Advise not to go here. No character and dishonest. Found money missing from my car. Hope this review advises you to go elsewhere.

This is regarding the location in Chadds Ford, PA. Absolutely the worst experience! My son hit a…read moredeer and because my husband and I haven't dealt with that, we relied on our insurance company to handle this. Unfortunately, they sent us to Caliber. They had our truck for 6 weeks and because my son was without a vehicle for so long, TJ the manager, allowed us to pick up the truck before it was completely done, just waiting to get the fog lights finished but was told everything else was done. My son and I went to pick it up and could see the gaps were inconsistent with all the panels they replaced. I could see the new radiator was all bent up, led bar not correctly installed, it was a mess. If all that wasn't bad enough, the inside was dirty, like someone literally rolled around in dirt and got in the truck. They also put 30 miles on the truck. Because of what we could see that was wrong, I didn't have confidence in the things we couldn't see. We took the truck to Ford and they directed us to a place they use. The new place confirmed all that we saw and through talking to the general manager we decided to leave the truck there and have them do the work right. Everything on the truck was supposed to be OEM parts, we found out they were not. Panels weren't connected correctly, and some hardware was just completely missing. There was also a chip in the brand-new paint job that Caliber had done. The workmanship (?) was sloppy at best. Because of how poorly Caliber's work was, they had to pay the other company, who did a fantastic job, to do the work right. I think that says it all right there. The other company was professional, asked my kid if he needed a rental, which Caliber did not; it was just an all-around much better experience with the end result of the truck not only looking new, but done correctly. ** Not sure how it has me in CA when I'm here in PA**

This past winter, the heavy snow that had accumulated on my roof thawed and slid off, damaging both…read moreof my cars. The damage was significant and I was crestfallen -- but I knew exactly where to turn. I've been going to Classic Coachwork for over 25 years. I first discovered them in my 20s when, after a fender bender, I called a local BMW dealership to ask who they trusted for bodywork. They pointed me to Classic Coachwork, and I figured: if it's good enough for BMW, it's good enough for me. Since then I've brought them four more cars over the years, and they have restored every single one to pristine condition. What sets them apart goes beyond the bodywork. They're tenacious advocates when it comes to dealing with insurance companies -- fighting for OEM parts and thoroughly inspecting every inch of the vehicle once it's disassembled to ensure all hidden damage gets properly documented and covered. They also do an excellent job of keeping you updated throughout the process and setting realistic expectations on turnaround time, so there are no surprises. When I picked up both cars, the interiors were spotlessly clean -- like a complimentary detailing. And a small but genuinely helpful touch: they share a parking lot with a car rental agency, making drop-off and pickup completely seamless. 25 years and counting -- I wouldn't take my cars anywhere else.

I am very grateful for the work Classic Coachwork of West Chester completed on my vehicle. Everyone…read morelooked out for our best interest. I'm particularly grateful to Mike O who ensured that everything was repaired with original parts. He was a huge help with our insurance company. I highly recommend them to anyone who loves and depends upon your vehicle. It is a pleasure doing business with Classic Coachwork
