The quality of the work was 5 stars. no ifs ands or buts. hole fixed, ceiling painted no fuss no muss no mess. It looks great. The office paperwork side was less so. it was a 2 maybe a 3. It was hard to get an estimate, e-mails sent were apparently missed, the office staff was disorganized- and I'm being polite. it was disorganized to the point I felt like they didn't want my business. and setting a date for the work was only marginally less stressful than Noah booking seats on the ark. When the workmen showed up, they had no work order, I got no receipt or anything at all, and they barely spoke English leading to a few misunderstandings. So the work was absolutely first rate but my God, it was a challenge getting it going.

The drywall work done by this company is absolutely unacceptable. Their workmanship is careless,…read moreunprofessional, and completely unsuitable for a custom home. They clearly do not know how to properly install drywall or corner bead. My first floor has 9-foot ceilings, yet they pieced together corner beads even though they come in 10-foot lengths -- a clear sign of cutting corners and poor craftsmanship. They sheetrocked right over the window shims, causing the drywall to stick out unevenly -- in some places it's even with the window sash, and in others it's set back by as much as ¾ of an inch. Because of this, blinds can't even be installed properly. Their seams are placed in the worst possible areas -- on corners and above doors and windows -- which guarantees future cracking. They also failed to run drywall all the way to the door jambs before the doors and trim were installed. The gaps were later filled with spackle, which will inevitably crack and fail. This is supposed to be a custom home, and the level of quality delivered is far below any professional standard. I will be providing photos to document this poor workmanship. Do yourself a favor -- hire another drywall company. These people have no business doing drywall work.
