    I wanted to get clear paint protection and window tinting done for my vehicle. Devon Hill Motors referred me to Jim's Auto Detailing. Gabe and Rolando had called me to give me a price quote and was able to schedule me within a few days. They were really prompt and honest with their service in recommending options. Overall I am very pleased with their work and will refer people here in the future.

    Very impressed !! Rolando and his partner did an excellent job on my 2004 GMC Envoy. My vehicle looks, feels and smells like new !!! Every square inch was clean. I'm very particular and I looked it over completely. In the last 10 years I've only washed and vacuumed it occasionally and hadn't waxed it in about 7 years. It had coffee stains on the carpet and a layer of dog hair in the rear seat area. I know they worked very hard but stayed with their stated price.

    15% on the front and 5% on the rear!

I have been trying for months to reach this business by phone, and have not had one phone call returned, despite leaving a couple of messages. I finally decided to try reaching out through Yelp. I thought that I'd finally made some headway, as shortly after filling out the form, I received a response with a list of their services and their prices. But it turns out that was merely an automated system response. Where it gets worse is I responded with the service that I would have liked. . . But crickets. Even though Yelp showed that my message was "Read". I gave them a few days, assuming that they were just busy. But I can't believe that a business can be so busy as to not provide at least an acknowledgement. My final communication was reaching out to thank them for their initial automated response and mentioning that I assume they have no availability. And again. . . crickets. The final straw was the notification that my message on Yelp had indeed been received and "Read", yet still ignored. I really wanted and tried to support this women-owned business, but I am extremely disappointed in their lack of communication. Reply to Business Owner's Response: A quick search of my cell phone's call history shows that I did in fact call the correct number. The screenshot below shows that I have been trying to reach out to you since May 2025. And if you look closer, you will see that each of the icons are outgoing calls. Not one call back was ever received from you, despite the voicemail messages that I left. Additionally, I still have my landline, so a couple of calls were also made using that phone number. However, I don't feel that it's necessary to provide a screenshot of those call records. After my last call of October 28, 2025, I finally reached out to you through Yelp in November 2025, which leads us to this review. Thank you for your response to my review, although I wish that I could have received a proper response outside of this forum. Good luck to you in the future.

Denise at True Blue was very understanding and said she would see if the tech would be willing to come to the DMV and install the new windshield. Adam met us at 8am (negotiating with his wife that he would take the their two young kids the next morning, to make it up to her!) This specific technician cut out old windshield without removing the cowl or wipers. He left scratches on the cowl while trying to remove the cowl side pieces. I have before and after pictures. He did not have his colleague help to properly set/place the new windshield on the car. The second person who was doing ADAS calibration, placed the car on a slope (front tires and back tires on different levels) for calibration. Other companies perform ADAS calibration on a level surface as a standard practice. Also, this second person took the car for test drive shortly after installing the new windshield. The warranty for workmanship is only as good as the installer. If the windshield installer is not good, he/she makes it worse every time they come as part of the warranty. It was a mistake using services of this company for windshield replacement. In future, I will be using a reputed local glass shop known for quality work. Sharing my experience with this company for others to make an informed decision.
