Super thankful to have found Jack Rabbit. Their excellent service, by Kevin in particular, made an experience that I had zero knowledge on what to do or what I needed feel so easy peasy. First, they are so smart being open until 7:30pm on weekdays. HUGE plus when I was trying to find a tags and titles place enroute from work to home. Popped in on a weekday evening after work and was politely greeted by Kevin who was so kind and patient as I stated off my initial convo with I have no idea what I'm doing, sorry if i don't have the right things, but here is the information I have. One would typically receive an annoyed look, but Kevin was so cool and was like what do you got. Ease overcame me immediately. Turned out, I had all the right info needed from my car company to get the title so I could move forward registering in PA from NJ. Kevin took all my data, even taking the time to fill out my form that I could of so easily done, made the copies he needed, and said we'll call you once we receive what we need. Quote time was 1-2 weeks typically depending on your cars company. Received a call less than a week later saying all was ready. Came in, signed my papers, settled up, new PA plate in hand and next step inspection instructions. Cost for my needs was $209 which I felt was reasonable even though I had no clue what the going price range is for these types of services. Would HIGHLY recommend Jack Rabbit for and tags, titles, registration and notary needs. read more

This place is great. They are incredibly knowledgeable about all the necessary forms and procedures to help make dealing with bureaucratic agencies. I recently enlisted their help with getting my birth certificate corrected....they knew exactly what forms and paperwork that was required....they saved me countless hours of searching on-line. In addition, they are helping me get my auto title corrected, which Htndai Finance erroneously sent to someone in OHIO (I live in PA)!!! After 6 months of trying to get this straightened out with Hyundai, I called Jack Rabbit and spoke to Kevin who was 10 times more helpful and knowledgeable! Give these guys your business, they're great! read more

They were able to process a tag/reg despite being closed due to the viris. You have to email off of their website to make arramgements.

Went to Jack Rabbit today with a somewhat tricky out of state auto title transfer. I was so relieved when Kevin was able to very quickly professionally execute the task and get title work under way. Do not go here. The staff is totally incompetent…read more My son went in to get is photo ID with the photo ID card provided. We got there and while we were waiting we heard the one person working there say she got flustered and accidentally shredded his Photo ID card. Because of that, they had to put in a request for a new Photo ID card that will take 2-3 weeks for it to arrive. My son needed his Photo ID today, and there is ZERO they can do about it because they need the Photo ID card in order to provide my son his license. We had that, but it was shredded by one of the people working there. They literally have one job to do - Provide you with a photo drivers license. They can't seem to handle that. In addition we are now in a jam because they can't provide him his license because she shredded the document. Take your chances at a regular PennDOT location, this place is no longer the place it used to be.

I chose to search for a place that opened at 9AM and found Commonwealth Auto Tags on Swede Rd in Norristown, PA, and when I asked for the price from Commonwealth it was $100.00 more than Nelson and Campbell in Springhouse. I mentioned to Commonwealth that I received a lower price and asked to clarify and Commonwealth hung up the phone instead of assisting me to confirm I was asking for the correct service.

One of the worst experiences I've had in a long time. I requested the expertise of this establishment to help me get a vanity vertical motorcycle plate. They informed me that it would take 6 weeks. On weeks 7 and 8 I called and received comments like "weren't you the guy who called a couple days ago...the status hasn't changed". Not sure about anyone looking for professional courtesy but it was non-existent. I was told the license plate would be sent directly to Jack Rabbit. On week 8 the license appeared in my own mail. Albeit I cleary stated I wanted a vertical motorcycle plate, the one that was shipped was horizontal. This somehow was my mistake according to the owner. Stay tuned... I proceeded to call and see what options I had. This is where the experience goes way wrong. After calling and having the person on the phone say they would contact me, and never receiving a call back...I called on my own time once again to find out my options. I was promptly handed over to the owner of the business who immediately became obnoxious and rude and was yelling about how 'its my problem' and what is he supposed to do about it. He made sure to inform me that he was only making a mere $14 on my transaction and that was supposed to make me feel like I shouldn't call to get help or advice on the mistake. It became a shouting match on the phone to calm the guy down. I simply was looking for what options were available. The owner was very unprofessional. Period. I could use some expletives here but I'll keep it clean. I'm hoping he reads this cause he also said "you can't hurt me, I do business with thousands of people *laughing*". Well at this point minus 1 and counting. I don't write reviews very often but this one rubbed me wrong. I want people to know who they are dealing with. I spent a lot of time and was looking forward to getting my plate as my bike is a show bike and wanted the plate for showings (and the plate is a side mount which again, the owner had no clue what that meant). Owner could benefit from anger management courses. Stay away! You too could get stuck with unnecessary fees because of mistakes AND get an earful from this proud owner. read more

I just finished doing a title at jack rabbits Greg the owner helped me with the transaction was very nice guy first time ever meeting him he was very nice asked me how my day was going I even found out that he own the mill my favorite place to eat we talked for a hour about the mill here I thought a female owned the mill at least that's wa she told me but found out Greg owns it I'll deffintly do business with jack rabbits again read more
