I went inside and a very kind young lady quickly asked a few questions just to determine the type of document needed. She kindly waited as I wrote the document and even helped me spell-check. When I was finished, she then checked to make sure the document was complete. I paid with my card, and I was on my way out the door within ten minutes. I was very frustrated that this company misspoke and were very curt every time I followed up, so I wrote a review about my bad experience. The company called and emailed me to try to defend themselves, saying I don't understand the law, that what I did was illegal, and they will need to call PennDOT to report me. I replied back that I don't appreciate their fear mongering and they sent me multiple emails in all caps. They also called me a liar. If you want an answer from this place, don't call. Leave a bad review. Once you do that, suddenly they can make you their top priority to call and email.
