He claimed to have completed 3 different times and each time, we came down to review and found multiple walls and on two of the occasions full rooms not touched. He claimed to have painted 2 coats everywhere and completed all patch work, but there are still nail pops everywhere, drywall seams that were not repaired (which was the primary scope of his work) and continues to demand final payment with out completing the work. He is full of excuses, claimed to want to work 2 shifts to finish the job in 1-2 weeks, but it has all been a very disappointing experience. Now he is claiming the job was a 4 week job which is ridiculous for an interior paint job to begin with, and blames his workers for not doing the job correctly, yet he was rarely on site himself and admittedly hires untrained and unqualified people. Strongly recommend finding someone else if you want the job done at all, let alone properly

I had a bathroom remodel and had to make adjustments along the way, and there were some unexpected situations that arose. You could tell by the finished result how much pride he and Luis take in the work--the bathroom is now the nicest room in my house. Jeff, with Solutions Home Improvement, was the best professional to help us with this project. We required a replacement of steps, in three different areas, along with wood replacements in multiple floor and structural locations. We also requested repainting of it all. He made our deck stronger and more beautiful than we could have imagined. We highly recommend his work!

I am not normally someone who posts reviews, but felt compelled given the utter disrespect for my…read moretime that this company has had. We had an appointment for Mr. Ward to come to my home on July 8 to provide an estimate, which I took off of work for. The appointment was canceled by them the day before because they stated that they didn't receive the covid questionnaire, which I replied to the previous day. I chalked this up to a miscommunication, and scheduled another appointment for today with Mr. Ward arriving between 10:30 and 11:30. This appointment was confirmed by his office manager, Brooke and I was sent a calendar invite. It is now 12:47, and Mr. Ward has not shown up nor have I received an email, text or call to explain. I have now taken off of work on two occasions for this appointment, and I wish that I was able to write this review on reliability, quality of work, etc., instead of the unprofessionalism of this company.
