The movers also arrived unprepared and asked to borrow my personal tools to disassemble and reassemble furniture. During the move, my wood table was damaged and now has a significant crack. After the move, I contacted the company to try to resolve the issue. Communication took weeks, and after multiple follow-ups, my request for a refund was denied. The owner seemed more interested in arguing with me than addressing the incomplete move and damaged property. I expected a completed move, professional preparation, and reasonable customer service. They asked for photos, said they would pay us in 30 days, and still haven't a month and a half later. We will have to take legal action against them but I wanted to warn everyone not to use them. They overcharge for random fees and are incredibly difficult if something happens.
