The staff at the Dover store was courteous and responsive as much as they could be during the waiting period. The butcher block is beautiful and worth the wait since it matches an earlier install in my kitchen. Another issue is making contact with corporate customer service, it is like the new owner does not want customers to give feedback or have problems resolved. Wood Flooring Masters were by far the most affordable quote and they were willing to work with me on the price since I had already done the demo and subfloor work myself. They also did not mind that I had already taken off the baseboards and therefore more scribing would need needed. I was a little hesitant because I didn't see many reviews on Yelp, but they gave me the link to their office in NYC which has many more reviews and the vast majority of them were positive. The final result looks great. Time will tell if it holds up. But so far so good.
