We contracted Snow's Painting Service to paint our cabinets. It was absolutely worth the money! The crew spent a total of about 3 1/2 days to complete the job. It involved sanding, priming, caulking, and two coats. The cabinets look brand new and we are extremely happy with the result! It was obvious the crew took great pride in their work and it shows. They also provide a 2 year warranty on their work! The Snow's Painting Service crew gave us a very detailed explanation of the process and the amount of time it would take to do the job. They were excellent in letting me know what time they would arrive at the house and were proactive in letting me know if their arrival would be delayed for any reason. Anytime I had a question, they took the time to explain it to me in terms that were very easy to understand. I will definitely recommend Snow's Painting Service. With so many painters to choose from, this firm may not be your best choice especially if you will not be around to supervise their work constantly throughout the day. We were out of town during the paint job but there are so many indications that a non-professional crew were mostly unsupervised and way out of their depth. Attempts were made to "fix" the numerous issues, some successfully, some worse, some not at all. Nice folks at Snow's but we paid for a professional paint job and do not feel this is what we received. I do not recommend this firm. read more

We were VERY unhappy with the paint job we received. It looks like a diy job. I am still shocked that our paint job was from professional painters with years of experience. My husband isn't a painter but every room he's painted looks far better than their awful paint job. These "professionals" should do a better job than him. The owner, Mike, did come out and take a look and had someone else come out to attempt to fix it. He was able to fix some things but 1 day was not enough to fix all the problems. Wall paint on the trim. You can see the old paint in so many places. It's just really sloppy and seems like they rushed through it. My husband now has to spend hours upon hours fixing the "professionals" work. The owner said he didn't get a chance to come up and check on them and their work during the week they were here so he's partially to blame. We live too far and it's not easy to come up to check in. If your supposedly best painter needs to be checked on, that says something about his work. And maybe you shouldn't book jobs in Middletown if it's too far out of your way. We remodeled our kitchen and using them to paint the kitchen, and multiple other rooms, was by far our biggest regret. If you have low expectations or are my worst enemy then go ahead and use them. But if you expect a great paint job, find someone else. read more

Many touch ups needed after initial paint job. I also had serious concerns with some things one of the painters did while on the job. When I asked that that same painter didn't return to my home for the touch ups, the Project Manager seemed annoyed. Project Manager and Owner came to house I guess to 'confirm' touch ups were actually needed. Touch ups were done a couple days later. It's been weeks since then and no one from Snow's has come back for a final walkthrough or even called to see if I'm happy with the overall quality of the job or the touch ups. Would not recommend and would not have them return to my home for any future projects. read more

So pleased with the service we got from Snows Painting! From our inquiry call to the end result, everyone was very nice, prompt and courteous. We got our living room, dining room, kitchen, hallways, master bedroom and master bath walls/trim/doorways painted. Pricing was reasonable and were sent the estimate via email quickly after the walk-thru. Once we decided to hire them, we were easily able to schedule a date that fit us (they had availability in 1 week, but we scheduled it for 2 months out) and then they gave us a project manager that was receptive via phone and text for any questions before the job. About a week before the job started, our contact person came by to do a walk thru and go over anything we needed to do to prep (which wasn't much, just taking stuff off the walls and picking wall colors). On the first day of painting, our lead painter, Mark, came by. We cannot say enough great things about him!!! Kind, courteous, personable, professional, and went above and beyond. He was great with our pets- 2 cats, 1 large dog and a puppy. He gave us updates daily, asked us for feedback frequently and took such amazing care of our house. He had a few painters helping him throughout the week and they were great as well. Everyone was on time, respectful, friendly and tidy. The painting was done fast, efficient and looks so good! The lines are precise and they moved all of the furniture and put it all back perfectly at the end of the week. At the end, Mark texted us to ask us feedback and let us know if anything was not to our satisfaction, that he would come back to fix it. Invoices were sent to us via email and it was easy to pay over the online system. If you are in need of any painting services, I highly recommend Snows!!! We hired Snow's Painting Service LLC to do a large painting project that also consisted of repairing water damaged ceilings from a winter storm leak.  Their work is absolutely amazing and their employees are top notch. The project was completed on schedule and with very little disturbance to our daily lives.  That is saying a lot as all the open living space and hallways were being painted,  including 22 foot ceilings.  The painters were always on time,  kept open communication throughout the process and we're extremely courteous.  Mike Snow,  the owner,  sets a prime example of how a business should be run.
