Terrible experience! I came in there for information about expediting my title work with my mother…read moretoday to change my NJ title to a PA title and the older tall gray haired man was being completely rude. I asked him what was Penndot's main headquarters number. Because I wanted to ask his associate if I could run it there myself instead of waiting 3 weeks and get it done the same day. Then he told me to get out your phone and google it and to put on your big boy pants trying to humiliate me. My mother was so offended and said wait a minute sir that was really rude. I was just trying to talk to this man politely and he was being nothing but rude and obnoxious. Everything I asked his younger associate he chimed in with a smart ass remark. So then he asked the person he was on the phone with that was apparently more knowledgeable about this process and it turns out I could run the title up there myself and flip it the same day! So, I said well thank you I will just do that then at this point I just wanted to get away from this man and then upon walking out he had the nerve of saying "how's that for being rude."Completely obnoxious this man should be ashamed of himself treating people like this how unprofessional. I would never recommend anyone going to this place unless you wanted to be insulted, disrespected and humiliated.
