Interested in a price for rescreening my porch and install clear vinyl sheets over screens on outdoor to roll up in spring/summer and roll down in fall/winter. i live in a manu home in Rehoboth beach? i can buy the vinyl sheeting and put grommets

It would depend on the kind of porch and the kind of screening and the size of the porch. I'd have to come out and take a look so that I can give you an accurate estimate

Do you re-screen slider doors in Lewes? What do you charge? We have three that need to be…

Yes we do rescreening, and yes Lewes is in my coverage area.

We have French doors with internal bolts. They fail often, so we would like to disengage the internal mechanism, and install cremone bolts.. We have 6 sets of these doors. Is this something you could do?

Good morning. We can definitely help you with your French door project. It is $180 for us to come out and that covers up to one hour of labor. It is $80 per hour after the first hour plus the cost of any material. I look forward to hearing from you…

Does Jay does it in Seaford Delaware make awnings for homes?

Yes we sell/manufacture and/or install retractable awnings and stationary awnings for residential applications in all of Sussex County.

I decided to make it a three-season roof so it has windows on all three sides, all with screens. And it looks great and functions extremely well. In pre-spring when the sun is out the room heats up and is very comfortable. Looking forward to our 1st summer with this room. Construction quality is very good and when we did the final walk-thru, the manager agreed to make a couple of minor tweaks, such as adjust window locks so they would open more easily. Very pleased!

Ordered sliding screen for front porch in May, gave them 50% deposit and told product would arrive in 4-6 weeks. Didn't arrive until the end of July. When installers attempted to install, could not do so because it was wrong size despite being measured by them two different times. Have called the company numerous times trying to find out their plans to reorder and install new screen but my phone calls are not returned. The entire experience has been less than professional. When I inquired about the delay in the order was told they had personnel problems and the person responsible for ordering/scheduling was no longer there. Understand problems of running a business and also understand when mistakes are made; but stonewalling and returning phone calls is not only unprofessional but extremely arrogant and insulting.

I'm sharing my experience so other homeowners can make an informed decision…read more I signed a contract in August with Window World of Delmarva for a multi-part project that included windows, doors, roofing, and siding. While the roof portion was completed in September, the remainder of the project stalled for months with little progress and ongoing communication issues. A dumpster was placed on my property in September and, aside from being swapped once, has remained there through January with no additional work taking place. This became an ongoing concern for both me and my neighbors. Despite repeated requests, the situation remained unresolved. In October, siding material was delivered that did not match what I had ordered. When I raised the issue, I was told the originally selected product was unavailable in my chosen color and that the delivered product was similar. However, I was not notified of this issue in advance or given the opportunity to approve or decline a substitution. No one was able to clearly explain who authorized the change or why the homeowner was not consulted. I requested to speak with the owner and later asked for a construction manager to meet with me to review the siding work in detail. An on-site appointment was scheduled without confirming my availability. I rearranged my schedule to be home, but the individual did not show up and did not call. There was no follow-up communication afterward. Over time, these issues eroded my confidence in the company's communication and project management. I ultimately requested to disengage from the remaining work because I no longer felt comfortable proceeding. This review is not about pricing or the completed roof itself, but about communication, coordination, and trust. As of January, no work beyond the roof installation in September has moved forward, despite windows and doors having been in the company's possession for months. Based on my experience, I would strongly encourage homeowners to ask detailed questions, get everything in writing, and confirm materials and scheduling expectations very clearly before signing a contract.

I received an invoice and immediately paid for the job in full without inspecting the work- as I assumed the quality of work would be what I had experienced in the past. When I did get to look at it, I saw they had left blue tape in various areas and skipped the back porch. I called the office and was assured they would be out asap to finish the job. Dates and times were given, cars moved out of the driveway in preparation etc. On a couple of occasions I received a call stating weather required them to reschedule. No problem- that's understandable. But then I had to keep calling them back to see when the job could be done. A date and time would be given and then a no show- without hearing from their office. I would follow up again and the process repeated over and over. I asked for a call from Mr. Flip repeatedly but never heard anything. We were now in late December. I got a call from Tyrell the person who supposedly coordinated the work. I had his cell number and he promised he would absolutely do the job the next day. He was a no show!! I called him, sent a text, nothing. I left a voice message again at the office asking for a call back- nothing. I am so frustrated and at this point and angry about having paid in full and the amount of time and effort needed to resolve this issue. I don't know what is going on with this business but I certainly would recommend you avoid it until they get their act together.
