And we eventually set up a barter as we were in need of a powder room renovation. He was always polite, thorough, clean, on time and he provided exceptional craftsmanship. We've since used WIT Services to replace all 42 or 3 windows in an 80 year old home we moved into (now 104yrs old). And the same quality and care went into the project as when we 1st worked with Bill 30 yrs ago. To this day we've had no problems whatsoever with those windows, and we're about to call Bill again for our latest project.. a cedar tree bench/deck around an 80ft cedar tree in our backyard and some new matching steps and landing for our back door.

He will be sweet at first but as soon as you give him the money, he will start with lies and will take your money and never show up to do the JOB! He first told me he didn't receive the money I sent, when I show him proof, he became agitated, shouting at me and keep telling lies after lies. This is being going on for months now. He never did the job, never gave a refund. Just lies after lies. We are getting ready to file a case against him in a couple of days ( we gave him months to fix the problem, but he is more happy to be lying and taking advantage of hard working people than to be honest!) . Plus, I will submit a complaint agains his business as well in the state of Pennsylvania and Delaware! Do not work with him unless you want your money stolen from you as he Did with us! Don't mind what ever excuse he will replied with, he is as liar, and a thief! If you risk working with him, don't say you didn't know! I really do not want some one else to be taken advantage of!

Hello Everyone, I…read morewould certainly recommend Jay's Roofing! I was selling my rental property and lived two states away. After sending Jay the Home Owner's Inspection report with the roofing issues, Jay reviewed what the document said I needed, offered a few options and very reasonable pricing. He worked with me to coordinate with the Tenant on when he could visit. Jay or his office always responded within 24 hours to my calls and texts. Another reason I would recommend Jay is for his true professionalism. After someone was injured on the job, he actually called me to apologize they couldn't do the work and offered to reschedule at any time that was convenient for me. How great is that!? It wasn't Jay's fault his employee was injured. Jay took it upon himself to make sure the job got done as fast as possible despite dealing with the accident. Accidents do happen, and when they do, all you can hope for is a reasonable professional to work with you and that's exactly what Jay did. I would recommend him and his company for their work and professionalism. ~Liz

They had to remove the existing slate tiles, replace most of the plywood around a curved dormer, and also resurface the ledge gutter. Jay prepared me in advance for any extra work that might be needed and took many pictures when the slate tiles were off so i could see what was needed. The new work looked terrific when completed as a result of certain finishes that Jay suggested at no extra cost. His crew was very respectful of my tenants and maintained the grounds of the property throughout the job. I believe the pricing for the work gave me an excellent value and that Jay is a fair-minded and competent roofer. I used Jay for two other jobs before this one and I continue to be very satisfied. .

I had signed the offer letter and confirmed with Human Resources and Recruiting to bring those documents to work on the 6th. Mind you I couldn't find a job all throughout December because no one was hiring during the holidays so this was crucial to my livelihood and catching up to bills I fell behind in.I had the documents ready to bring today but was told by Keith that he couldn't put me in the class after doing all of this. Now this is causing me all kinds of financial hardship and losses because I was telling my landlord and bill collectors I owe that I started work on the 6th due to me not havin A social security card and that's why I couldn't start on the 23rd, I feel what Keith is doing is unethical and taking personal feelings towards me to terminate my employment after him and company officials gave me their word giving to start on the 6th January. I signed an offer letter and turned down other jobs because Keith promised I'd make over 6 figures with my sales experience. I'm thinking about taking legal action because I made good faith decisions by signing the offer letter and waiting 2 weeks to get into the next class base on what they told me to do and what was promised by them.
