Never being able to register the truck. We decided to get away from this vehicle and now have a plate that is useless. We paid hundreds of dollars to get it registered it came back to us 2 times and they refuse to refund our money and say we have to go to the state Padot to get it back. But they want their plate back told Us it would be list as lost of stolen. Went to the place to take plate back and try to get refund and they have moved. I called the phone number with no answer. Waist of money and time. I would avoid this place. This is follow up on my review. After giving them a bad review they responded as you can see. And I called them the next day. They hung up on me and we were threatened with them calling the police if I called them again because they claim I was harassing them because I was asking for a refund. And they were going to report the tag we paid for as lost or stolen unless we brought it back because it was never registered. The owners didn't want to hear anything we had to say or had any good solutions but to out it all on us and they are disrespectful and have terrible customer service. I would avoid this business. Zero stars if it was an option.

I'm sitting at a red light on the 29th day out of 30 days that I should've had something notarized. I looked up and there was Zane Insurance Service. There was free parking and a clear sign they could do provide the service I desperately needed. How convenient. Yes!! I went inside and a very kind young lady quickly asked a few questions just to determine the type of document needed. She kindly waited as I wrote the document and even helped me spell-check. When I was finished, she then checked to make sure the document was complete. I paid with my card, and I was on my way out the door within ten minutes.
