I can't tell you how truly amazing Matt is, this guy simply goes above and beyond, and for me he did it for no reason other than to be helpful for a bad situation!!! He made it seamless when we moved to PA to transfer our cars and a year later when we found out our car had been erroneously transfered out of our name via a mistake at a dealership without our knowledge he handled everything. He handled the phone call to Harrisburg, the paperwork and let me know when it was fixed. He didn't have to do that he CHOSE to do it, he simply could have said good luck! I seriously can't thank him enough! You need anything from registrations to getting something notarized, Matt and crew is your guy!! read more

Don't pay attention to the negative reviews. My husband took our vehicle there today for the transfer of a title. Yes, the place is small, but that has no impact on the customer service. What would you expect a convention hall? They are quick, professional, courteous,. What more can you ask for in an auto tag service business? They were very friendly, and got right down to business, If people only pay attention to the few grouchy customer reviews in any business review, then they may lose out on good service themselves. This rinky dink operation is terrible. I did paperwork recently there and it is now a month later and still no title. I called Penndot and they finally received paperwork 14 days after "express" took my money. I believe it would have taken even longer if I didn't call "express". I only went there because of these reviews online. Must be written by their buddies. Go elsewhere, do yourself a favor. read more

I just spoke with a gentleman at Express (I apologize but I did not get his name) and he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful to me. He carefully explained to me several options that I have for transferring a title to an out of state individual. He was honest and he was looking out for me in that he was kind enough to give me an option that would minimize the expense to me. This guy is great. Stayed open late in attempt to serve a private sale between me and Craigslist seller. Seller forgot title, drove to her house and back, the dude let me use his phone and make copies for free, had Insurance customer service numbers listed. In the end we weren't able to complete the title transfer because Craigslist seller didn't have title, we signed informal contract stating that the car had been purchased, he charged us $5 to notarize them, (I ended up meeting the seller the next day at a different place halfway to Philly to complete the transaction.) Would have liked to go back to Express, but it wasn't workable. Prices were better than the place we landed at. read more

Best tag agency I have ever used. Great hours. Husband and I are trying to sell car and cannot locate title. Went to Express Auto Tags to get duplicate title. During the process realized that lien holder still showed as holding lien. Express auto tags called us twice to help us resolve the issue and we will still get our title when originally promised. Thanks to a dealer error, I had a plate/vin mismatch issue I have been dealing with since August with the DMV. After many emails back and forth with the wrong forms being given to me to send in and hours on hold trying to get the correct info, I was fustrated. After being pulled over by the local police for a so called "bad tag" I went in to Express Tags for help. Chuck and Matt spent well over an hour trying to figure out how to resolve the issue and were able to finally get my plate reassigned and renewed to my Jeep. They know there stuff and if anyone is going to fix a DMV issue, even when the DMV doesn't seem to know how, these guys will. THANK YOU!!! read more
