I can't speak to the quality of their actual work; they replaced my neighbors windows. I'm writing this because they did not use drop cloths. Our porch, yard, walkway and gravel driveway are covered in broken glass and debris. Please use drop cloths in the future, we're going to be finding broken glass for a very long time. Not the lowest bid for a new roof, but Advance was a great choice. Tom Jackson in sales brought samples, pictures, and data to explain their materials and process. Our project manager, Evan Potter, is very responsive and took care of all the little details perfectly. The estimate we got was spot on, even though we were supposed to pay extra for replacing sheets of plywood. The job took a day and a half and is perfect. Total cleanup and the house (and shed) look great! With the warranty, I doubt we will need their services again, but we are very pleased and highly recommend this business. read more

Are completely happy with the product and service. To be fair, we've only had them a few days so don't have any long term assessments. Windows are beautiful. Our salesperson was knowledgeable and we didn't feel pressured into buying. We were especially pleased with the teams that came out to install them. They were fast, efficient, respectful of property, and pleasant. They left the installation areas cleaner than when they found it. So all in all, very happy with everything. read more

Absolutely wonderful. I can not say enough great things about advance. We just had two of our Bow Windows installed in our family room last week and we could not be happier. Starting with the excellent customer service I received from the office in Newark, De. Scheduling was easy and fast. Rodney came out to our home and was very professional and knowledgeable of the products and services they offer. After that, he scheduled for Gary to come out and measure everything so he could order the windows. The crew that came to our home to install the windows were very professional and well skilled in their craft. They covered everything in my home in the area they were working so nothing would get dirty. They had the windows out and the new ones in only a couple of hours. And they look incredible. The trim on the inside of the home and outside looks great. I did not realize how much of a difference a nice trim would make. The windows are beautiful and they are extremely well-priced compared to the other two estimates we received. We already have our next two sliding glass doors on order with them. BEWARE if you want a REPAIR!! DON'T USE THEM. Their management even blew me off! I had a piece of siding that had come loose and I called Advance to see if they did repairs. They said "yes" and came out to fix the piece. One year later,the same piece of siding came loose in the same place, so I called again. The guy who came out said he had screwed in the piece this time and there was no way it would come loose again. I paid for the same repair a second time. Now, for the third year, the same piece of siding came loose, but this time a piece of it broke off! I called Advance a third time and told them what had happened. Now they say "We don't guarantee repairs." What?! What happened to their Vision statement about customer satisfaction?! They said they would send someone by to look. The same guy that had tried to fix the siding before came out and was immediately defensive. He said that he did the best he could but the work wasn't guaranteed. You could tell by looking at the piece that broke off that it had pulled away from the screws. Maybe the screw heads were too little, not sure, but it didn't hold. The guy asked me if I wanted to replace the siding on that side of the house and then they would stand behind the work. Again - What?! I said I wanted a repair and didn't need complete new siding. He said he could "tape the piece that came down to the side of the house". When I asked if that would look right and not come down again, he just shrugged his shoulders. I told him to just leave. I called the office right away and asked to speak to the owner. I was told he was not in town, but was forwarded to the manager. At first, he argued with me saying that the siding hadn't been installed properly and that is why a piece was coming loose. I said that they say they do repairs and they should be able to do a siding repair. He said that I should have been told when I called the first time that they didn't guarantee repairs. I said of course I wouldn't have used them if they had said that. He said nothing about making this right. Then he said he would talk to the technician and call me back because he wanted to see things from my point of view (which is what I thought I was giving). Never heard back from him and it's been 2 weeks!! Just blew me off!! Is this a company you want to do business with?! read more
