Even after we called and asked them to bring out one of their large magnets brooms that all roofing and contractors have Nope, no show. I personally picked up 10 nails the day after installing the gutters The next day my husband picked up another dozen. We got the gutters put on the first week of March and today (4/1/26) my hubby pulled his truck into a different section of the drive and lo and behold he went out to get milk just now and has a flat tire. The screw is an exact match to the ones in our gutters! So they do a great job installing but they are lax on the clean up. Just be careful before giving final payment. Because that is too too many nails / screws to accidentally miss.

He applied roof cement on top of my 8 year old roof's shingles. I have spoken with 4 roofing companies who all said this is not the correct application for my roof and there is nothing they can do to remove it. This was never discussed with me prior and I have an HOA that is requiring me to replace that section. Mark refuses to pay for the damage. In addition, he has not been able to identify the leak for over a month and his solution is to replace the back half of my roof which is under 10 years old. Then when Paul Robert's himself went out to speak to the neighbor, he ended up cursing her out and calling her a self entitled B**ch. That was a fun conversation and apology that he left me with...and I only found out when I got home from work and heard about it from the neighbor, not Paul. #3) He tried to screw me over on the final cost of project by promising a percentage discount for a google review at the start of the job; but then (either maliciously or because he doesnt understand basic math) tried to overcharge me by $700. #4) within 4 months from the roofing repair I had an issue where part of the roof blew off during light rain and he refused to cover it with his bogus warranty citing I go thorough home insurance. #5) several months later a second part of the roof started to fall off to the point a neighbor noticed and warned me it could potentially fall and hit someone on the sidewalk.
