My wife and I moved into our "new" house and quickly learned the RV size of a shower and the jacuzzi bathtub got extremely irritating very quickly. We could barely move in the shower and rarely ever used the bathtub. Not sure what these genius architects and home builders are thinking when they design and build something as ass-backwards as this concept but it seems to be more and more common in homes these days. We called a few contractors who did not specialize in bathroom remodel (just general contractors) and as they were walking us through the price of how much everything was going to be, the cost just kept climbing and climbing for everything we wanted done. My wife ended up coming across Total Bath Transformations and Ted (the owner) came to our house twice; first time to see what him and his team would be dealing with and the second time was to finalize price and design. Ted is very down to earth and easy to talk to and while talking with him, we told him our ideas and what we wanted done but he also made suggestions about what would last for years to come so instead of installing tile, he suggested a product called Sentrel. It's pretty much wall panels with different prints on the material to make it look like tile but without all the grout lines. There are quite a few different style prints to choose from and the best thing about this product is that it's maintenance free and twice as fast to install as opposed to real tile. All you have to do is wipe it down with a microfiber cloth and done. No more worrying about cleaning and sealing grout lines anymore which we were all for! It took a couple of months before they got started due to how busy they are with all the jobs that were before ours but once they came in, they had the job completed in 2 1/2 days. This consisted of ripping out the RV shower and jacuzzi tub, putting in new drywall where the old shower was, relocating the drain for the new shower, installing all the Sentrel panels and Onyx shower pan, shelves and bench along with Moen valves and rainfall shower head (which they ran new piping for that as well). We absolutely LOVE how everything turned out! We are actually able to walk into the shower and move around freely without bumping into anything. One last thing to mention is 2 days after the glass panel was installed, I was cleaning it and part of the microfiber cloth got snagged on a piece of the glass. Took a closer look at it and part of the edge of glass got chipped somehow. I really think it happened at the vendor they get the glass from because this was the very last piece they brought in the house so it's not like they were doing any major construction or demolition once it was installed. My wife contacted Ted and sent him a couple photos of the chip and he was so apologetic and couldn't believe they didn't see that before they installed it. Long story short, he ordered a new glass piece for us (free of charge) and they came and busted their butts to get the damaged glass panel out after all the silicone had dried and hardened. We felt so bad but he wanted to make it right and they were able to get the new glass panel in and it looks flawless! Would definitely recommend this company if and when you ever want to do a bathroom renovation. read more

Absolutely wonderful, can't recommend highly enough!!! Not only were they less expensive than every other company in the area, but they were more honest, dependable, and helpful. They made three out of the way trips to our home before the work even began to help us pick the perfect set up for our tub and shower replacement. The work itself was done in less than a day and the team was a lot of fun to have in the house. I felt more than comfortable stepping out for errands while they were working their magic (and keeping an eye on my dogs). The end result was the transformation of a 70s mauve nightmare into a gorgeous spa-like space. I didn't know a tiny split-level bathroom could be so relaxing! We bought our beautiful home 2 years ago and loved everything about it except our bathrooms. We had estimates from 2 different companies that were outrageous, then a friend told us to try their cousin's company Total Bath. We were a little hesitant using a company we had never heard of, but the salesman was so nice and their materials seemed like much better quality. We had a complete bath transformation, i.e. it was gutted from ceiling to floor, wall-to-wall. Everything in the bathroom was replaced, tubs, faucets, toilets, sinks, vanities, etc. The Owner did an excellent job, so far, commendable workmanship.
