WE had our roof replaced years ago, on a trailer. Some months later,I was up on the roof , cleaning the rain gutters and found a soft spot on the roof,about a foot or so in size. Also found the flange around the bathroom vent had a 1/4 inch gap, which I fixed myself, because rain was going down the pipe. i called him and complained about the issues. He came out, got up on the roof and said he'd get back with me. That was a couple of years ago. I don't like complaining about local companies, but the work wasn't finished completely and no doubt did damage to my trailer. The help,at that time,were fine over all,except for the one guy that said , look at all of that black mold. So Im assuming I have black mold under the replaced plywood. Overall Im not happy and fear my roof and more will have to be replaced again. I wouldnt recommend this company. read more

MIKE BUDDLE IS A HORRIBLE BUSINESS PERSON TO DEAL WITH AND DOES NOT PAY HIS CONTRACTORS ONCE THEY HAVE COMPLETED A JOB FOR HIM! Mike Biddle hired my husband to fix's woman's kitchen which required a full week of labor. At the end of my husbands first week of working for Mr Biddle, my husband turned in his time. Forward to now, a month later and my husband has still NOT RECEIVED the paycheck he deserves for 40 hours pay! Mike Biddle never responded once he received my husbands' time sheet for the 40 hour quality work he had done. Jim has called him time and time again, each time leaving a message for Mike to please return his call, or simply let Jim know when he can swing by to pick up his check for $1200.00. Our son-in-law is an Attorney and we were advised to take Mike Biddle to Small Claims Court. That's just what we are going to do!! Adding in, Legal Fee's, Court Costs and we will definitely be adding in the pain and suffering Mr Mike Biddle has caused us by not paying Jim what he is owed. Not only would I STRONGLY URGE YOU TO NOT USE MIKE BIDDLE'S COMPANY FOR ANYTHING, BUT I WOULD ALSO WARN YOU TO NOT ENTER INTO ANY BUSINESS VENTURE WITH HIM. THIS MAN CANNOT BE TRUSTED! read more

I would put negative stars if possible. I didn't have work done but I rented a house, do not rent from him! We paid rent early every month and took very good care of the house. We even had it power washed because it was absolutely filthy when we moved in. The plumbing started to go bad within the first year, at one point the water leaked up from the bottom of the toilet. He knew what was wrong with it but did nothing but put a bandaid on it. In the past year we had to stay at hotels because we couldn't even flush the toilet. There was a hole dug next to the living room window where the contents of the toilet went into. We had to move immediately due to unliveable and unsafe conditions. We finally found a 3 bedroom place which we needed for our growing family and Jr. refused to be a reference until the last minute. He is now keeping my security deposit due to not getting 60 days notice even though he told me just to give notice when possible. He was given notice to be a reference and he refused to do it in a timely manner and then tried to sabotage our chances, with no success. He illegally avoided and refused to fix the plumbing because he didn't want to spend the money. In top of all that he is rude, disrespectful and completely unprofessional. When I tried to get him to be a reference he literally said "leave me alone about this crap". Do not support any part of his business he is a slumlord and cannot be trusted. read more

Provided a service in June on our home and was supposed to give me a quote for it. After the job was done I reached out the next day and asked how much I owed. Mike stated he would email the info over.... 5 MONTHS LATER I received an invoice for the job having not known how much I was going to be charged. This is very poor business management. Lack of preparation on his part ( not properly managing his bills) should not constitute an emergency on mine. Pay should be a priority for his business and if he would like to be successful and make a living, maybe that should be at the forefront of the companies concerns, not 5 months later. Will not include his attitude toward the situation or his passive attempts to contact me. Would give 0 stars if possible. read more

We have used Biddle's Home Repair twice. The first time was to have two windows installed. Great job and price. The second time was after yesterday's poring rain. We had a roof leak in one of our bathrooms. I called Mike and in less than 24 hours the leak was troubleshot and fixed. I don't know about you but when we find a good dependable craftsmen with affordable rates they continue to get our business. Mike Biddle's is that kind of craftsman. read more

We hired Mike Biddle to replace our roof and we wanted to have some fascia replaced and a couple of downspouts added. He would not try to find the fascia material and the drip edge for the roof in the appropriate color, it was just too much trouble for him. I ended up saying "go with the old drip edge". He left out the fascia and downspout work from the contract, saying he would do that next. But apparently he was never interested in that part of the job; he only wanted the big roof shingle replacement job that he hired a subcontractor to do. The subcontractor seemed to do a good job, but was using black caulk on the tan shingles and it looked like polka dots. When I told Mike that I didn't want that, his response was "that's standard building practice". None of the other houses in the neighborhood have polka dots on their shingles! read more

I can not begin to say how helpful Biddles home improvement has been to my family. Over the past 15 years we have used Mr Biddles company for numerous issues that come up in daily life. From exterior to interior, this father son company is spot on. All phone calls have always been returned promptly in the evening. I wish all small businesses appreciated the customer like they do. We are moving out of state and I have asked Mr Biddles to open a franchise so we can continue using his company. read more
