He rapped on the stucco to see where it was sound and where it was loose. He took his time examining it. He even went on our roof to inspect the chimneys from the top, returning with photos of areas of issue, and described the work he recommended to be done. His proposal listed many more items he would repair -- as compared to what other contractors had listed in their quotes -- yet his price was in the range of the other contractors. Ultimately they suggested it could be a problem with the stones in the wall. Disciple came out, recommended a strategy of replacing a couple of stones, re-pointing the rest of the area and applying sealant over the whole section. Work was scheduled promptly. The guys were very friendly and professional. The job was finished within 10 days (mortar needed to cure before sealant could be applied) and it looks great. Now we have to wait for a horrific rainstorm to see if that solves the problem.

Can't say anything about their work but this customer service experience makes me question their reliability and attention to detail. These guys did a great job... Kinda. Taking the old gutters…read moreoff 5 Putting the continuous gutters on and asking where we want downspouts 5 Coming back to pick up all the nails and screws that they dropped removing the old gutters NOPE! Even after we called and asked them to bring out one of their large magnets brooms that all roofing and contractors have Nope, no show. I personally picked up 10 nails the day after installing the gutters The next day my husband picked up another dozen. We got the gutters put on the first week of March and today (4/1/26) my hubby pulled his truck into a different section of the drive and lo and behold he went out to get milk just now and has a flat tire. The screw is an exact match to the ones in our gutters! So they do a great job installing but they are lax on the clean up. Just be careful before giving final payment. Because that is too too many nails / screws to accidentally miss.
