When I called a number of contractors for quotes, he was the only contractor who did more than look at the chimneys that needed repair. He rapped on the stucco to see where it was sound and where it was loose. He took his time examining it. He even went on our roof to inspect the chimneys from the top, returning with photos of areas of issue, and described the work he recommended to be done. His proposal listed many more items he would repair -- as compared to what other contractors had listed in their quotes -- yet his price was in the range of the other contractors. Ultimately they suggested it could be a problem with the stones in the wall. Disciple came out, recommended a strategy of replacing a couple of stones, re-pointing the rest of the area and applying sealant over the whole section. Work was scheduled promptly. The guys were very friendly and professional. The job was finished within 10 days (mortar needed to cure before sealant could be applied) and it looks great.
