I had…read morealready scrubbed all visible mildew from the house a week prior but the owner was insistent on having the entire house cleaned anyway. Since it was a super simple job, he had only to do a cursory attempt at spraying down the house and doing a quick rinse. He didn't mix his chemicals correctly causing a huge chemical smell throughout my home for two days. In addition, the poorly mixed chemicals caused a horrible filming on our already cleaned windows. When we brought the milky windows to his attention after he had left, he needed me to take pictures and send them, as if I was making this up? Once done, he agreed to come back 4 days later. After having to look out of milky windows for this entire time, he fails to show. I called at 5:00 on the appointed day to see if this was still going to happen and he said his day ran late and would send me new dates. With no follow up by the next day and now 5 days into looking at this mess, I re-cleaned the windows my self. You would have thought that having just completed such an easy job on a home that had all the hard work already done for him should have warranted a quick revisit to resolve this issue. I even initially offered to give referrals to my neighbors should anyone ask when he completed the job. That was before we realized what he had done and is certainly no longer the case.
