Unfortunately, the leaks started again this March. I got estimates and Kyle seemed to make the most sense. He showed me pictures and explained carefully how the metal roof was bad and that installation caused damage to the siding. I got financing through him and signed contracts. His contract included getting the permits and a GAF warranty on the roofing materials! A week or so later he and his crew were here to install a newer roof. He found what was causing the problems and made the corrections needed. Even when I disagreed with Kyle about 2 of 3 skylights, he found me a solution. Then, they came back and installed new siding. There were days of banging and shaking during the installations, but the results are gorgeous! Take pictures before the work is done so everything can be put back where you had it. He and his crew were considerate, patient, and very professional! Hopefully, I now have a secure home without moisture building up and a roof that will not leak for at least 10 years! Contact this company for your needed work!

nfortunately I had to remove my original 5 star review and leave negative feedback regarding my…read moreexperience at Paddy's. While Paddy himself and his family were personable and professional, I can't express my disappointment with how many things went wrong with my siding install, with no ownership of the issues from my project manager. I was willing to overlook many of these issues, and I did not mention them in my original review. I'm a blue collar worker myself and I understand things happen. The main issue I'm speaking of is our brand new gutters (installed about year and half ago) were damaged severely when Paddy's reinstalled them after the siding replacement. I brought this to project manager, and they had many excuses ready as to how it wasn't their fault, including that they didn't touch the gutters, which just isn't true. I'll also add that when they had my gutters down for the install , they just left them on the ground about 3 feet from where the install was happening, which probably lead to the damage. I have pictures from before the install proving that the gutters were damaged afterwards. I pressed the matter, to which I was told that they don't have a ladder big enough to fix the gutters (explain that one to me) I know for a fact all the gutters were removed to replace fascia. I saw them on the ground myself. A little ownership of the problem would have went a long way with me. We now have water seeping into our crawl, and I will likely have to pay for an all new gutter reinstall. Will attach pics. Paddy's was supposed to reinstall my shutters that we repainted, which were done and painted long before they wrapped up the siding. They left quite a few unhung, I called project manager, and they sent someone out that hung about 2 more shutters, and left about 5 of them. Told project manager, she said that they didn't reinstall due to them being damaged (not true, only 2 shutters were broken) the shutters that were left out got destroyed by a bad storm that hit the area, so now I have to consider redoing my shutters too, there's and uneven amount installed. Paddy's crew trampled my fiances flowers and killed our pine shrub. Told project manager, Antonio came out, took photos, nothing came of it. No apology, ownership of it or anything. This and the shutter situation I also brushed off as to not argue. With the gutter situation, I decided to highlight all these issues. Furthermore, I was not happy with my tyvek install. It was noticeably sloppy. Paddy's finished product looks great, cosmetically, but the crew they sent rush through the project as fast as humanly possible, and it shows. This was also something I wasn't going to press, but I will attach photos of the questionable house wrap install. The amount of times I had to call about small nagging issues was insane. Only for someone to come out, not do what I called for, and leave. Most people would give up too. My full install was about $30k dollars. Not a small amount of money. I expected more.

WE had our roof replaced years ago, on a trailer. Some months later,I was up on the roof , cleaning…read morethe rain gutters and found a soft spot on the roof, about a foot or so in size. Also found the flange around the bathroom vent had a 1/4 inch gap, which I fixed myself, because rain was going down the pipe. i called him and complained about the issues. He came out, got up on the roof and said he'd get back with me. That was a couple of years ago. I don't like complaining about local companies, but the work wasn't finished completely and no doubt did damage to my trailer. The help,at that time, were fine over all, except for the one guy that said , look at all of that black mold. So Im assuming I have black mold under the replaced plywood. Overall Im not happy and fear my roof and more will have to be replaced again. I wouldnt recommend this company.

Mike Biddle hired my husband to fix's woman's kitchen which required a full week of labor. At the end of my husbands first week of working for Mr Biddle, my husband turned in his time. Forward to now, a month later and my husband has still NOT RECEIVED the paycheck he deserves for 40 hours pay! Mike Biddle never responded once he received my husbands' time sheet for the 40 hour quality work he had done. Jim has called him time and time again, each time leaving a message for Mike to please return his call, or simply let Jim know when he can swing by to pick up his check for $1200.00. Our son-in-law is an Attorney and we were advised to take Mike Biddle to Small Claims Court. That's just what we are going to do!! Adding in, Legal Fee's, Court Costs and we will definitely be adding in the pain and suffering Mr Mike Biddle has caused us by not paying Jim what he is owed. Not only would I STRONGLY URGE YOU TO NOT USE MIKE BIDDLE'S COMPANY FOR ANYTHING, BUT I WOULD ALSO WARN YOU TO NOT ENTER INTO ANY BUSINESS VENTURE WITH HIM. THIS MAN CANNOT BE TRUSTED!
