I worked for this company for i wanna say about a month, maybe less. I loved it, i loved the people, i really did. Today i was fired. I was told there's been to many instances where i don't show up for work, instances I CANNOT control mind you. The first time i called out and the ONLY time i called out ever, i had gotten covid. Not something I'm able to control. The second time I didn't call out, i was at work already and had been ALL DAY. While leaving, my car wanted to take a crap on me and not start. I needed a new battery, not important, but i couldn't finish out the rest of that day and i believe we had about two houses left maybe one. Then today, i had gotten sick. I threw up, so i went home. I received a phone call from the office and was told i'd be terminated for those instances. I genuinely think that the managers of this business believe i was lying, but that's okay. After i was terminated, i drove home, got changed and went to the doctor. I have the flu. I let both employees i was working with know as well. Another thing is their app we use to clock in and out and to see what different houses we'd be cleaning. Yesterday it led me to the complete WRONG house, which technically had made me late for work that morning. Then, when i went to click the right house, it still was way out of order and not the correct house. I had to scroll down searching for the correct name. Then when i called the office i was told it's weird that i'm having these issues with the app considering no one else does, which i don't believe because i've been told different by the employees i've worked with whom i will not name. People have quit because of the un organization and the unfairness within this company. I wish i could speak to the past employees and hear their side of things, but unfortunately i do not know them so that's not something i can do. I was really confident about this job, even when my friends and family told me it was a bad idea. I was told usually when someone's pay rate is so high and they're hiring immediately it's usually because they cannot keep employees, which i now see. I just want everyone to understand what kind of company this ACTUALLY is, outside of the cleaning. The way i felt while working here is not how anyone should feel working in anyway workplace whatsoever. This whole company just felt so toxic outside of a FEW people that i had met. I felt like i was being judged and blamed for small things or even bigger things that weren't my fault. I'm not one to write reviews after leaving a job, but i've never been fired and for this to happen just honestly has sparked something in me and i felt i needed to speak up. I know i have a few people who do have my back on this. read more
