My son hired them to paint our house with 20 foot high ceilings. Dangerous work in its self being that high up let alone painting at that height. The work the did was fantastic and very detailed. Charlie was very helpful in the color selection process with my wilfe and gave us a very nice paint job to our new home. The crew working with Charlie were very nice and helpful in moving the furniture and sttting up as well as cleanup. I will say I could not find a single drop of spilled paint anywhere after the work was completed. I will be only using Charlies Painting LLC. in the future moving forward. Requested lawncare and minor trimming of hedges. Was quoted a good price. Never received the quote…read morein writing (first red flag). Was told I would receive an email to schedule the work. That didn't happen (red flag). Finally I get a scheduled appointment and after waiting all day, no one shows up! I get a text during thr evening with poor excuses and promises for an appointment the next day (flag). The landscaper shows up the next day and just starts work. While he is working I ask if he's aware of the hedge requirements and he say no but, he's got me. Seems to me a phone call should have made but, it wasn't. I go back into my home and when I return to outside of my home all of the hedges are trimmed going far beyond my original request. I received nothing in writing about up charges, pricing for services or at least a notification of the additional cost. Oh yeah the worker didn't know the parameters of the job to start with because there was nothing in writing! I paid the agreed upon price via an electronic invoice. Done deal, right ? I later received an additional invoice for over $200 more! Did I mention I'm a senior on a fixed income? Well I'm mention this to Moreno and Rose via text! Response: that's the price, gas and so on. Then was told I could arrange for a payment. Got some help from my friends and was able to pay the invoice. Late fees of over $60 were added! I DON'T RECOMMEND TO LLC!

I call first state at 7:30 am and Gavin answered ( which I was expecting to leave a message) he scheduled me a time for the next day. Soon his arrival Gavin called me and told me that some springs had snapped and he would take care of it while he was there , Gavin did the work in a timely manner and he even put a new roller or pulley on free of charge which in today's world that's unheard of. About 5 Years ago, Fletcher selected and installed a new central AC system for my home. There have…read morebeen numerous costly repairs since - even with a 10 year warranty (which does not cover much). Latest issue was a bad coil needing replacement - $1600+. I was required to pay a 50/% deposit the first week of September. It is now the first week of November and I still do not have the new part! There have been numerous excuses and unkept promises for status calls, most recently from Fletcher owner. BTW other smaller household plumbing issues have required return visits to properly resolve.
