I wasn't able to get any of that out when I walked in. I was cursed out and yelled at all in front of my son and other customers. I tried to repeatedly tell the employee I wanted to purchase a box and repack it myself. He told me repeatedly he would not sell me a box. first he said they didn't have bigger boxes I asked to buy two then and I was told he wouldn't sell me anything because of my attitude. I left the store in tears!

Honestly, the one‑star reviews say more about the reviewer than the business itself. Like any busy location, it can get crowded--especially during lunch hour--so I plan my visits accordingly. When there's a line, I wait my turn, just like everyone else. As a small business owner, I truly appreciate how challenging it is to run a business and serve customers day in and day out. It's surprising how quick some people are to post negative reviews when the real issue is simply impatience or unrealistic expectations. This location does a solid job, and my long‑term experience reflects that.

5/5 ShipNYC…read moreabsolutely crushed it for me. I needed a couple of custom 3D-printed camera parts, and not only did they nail the design, the parts came out perfect--tight tolerances, clean finish, and they fit my gear like factory originals. What really stood out, though, was the way they treated me. Everyone I interacted with was genuinely kind, super patient, and clearly knew their stuff. They made sure I got exactly what I needed, and didn't try to upsell me on anything. On top of that, their pricing was refreshingly reasonable--way more budget-friendly than I expected for custom work. If you need 3D printing done right, and you want to deal with people who are both talented and actually pleasant to work with, ShipNYC is the move. Highly recommended.

Today just dropped off two prelabeled UPS boxes, asked when the truck would show up. When I got home a few minutes ago, they had already been scanned in and showed up on UPS. Have used this business for years for packages large and small, some I packed myself, others I got them to. Packaging is reasonably priced and as I mentioned, they do a very good job. Think they only accept cards as payment, no Apple Pay or Samsung Pay or even Chip & Pin support as yet, would be great if they had that. Just a small local business good at what they offer.
