The vent was in the garage but due to snow it was delayed. I was told to contact them and have them do the install. I wanted to be present due to the bad reviews. The first man came and appeared confused. He contacted coworkers to come. They did. Someone climbed on the roof. There are a couple of nails dropped on my patio. They said that they could not do it unless the dryer company. They also informed me that since they came to the house their obligation was done and if I wanted to have the vent replaced I would have to pay them again AND arrange for a dryer vent installer to be there at the same time. THEY DID NOT DO WHAT THEY WERE PAID TO DO. I would not recommend using this company.

It was either going to take over a week to see me, or they wouldn't repair windows that they didn't install. I found Hockessin Homeworks here, and even though they didn't have any reviews I decided to give them a try. I'm very glad I did. They stopped by the same day, took a look at the window and told me that they thought they could squeeze the job in before the end of the day.
