point that Classic is frankly still in business and that customers tolerate this kind of treatment from a business owner. Definitely looping in BBB, and also Audi of America to let them know what kind of business they are partnering with.

Bryn Mawr Auto Body was impressive until they told me my car was done and ready to come home. Only to find out that a battery was needed. In other words, my car was not really ready, and I had no battery problems until Bryn Mawr Auto Body so called fixed my car. I feel like not only are they getting paid from AAA but also want to try their best to get paid from a victim of a car accident. If my car was ready and there was a battery problem, why was I not notified at the "your car is ready point"?
