Unfortunately, our experience has been extremely disappointing. They lock you into a six-month contract, yet it took them over four months to produce the first new ad and two and a half months to create a new landing page. It took nearly six months just to get attribution properly set up. For a company that promotes itself as a performance-driven agency, there was a noticeable lack of both action and results. While the team would apologize on the phone, their follow-up emails often shifted blame back onto us, which felt unprofessional and gaslighting. The management team consistently failed to take accountability for delays or lack of progress. After this experience, I feel it's important to warn others -- stay away from this company. They overpromise, underdeliver, and fail to own their mistakes.

The box was too large to stick in the UPS drop boxes so I got on the website and found this awful place as an authorized drop spot. The man working (the owner?) was so rude and nasty. He lectured me about stealing money from him by using a prepaid label. Said I was driving him out of business. So I was supposed to throw out my free shipping and pay him to ship it for me?! I don't get it. If UPS isn't reimbursing you to be a drop off maybe reconsider the choice to offer that service. And no offense but if there wasn't free shipping I would have gone to the post office, not some over priced shady shipping business in a terrible strip mall where the homeless congregate. No idea why I needed a lecture about his failing business for using a prepaid label sent from the recipient. He gave me this flyer and threw my box in the back. (See attached photo). Tip to the owner: maybe consider changing your services to align with a changing online marketplace. And when you do get a customer don't be so nasty. I couldn't wait to get out of there and I certainly won't take any of my other shipping business there. A week later, I still hadn't received a proof. I contacted them only to be told it was on its way and days later they were working on it. Two weeks later, I went to the store. The employee in the store couldnt find anything related to my order. He contacted the owner because to quote him, "This isn't good". The owner told him to tell me I would get the proof that night. Tired of the run around, I waited over an hour until the owner arrived. He acted as if there was not an issue but the proof wasn't ready! Another employee apparently was creating the proof. After discussing details I shared several times before, I left two hours later being told I would see the proof that afternoon. I didn't get the proof until 2:00 am the next day. The employee felt badly about how I was treated that he volunteered to deliver them to me. The owner was very unprofessional and unapologetic for the poor customer service. I will never used this business again and I wouldn't recommend it. To respond to Mr. Lord's response, I do not agree that you worked hard to satisfy me. I do thank you for acknowledging it was not a good experience. I sent you an email expressing my dissatisfaction before I wrote this review which you did not respond. I am not satisfied.
